Extremely satisfied with the experience we had with The Window and Door store. Brandon Scott came out and gave us an estimate which we knew was fair and we ordered the window while he was still here. The installation was perfect and we’re very happy with our new window.We called Brandon back when we needed an estimate for a “mechanical door”. Once again he came to the house and gave us a quote which we knew was fair and we ordered the door that day. I feel very comfortable ordering from The Window and Door Store because I trust Brandon and the company to sell us quality products at prices that seem fair.

Joseph is hands-down one of my favorite sales people to work with. Customer service, knowledge, and communication was top-notch, on top of a great personality. We got quotes from other places, but ultimately decided to go with this company because of Joseph. He took great care of us and stayed in touch all the way through the finish line. Adrian and his crew kept the mess of construction to a minimum and provided great clean up. We were very impressed with the installation, and we are thrilled with our new windows.

We just completed our ‘full tear-out’ install of Anlin windows. The windows look great. Everything fit perfectly. Install was on schedule and the installers were excellent…very knowledgeable, friendly and CAREFUL, particularly on the inside to cover everything up and keep any dust to a minimum. Cleaned up the outside very thoroughly…cutting away a lot of stucco pop outs (around the windows/doors) makes quite a mess! Just be ready for it! They did great! The stucco repair crew was quite messy. Our advice…do this project BEFORE you paint your house…or, make sure the stucco crew understands that you are NOT going to repaint your entire house and confine their mess to the repair areas only!Edited 04/17/2024…I was remiss in noting how great our sales person (Randy D) was from the beginning…educated us very well, discussed various options and features, worked closely with us to get the best value.

Had a very positive experience with Brandon, and based solely on this meeting, I would recommend him. Our windows look fabulous and I would definitely recommend. We needed to replace the original slider and several windows in our home. Another replacement vendor came out and gave us an outrageous quote. We almost gave up. Thank goodness we called The Window and Door Store. Their estimate was half what the other company wanted so we were able to replace all our windows. Their design consultant Steve was not high pressure and really listened to us. Installation was scheduled quickly after measuring, and Nick, Josh, Jason, and Abel along with each of their crew members were outstanding. Everyone made sure we were happy with every aspect of the installation and the crews went above beyond to ensure we were satisfied. The Store even reached out after installation to make sure we are happy with our new windows. We are! Thank you Window and Door Store.

They do great work, but I did not have a great experience with this company unfortunately. It took three months for them to finally complete my installation. My initial meeting with them was great. I have a unique situation with my windows and explained this all to the project manager when he came by. Everything seemed right and I felt comfortable with them. They assured me they would be there on install day and we were on the same page.On install day nothing was communicated to the installers. The project manager and my sales guy were never heard from again. So with this lack of communication we went through a series of issues that the installers didn’t convey to the office. So every time I called the office to check up on my install updates they had no idea what I was talking about. Broken window pieces, overcharges, unfinished work, leaving messes behind.I felt like it was up to me to remind them of the next steps in my install or I would never be contacted. Weeks would go by until I had to reached out. I will say, once I did contact them, they were quick to have people out to finish up. They were very attentive until they got my money, a lot of money. They do great work and we’re very nice, but what a hassle. It seems they may have too many projects going on to keep up on their customers. I still have an on going issue of a broken window valence that they assured would get taken care of. When this amount of money is involved, I would expect great communication and service. They fell short.

Brandon came to give us a quote on our window project. He communicated his ETA before which helped us plan and schedule prior to his arrival. When he got here, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the cost benefits of each type of window and what installation would look like as well as the warranty coverage. I felt very comfortable with him in our home and I could tell he wanted the solution that was the best for us. We had 3 window companies come out earlier in the week and Brandon was the best out of the 3 by far.

Jason and Jacob did a real good job on installing the windows. Excellent at explaining and answering questions about the windows. Showed up early and worked hard. Did extra detail work filling in holes in sheet rock around windows. Noticed that stucco on outside had cracked from previous install and helped bring that to the attention of the stucco workers to fix. Did a real good job and went the extra mile to help us. Sales person also did a good job as well. Ashley scheduled the install and was easy to work with.

I cannot say enough positive things about The Window Store-Arizona. The entire process was amazing; from the person who helped me choose the design and paint for my door as well as create the contract; to the office staff who kept me informed of next steps; and to the people who installed my door. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most importantly, they honored the contract. I now have a beautiful door that was installed with care. We replaced 29 windows in our home and hired the AZ Window and Door Store to do it. We chose the Anlin Delmar series. There were missed appointments, no communication or follow-up on numerous occasions. The process was not good and I would not recommend either company. It has been 4 months now since the start of the job and they just finished installing the last window last Saturday. We still have three screens with holes that need repair. In addition, we now also have six windows with warped frames and corners pulling away from the stucco. I spoke with Dow who is the GM and still waiting to have someone from either company address the warping. I should have gone with aluminum.Update 8/14, Dow came to our home and has made arrangements for the windows and screens to be replaced. Six new windows and three screens are on order and should arrive late September. It was determined the window frames are warping due to poor installation. Most of our challenges can be associated with the original installation crew. I will update this review once the work has been completed. At this point we are cautiously optimistic.

The level of customer service received from scheduling the initial consultation appointment, to the consultation itself, to installation was superior. You know, the "old school" kind of customer service where they actually show up on time, enjoy what they do, have knowledge of their product and services, are friendly, follow through and do what they say?! THAT is the kind of customer service I grew up with and was taught myself so it was very refreshing to know that, in a world where people just don't seem to give a rat's behind anymore, this still exists!Also, Steve went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We had a hiccup in one of the products installed last and I reached out to express my concern. Without hesitation, he corrected it immediately and went way above my expectations to get it resolved.We are extremely happy with our new interior doors and kitchen window and will 100% without a doubt absolutely recommend this place to everyone we know. I met with Brad, my sales specialist. He was able to provide me with the best option for my home and needs at a fair quote right off the bat, no going back and forth, not adding or taking away on product quality to meet a quote number. He provided me with Anlin Del Mar windows series for the best quote he could do. I got lower quotes from other companies, but at a product quality cost that to me it didn't save me any more money, just provided me a cheaper quality product to keep the price lower. Due to the AZ heat in the summer, I needed the best window possible to keep the heat out, Brad offered just that on the first quote.This review is on the sale part of the process, I will update the review on installation, which I'm expecting it to be great since I went with them based on their years of experience, while the warranty is great from Anlin, I do not want to expect to use it or workmanship.

I am very pleased with the windows and associated work. I had several windows retrofitted and two windows adjusted for size/materials and I am very happy with all of the work. So happy I came back to have 3 exterior doors redone, 1 interior door redone and 3 windows redone. This is, literally, the only company I've used twice for home remodeling type work. Thank you for a seamless up front process (Stephen is very patient and helpful), successfully performed measurement process and quality install. Currently I also happen to be testing out the warranty process, so hopefully I'll be able to comment on that soon. I highly recommend this company!!!!

I've used AZ Window and door store twice before and although there were hiccups things were done right in the end. This time they absolutely screwed me. I am remodeling and they were contracted to install closet doors in our nursery for our newborn. The doors were going to take two months but we figured we could push the project a little more to have the doors we wanted.We get an email today that our sales rep is having back surgery and because he never picked up a deposit our doors were never ordered and they won't be installed on time. We were on the schedule for 4/10. They then blamed me for not getting a deposit to them even though Dameon was supposed to stop by and pick up payment in full.Do not use this company if it is an important project. They are not well managed and will blame you for their shortcoming's.UPDATE!!! I was called by Greg and he told me there was nothing they could do. Tried to blame me, and make excuses. I used AZ Window and Door Store twice spending over 15k with them on windows. Had quotes for around another 20k of doors. Based on the reviews it looks like this company has really gone down hill. I think this was a blessing in disguise that they didn't order my closet doors.

I replaced 15 windows and 2 sliding patio doors that were 30 years old. These new windows and doors look great! Call and ask for Dameon - he's great to work with on the sales side (isn't pushy and won't spam your email inbox). Miguel led the install along with two other guys - they knocked out a 4 day scheduled job in 2 days. Highly recommend working with these guys!

This company continues to amaze me! We got all of our windows and doors replaced by them in 2021 and the customer service just continues to be stellar. They have gone above and beyond after the fact to continue taking care of our needs. When we repainted our house and wanted to match the caulking color they used when they installed, they didn’t just provide the color for us, they dropped off multiple tubes of caulk for us to be sure we had the right product. I am so impressed with their customer service in making sure we are happy even years later.
