I’ll reply to your reply. I was a client please recheck your records! I had an appointment with my English cream golden on Friday September 29th at 1pm. I’m just now writing the review becuase he just got groomed at another establishment and the difference in quality of grooming is significant enough for me to warrant writing this review now. When he came in September his paws were not trimmed at all. Nails were also not done. The hair on the back of his legs was extremely choppy and uneven. I requested that his back fur not be touched and it was trimmed leaving it in a weird growing pattern. Overall the difference in quality of groom from this establishment compared to the other one we just came from is night and day.

My puppy and I have been using "The Pet Salon" for a few years now. One of the things I love most about this groomery is that everything is out in the open. From the drop off kennels to the grooming area, you can see everything that is going on. It makes me feel confident that my puppy is in good hands.Our little miniature poodle was difficult to cut, however, they took her and did a great job getting her cut to look adorable. Also, the first time we started there, there was an intake card that allowed me to describe what we wanted. They have been giving her the exact haircut we ask for each time and she looks adorable.Ginger and I will keep going back!

Have had a couple of good experiences here, but the last two appointments have gone poorly. Not sure if it’s because there are more groomers now and my requests are not making it to actual person grooming my dog, but they’ve ignored specific requests and done whatever cut they prefer. This last time they asked me to send reference pic of the cut I wanted, ignored it, shaved him down & charged $120.

I recently adopted a rescue dog and was nervous about having him groomed for his first time. Yuri and his staff were amazing, and put both me and my dog at ease! Yuri listened to my requests and gave my new little man a great haircut… and more importantly a great experience as my dog came out not only looking amazing, but also wagging his tail!!! I will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Yuri always does an amazing job, this time, my havanese had a LOT of matting, Yuri went above and beyond to comb them out instead of shaving it off. I highly recommend this place

We've been using The Pet Salon for about 4 years now. Yuri is the BEST! I've had some bad experiences at some other places locally, but never here. Yuri is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and gentle with my girl, Bella. My 11 year old Morkie just loves Yuri and is such a good girl for him while he works. He use to be a veterinarian tech, so he's spotted an oncoming ear infection during a grooming. It saved a lot of hassle and pain that's for sure. The salon is clean, with a great location in North Scottsdale, but if we ever moved further away, I'd drive here anyway. His gentle touch with the dogs puts them all at ease. He grooms exactly the way we ask and we've never had an issue. Unfortunately, some other salons we've used did not provide the same. I HIGHLY recommend The Pet Salon and Yuri. We took our aussie doodle for the first time in this salon. Don’t even know what was worse: The poor customer service skills demonstrated by the salon owner or the worst and overpriced cut our dog received. I could’ve done a better job grooming him myself.

I would give them a 10 if I could. We have had so many different groomers for our yorkie but no one comes close to grooming like our groomer there. His name is Uri and he does exactly what you ask him to do.

Yuri is just crazy good at what he does and so reasonably priced. We have lived in the area for 3 years. I have had two different groomers. They were both just average at best but not worth what I was paying for sure. When the stay-at-home order for the covid-19 was in place my most current groomer closed grooming services so I was somewhat left in the lurch. A neighbor told me about Yuri and she had been taking her dog there for 15 years and he's adorable. Yuri's shop remained open during the stay-at-home order which to me made sense. So I gave Yuri a call and scheduled an appointment. Admittedly I was a little apprehensive for fear he wouldn't understand what I wanted in the cut for my dog. It was almost like he could read my mind and he could visualize what was in my mind about what she should look like. He did an absolutely incredible job on her. He even commented that it's about a scissors and how he cuts with scissors versus the way other groomers cut. Well keep it going Yuri because you're amazing. I have my third groomer now and I hope he's the last.

We have been to multiple groomers within the Scottsdale area and none were able to execute a beautiful groom on our Labradoodle that we were looking for until I took our pup to The Pet Salon. I am absolutely thrilled with how amazing and beautiful our pup looked, it was truly the best grooming work our dog has ever had. We will absolutely be coming back in 6 weeks for a follow-up and am so thankful for this business.

Best dog groomer in the area! Have been bringing my dogs to Yuri for years and wouldn't go to anyone else. They always come out looking great! Easy to make appointments and pickup and drop off are quick. Also love the anesthesia free dental cleaning that comes to the salon, all of my dogs go in for a cleaning at a least yearly. Highly recommend this groomer!

If you love your animals then this is the place for you! Yuri is fabulous! He has been grooming my dogs for years and I am so happy he now has opened his own place. I have 2 Coton's and a Havanese and they always look and smell their best because of Yuri. My dogs love it at The Pet Salon and run in to meet Yuri when we arrive. If you want a great grooming experience then Yuri at The Pet Salon is the place for you and your furry loved one.

The owner and staff are all highly skilled, caring and experienced! Almost all the other customers I have met feel the same way. I don't understand the negative reviews I read here, they must be from overall negative people who feel that their "special" dogs should be put on a pedestal. If you're looking for a reliable grooming, go to the pet salon. My dogs always come home looking really neat and happy.

Hello and you are welcome for giving you all my time off day I don’t do this, but they are Rude not people friendly not sanitary and all in all just a sketchy establishment. Please don’t bring your dog there if you actually love them! The appointment wasn’t under my name just my girlfriends and out dog ;)

My 2 Havanese pooches get groomed every 2 weeks here. Pleased with the gentle handling and personal attention they receive. They always look adorable. I like that you can choose whether they are caged or in a playpen. Pricing is always fair and consistent which is important for me as often as we need this service! Highly recommend!

I came to the pet salon based on the reviews posted online. Being a very picky pet owner, I am very happy with this place. The staff is very professional,gentle with pets and kind. You can see the groomers working on pets, not like some other shops where they are somewhere in the back. I highly recommend the pet salon. We will surely be back 10 stars all the way!!!

It was amazing! Yuri was very nice and welcoming, and the dogs came out looking the best they have ever looked!
