There are not words for how excellent Jessica and the Flower Cart are. We were lucky enough to have their support for our wedding two years ago. The shop did such an AMAZING job. Everything we wanted was above and beyond expectations. We live out of town, and unfortunately had a death we were not able to be in Scottsdale for. We wanted to support our friends and their family with a beautiful arrangement and luckily they are local to the shop. Jessica put something together last minute and had it arranged and delivered so quickly. And it was gorgeous (pic attached). 5 stars does not do her and the team their justice. THANK YOU for being so kind, helpful and being there for us on our wedding day as well as during our friends time of need. We appreciate you so much.

Last Thursday, I rang up the flower store to get a surprise bouquet for my husband who was returning from a work trip. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He recommended that I buy a wrap since I already had a vase and told me to come over during the weekend to pick something out.Saturday morning, I went to the store, but I misread the store hours and arrived two hours early. However, I walked into the store, which was still dark, and found Jessica, the store owner, having breakfast at the back. I apologized for the inconvenience, but she was so patient and gracious with me. She helped me choose the perfect flowers and took my order right then and there. She said she would need twenty minutes, so I left to grab some breakfast and returned to the most beautiful flower arrangement that made my heart skip a beat. Jessica also taught me how to prepare the flowers and tied them up, so all I had to do was cut them and place them in the vase. All of this while her breakfast remained uneaten. I thanked her with gratitude, but she said that it was her pleasure to help. This kind of service is rare and truly remarkable. I will definitely be going back to this flower shop again and again. Jessica, you have a loyal customer in me. Thank you for making my day!

Ordered a nicer bouquet for my woman. She was blown away! Normally I am let down by florist but this one I was not. The display picture online didn't even do the bouquet justice! Great arrangement. I ordered sympathy flowers over the phone on Saturday and they were promptly delivered on Monday. Living in California, I was not familiar with this shop prior to a simple google search and I was very pleasantly surprised. When placing the order over the phone, the woman I talked to was very sympathetic and kind in helping me place an order. They also send an email receipt that outlines the message and what you ordered to confirm accuracy. Once delivered you receive an email letting you know they arrived safely. The arrangement was tasteful and fresh. We paid ~$90 for this arrangement pictured. We’ll definitely be ordering flowers from this shop again for our friends and family in the Scottsdale area.

Jessica at The Flower Cart was the perfect choice for my local wedding I had in October 2022. She was so wonderful throughout the entire planning process in coming up with exactly what I wanted with a great respect for budget and even included backup flower choices just in case some weren’t available/in-season! This is the best flower shop EVER! I live in Seattle and needed to send something special to a family member in Scottsdale who just had surgery.After many calls to locate and support a local business (rather than the easy "1-800" flower option), I found this wonderful shop! Alexia was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. She helped me figure out a beautiful unique option, and texted me photos from the shop so I could see and choose a card and stuffed animal to go with it. Anthony finished up and was equally warm and friendly, handwriting the card from the text I sent him the next day.I realize "flowers" are a relatively simple consumer product, but they can mean so much! This family gift for my brother cheered him up, lifted his spirits, and made him feel loved and supported by all of us from afar. And as a photographer, he especially appreciated the beautiful artistic arrangement!This type of personal attention and care in a retail business is a rare gem. I am sure that the owners take great pride in the quality of their product and the service they provide - it is wholeheartedly reflected in the great people I spoke with!
