If I could give you 0 stars I would. From the managers to the cashiers, I have never felt so unwelcome and like i am a nuisance until I made this my Walgreens. There is only one saving grace, a young girl with nice nails and coloured hair. Every man that works on the floor in this store has worse attitude and common sense than an annoyed teenager. Could not pay me enough to go back here. I’d rather walk 10 more miles than step foot in this Walgreens. Ever. Again. I hope their regional manager sees this and realise they are failing harder than them. Lisa, the manager, doesn’t understand her job and is incompetent. Another manager with curly greasy hair also brushed me off and gaslit me about something I had been able to do at their store only a couple hours before. My dead skin calls have better customer service than this.

The most awful pharmacy and staff I’ve ever been too. Bad attitudes, no accountability, bad prescription system. Two hour wait and told to check back after lunch. This is a recurring problem. Go anywhere else , also don’t trust your doctor to send in the scrip digitally. They send it but this becomes an excuse to hide behind. Bring it with you so they can’t shrug at you for two hours then take lunch

This is the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Short staffed, staff that is constantly confused with what’s happening, prescriptions not being ready for days. On and on. I keep thinking they’ll get better but, at this point, I’ll drive 10 miles to go to another.

This might potentially be the worst Walgreens I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of relying on for medication. I moved from Milwaukee, WI to Scottsdale, AZ about three months ago. I chose this location as my pharmacy because it was the closest to me and I rely on multiple medications from different specialty doctors. From the beginning, Eric the operations manager has been a nightmare. I reported him to the Pharmacy Manager over a month ago due to being very hostile and she assured me that was not how they want their employees to behave, this was not professional, and she would handle the situation. Well, this coaching definitely never happened. There was a glitch in one of my medications from a delivery order, and after trying to figure out how to fix this for almost a week and a half ran out of medications that can cause some serious withdrawals. While experiencing these withdrawals from medications I take for cervical dystonia, Eric struck again. I cannot stress how mean and horrible this human being is to patients. He answers the phone saying, "What do you want?" with this horrible tone in his voice. He sounds like he is miserable and every second on the phone is pure torture for him. After not understanding my explanation in the slightest, I stated "I don't know if you understood me correctly." He responded angrily "Man, I was trying to help you. You messed up." I asked him what his name was, and he responded with his first name only as Eric. After asking for his last name, he abruptly hung up on me. He then continued to hang up on me the next three times in a row trying to call back. Finally, I called the Walgreens on Scottsdale Rd, and the pharmacist there was an angel and was able to start to untangle the mess and get my prescription refilled so at least I wouldn't have to keep going through withdrawal and could have my medication through the weekend. Beyond the withdrawal issue, this is a blatant ethical, moral, and legal violation and the Pharmacy Manager seems to be willing to allow this type of behavior from him to continue. I have the last few calls recorded and plan on escalating this to the district manager and beyond. No one, and I mean NO ONE, should ever have to experience the treatment I did as a PATIENT to get my medication from this pharmacy. I'm writing this review in the hopes someone will take notice and no one else has to suffer an unfortunate interaction with a seriously disgruntled and jaded employee.

This place is horrible! I waited in line for 30 minutes to be told that my rx would have to be filled the next day. When i asked for my script back they handed over but still processed it which made it not eligible to be filled somewhere else. When i asked for them to cancel it after another 30 minute wait i was giving attitude and was argued with. I would not go here again

I made appointments for me and my siblings to get our COVID vaccines and flu shots. We arrived 5 minutes early for our 6 pm appointment, waited in line for 20 minutes to get checked in, the gal behind the counter took 25 minutes to check the 3 of us in, and then we waited about her 20 minutes before I finally got up to find out how much longer. They told me it was going to be at least another 15 minutes and then gave me an excuse about there only being 3 of them. It makes me really angry to be treated as if MY time has no value. When I make an appointment, I expect it to be honored. But I watched the pharmacist continuing to fill prescriptions for people who aren’t here while making me wait for over an hour. If you don’t have the staff to handle appointments, don’t make the appointments available.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy. The operation feels disorganized and not sufficiently trained. It doesn’t appear to be lack of staff as there were at least four people behind the counter including the pharmacist. They also don’t practice optimum privacy with the door to the treatment room (for vaccines, et al) propped open with plastic bins. I’m sorry, if I’m getting a vaccine, I don’t want the medical tech distracted by an impatient customer or someone peering in at me. I went from one star to two because the pharmacist was at least a gentleman and professional. Pharmacies are struggling as a whole because of the pandemic (just check online reviews), but this location is one I will never return to for any prescription needs.

I realize this tragedy occurred awhile ago; however, I do not like the former pharmacist in charge here. You wouldn’t take back my narcotics that I didn’t want after my car accident, and you called the cops on me when I chose to purchase ibuprofen instead. YOU are in charge; YOU’RE controlling him and the 99 percent of people that use this. That’s not right to act so crazy when I’m only making sound decisions re: my health. You’re only in charge because you cheated your way up; nobody else including him wanted you.

The Manager Jesse was very unprofessional when approached with problems in the photo department. He expressed he had no idea what me as a customer would want from him and proceeded to walk off after the statement. Uninviting experience but the associates on duty filled my request eventually. His role at the store needs to be looked at in depth, either he’s racist or annoyed with his position.

I've had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service at this pharmacy. It's been an ongoing issue for years, and I've reached my breaking point. The staff member I encountered today was impolite and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. It's clear that they are unhappy in their job and have no regard for the customers. I strongly recommend finding another pharmacy to avoid similar frustrations. The 2.3 rating is not low enough.

Even 1 star is way too much for Walgreens’ pharmacy. Inadequate staff, prescriptions are never ready when they notify you to come for the pick up. You’d better choose another location.

I am giving the pharmacy 5 stars because I see how crazy busy they are and they still manage to be polite, helpful and get my insurance validated and applied on my prescriptions. Yes, it is always about a 20 minute wait in the drive thru or standing in line in the store. But having the drive thru is such a nice option, and I just bring a book to read or my laptop to work while I wait. And this area gets incredibly crowded in the winter months to add to the demand. Plus, the nearby CVS doesn't take my BCBS insurance.

I wish there was an option to select zero stars. Every single time I need to refill my prescription it is such a hassle because it’s a controlled substance, but that’s the whole point of having a prescription. My doctor always sends prescriptions ahead of time, but I can’t fill it until a certain date. So I wait until that date comes and Walgreens never seems to have the prescription and then all of a sudden they can see it. I call to refill my script and every single time I wait on hold for forever. Today I waited on hold for almost 10 mins and ended up getting the front end of the store instead of the pharmacy and when they went to transfer me, the call disconnected. I am currently back on hold with a repeat message that there is one caller ahead of me and I’ve been on hold over 12 minutes now and the call just keeps ringing like it’s trying to get through but no one is answering, and then my call was automatically dropped because no one answered. I’ll be absolutely done with Walgreens after this last prescription.DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS! Save yourself the headache and the hassle. This is absolutely insane.

Waited on the phone for 22 minutes and then they hung up on me. The lines are OUTRAGEOUS. The worst part is I don't think the medicines are being prepared carefully.

Worst...my pharmacy refill orders are never filled, I have to actually phone in and reach someone in the pharmacy to get them filled and even after that when I go to pick them up they are still not filled. You can wait forever when you call in on hold, then when it rings through someone picks up then puts you back on hold. Most assistant pharma there are very short and annoyed no matter how nice you are to them trying to get your situation solved. I know everyone is short staffed and overworked but to have this happen everytime is awful. If it wasnt such a pain switching locations for scripts I would have left long ago.

So tempted to transfer all our family prescriptions to CVS. The pharmacy staff is mostly unfriendly. Occasionally a nice person will be at the drive through. In general, Walgreens needs to change/improve their telephone prescription order service. Their recent update has me repeating and repeating “ I want to refill my prescription” which is exactly what “she” has told me to say. I am driving down there now to order the refill.

*Update* I'd give zero stars if possible. The drive up pharmacy is closed randomly over and over and over! I went on a day it was actually open. Pulled up at exactly 1:30pm and they said 'sorry, closed for lunch'. Seriously??? I have been trying to get 1 medication for a week now! Why are they closed for lunch when there's more than 1 pharmacist??? They don't care about their customers. I'm done with Walgreens! Taking my meds elsewhere! Don't go here if you don't have to! Drive up pharmacy was randomly closed all weekend. Such an inconvenience.

This Walgreens has gotten ridiculous. The last three times I’ve gone to the pharmacy drive-thru they’ve got both lanes open and one person working. It has taken over half an hour to get through the line, which is just unacceptable for something so embarrassingly simple as getting meds for people. It might be a good idea to either figure out how to do simple things at a reasonable pace or even cease tolerating slow customers with their apparently unsolvable crises. Ditch the drive through COVID testing too, which is another ludicrous drag on productivity.

The worst pharmacy experience EVER! The Honor Health Hospital ER sent over 2 prescriptions at 2:30PM. I went at 4 to pick up, there were 'working on them'. I asked when I should return, "45 minutes to an hour". I called at 7 and no one answered the phone for 30 minutes. I went back at 8PM and as the ER meds were wearing off, Walgreens still had not filled them. Their excuse 'they were slammed'. I spoke to Elvina the pharmacist and said I would stand there until she filled it, only 21 pills were prescribed! The pharmacy techs were disrespectful to her and the store clerk didn't even want to man the cash register. She had no control of the department. One tech wanted to leave as her hours were up, but 10 people were on line behind me and 6 cars ere in the drive-through. Awful, if your store is that slammed, you need to offload the traffic to a neighboring store. Disgraceful to wait 5 1/2 hours for a script!

Truly this is the most inefficient pharmacy I have ever been to. No other location is like it. There will be a minimum 15 minute wait with one car ahead of you- every time. It’s never quick. I’ll be transferring my medications to a further away location.

What a waste of money! Low quality passport pictures and they don’t care about the way it looks. Dark color & background looks more like a mug shoot than a passport photo.CVS down the road provided high quality picture and a checklist that verifies that all picture requirements for passport are met. It was also cheaper and much nicer. If you want a nice passport picture the first time, don’t go to this Walgreens.

This pharmacy used to be great but since they hired Sarah the pharmacist she is very unprofessional and is lacking in customer service skills and doesn’t seem to know policies and procedures. On a postive note Kelvin is on top of things and Katie does a wonderful job with customer service. Naz also does a wonderful job and is very helpful and friendly!!

AMAZING customer service in the pharmacy! I had called ahead to see if they had a prescription in stock and he was able to quickly answer. They unfortunately didn’t have it but he was proactively looking up other locations to check for me and was able to find one and then even offered to transfer the call directly for me!! He discovered that they were closed so then he found another location and transferred my call there! He was the epitome of what good customer service should be. I’m so grateful for his help!

Sara in the pharmacy is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to refill a script. She answered the phone laughing hysterically and couldn't even say hello or acknowledge I was on the line. Then asks my info and cuts my off on every response, AND had me repeat everything twice. Then tells me she cant find ANYTHING I've ever gotten filled there. I've had tons of scripts filled through Walgreens, so I asked to speak with someone else. She ignores and asks for my phone number. I repeat myself asking to speak to someone else. She giggles, says there's no one else there to help me, and places me on a 3 minute hold after which I hung up.Solidifies why I switched to CVS in the first place. Staff is typically trash, like this girl....

The pharmacy is the worst!!! When you call, it’ll be at least half an hour before someone picks up… they just continue putting you on hold without ever saying anything. I wanted to see how long it would take before someone picked up and it rang for 41 minutes before someone finally answered. And he was SOO rude. Do not go here.
