I love my groomer and friend Sherry here. We have been coming here for her for quite a few years. Sometimes she can be hard to get in with but that’s because she is so popular and well liked by pets and their owners.The shop can get busy and sometimes you just might have to be a little patient but all in all it’s well worth it!

My dog needs a special food. Even though See Spot Shop doesn’t normally carry that brand, they order a 5 pound bag for my dog each week. They are very accommodating to me and my dogs needs!

Kind employees, but they definitely don’t want to cause conflict. Brought both my dogs for a grooming on Friday. On Sunday I noticed my Dog (golden retriever)with irritation on her neck. To my surprise it was an inch long clipper cut on her neck. This would have been nice to know either right after. You know a good heads up. Or at the least when I went to pickup the dogs. Poor form displayed by this place.

My family vacationed in Scottsdale early this summer with our 18 year old Dalmatian. Dalmatians need regular nail trims as their front nails grow quickly and walking becomes painful. She also seems to have a superpower enabling her to leave threats in a cloud of never ending fur. It wasn't easy to find someone to take a last minute groom but See Spot Shop was a godsend. They gave Duma a soothing oatmeal bath and nail trim. I'll make an appointment when we come back through on our way home because I'm not sure what they did but she doesn't appear to be shedding nearly as much as she usually does and haven't had a single hot spot flair up in a month.

Jack does an excellent job of grooming my scottish terrier mix (who is not so easy) and my australian shepherd. I have never been disappointed with the clips, cuts, and overall groom! Any issues are always pointed out which I appreciate. The best I can describe the grooming since they were just there is "they sparkle"! The front desk service is awesome too and advice for food or treats is always available. They try really hard to make sure you are happy! ...and I AM! Thank you guys!

I Would NOT recommend this place for dog grooming. I have a 13 year old Westie who I have been taking to local Scottsdale groomers for some time now. We started See Spot Shop for grooming a year ago and were using Charles as the groomer. He did a fantastic job. He left See Spot Shop and they wouldn't tell me where he went. We sceduled my dog with Groomer Jack, and my dog did not like him at all. Jack wasn't comfortable working with my dog either. When I asked to try a different groomer, they wouldn't let me and told me my dog would not be able to be groomed there any more beacause she did not do well with Jack. It is probably for the best, I would rather find a more qualified and professional business to care for my dog. In 13 years, we have never had this happen. Just shocked at the lack of professionalism from this company. Would not trust them to properly care for your pet. I used to also purchase NOW brand dog food from this business. I am now ordering it through Chewy where it is delivered to my home. I don't want to give See Spot Shop my money or business for the insensitive and rude way we were treated.

I have been bringing my havanese to be groomed with Charles here for about a year and a half. I wasn’t impressed with petsmart grooming so I thought I would splurge here. Imagine my surprise when I found out they charge roughly the same for so much more! I will not take my girl to anyone else. Charles is honestly the best! He goes above and beyond, is gentle and caring, and usually takes about a third of the time than petsmart does. I doubt she spends really anytime in a kennel. I had her in just the other day and showed up a bit early to do a little shopping and nearly started crying because I could actually hear Charles and another woman who works there in the back loving on my dog and telling her what a sweet good girl she was!! Very impressed with this place. These people genuinely love animals.

We’ve been taking our German Shepard Zeus here for his bath, cleaning his ears, and clipping his nails. The last two times we picked up Zeus, we noticed that he wasn’t bathed well. It seemed like a very shallow “surface clean” was done, because when we pet him our hands became dirty and smelly — just as before we’d taken him for a bath. The first time this happened, we let it go. The second time it happened, we complained and were directed to the manager. The manager wasn’t even willing to acknowledge it! She wasn’t at all helpful. All we wanted was assurance that Zeus would be deep-cleaned/properly bathed in the future, and it also would’ve been professional and appropriate for the manager to offer a refund since the job wasn’t done as expected. We consistently pay around $70 + tip here, and expect quality service as well as quality customer service from the manager — both of which were not received. Due to the manager’s poor response, we won’t be coming back.

Louise does a fabulous job on my bichons. Hard to find someone to do a classic show cut. The dogs even love going to groomed! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Not a cookie cutter store with the same old products. It is fun!

Pretty bummed about some things. Great grooming service until they decided to go up in price to pay employees better. Fine I get that. But when I ask twice to have a specific food item ordered and they agree and confirm both times they have it coming… then it comes in the wrong size for the one i ordered, second try they say they have my food and once I het there they dont have any records of it. Not sure who's job im doing but i am over it. Going to another place now. Thanks

I have not even had the chance to work here yet and can sense an unwelcome and toxic atmosphere. I was on the phone for an interview with "Janey" and she was very pushy about setting up an interview ASAP and after I told her I was unavailable one day, proceeded to text me right after the phone call that she had scheduled me for an interview that day, disregarding me completely. I told her I would let her know if I could work something out though. Three hours later I got a very snarky response in the words of: "Can you make it Monday or not?" Don't work for this company, seriously. Their employee reviews are awful as well.
