Everyone in this office is friendly and caring. We recently moved our dog and services to this vet office. Both Dr. Davis and Dr. Haley are the best! They both take their time with our dog during appointments, get on the floor with them, and take all the time we need to answer our questions. They really care! So glad we found them.

Best Vet in Phoenix for sure! The staff are amazing and very accommodating. They do not rush any appointments and make sure that we understand the current health status of our fur baby by explaining things thoroughly. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I’ve needed some time to grieve before being able to write a proper review. Saying goodbye to our little fur ball Boomer was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do in my adult life. Dr Rice made this unbearable decision much easier, giving us advice leading up to that day and her kind and caring demeanor, was the most passionate understanding person in the room with us. She even took time out of her busy surgery day to be the one who helped us thru saying our goodbyes with lots of love and tears. I will be forever grateful to her.

The vet, Dr. Holly Rice is excellent. She has a great manner with our dog. She's very gentle and loving. Dr. Rice is also a great source of information, she gives complete and thoughtful answers to all of our questions. The office staff is also exceptional: friendly and helpful. We've been going here for 7 years and it's always the best experience. Our dogs actually like to go, they get lots of attention and loving.

The staff is friendly and the doctors are superb. The cost of service is higher than many other local vets and they change for EVERYTHING. For example, I took my dog there for an exam- the next day I returned for the treatment and a quick check up for a new symptom and was changed two separate exam fees even though the second day exam took less than 10 minutes and I wasn’t even taken back to am exam room. I will continue to use the vet for my high maintenance dog but have taken my other two pets to another vet.UPDATE!! Literally the day after I posted this, the Doctor called, apologized for the double change (based on our conversation the day prior). I was so impressed that the ACTUAL DOCTOR, not the front staff, personally called to make this right. Apparently, this clinic is listening to the opinion of their clients and that means a lot to me!

We are new to Scottsdale Animal Healthcare as we transferred from another practice to continue our pet care with our wonderful vet, Dr. Haley. She has treated our miniature poodle, Renee, since she was 11 weeks old. Now, almost 2 yrs old, she recently had a medical issue that needed to be resolved. From the first call, the receptionist was friendly, efficient and quickly booked an appointment. At our appointment, Dr Haley was in surgery, however, Dr. Beger, took care of us in a professional, caring, and knowledgable way. She developed a plan and before we left, Dr. Haley made a point of coming in to see us and gave Renee a hug!Our first experience at this practice was exceptional. Not only is it an immaculate facility, but you instantly feel you and your pet are in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is so sweet and so loving of our puppy Zeus - this is the first time I’ve ever had a pet excited to go visit the vet! Between the attention and the treats, this is probably his second favorite place on earth other than curling up in bed!The team works quickly and efficiently to diagnose and provide treatment and is always patient with answering questions and giving as much information as possible. Wouldn’t bring another pet anywhere else

Thank you thank you thank you, Scottsdale Animal Healthcare. I am revising this review because the entire team at Scottsdale Animal Healthcare showed their love, kindness, and compassion yet again. They found a large mass around his spleen when we brought in our sweet Piggelin a few weeks ago because he was lethargic, not eating, not drinking, and not eliminating. They did what they could and we brought him home for about 2 weeks but we realized that he had declined more and we needed to say goodbye.They arranged everything so beautifully with care when we brought him in. We couldn’t have asked for more than my husband holding him in his arms while I kissed his little forehead and nose, telling him how much we love him and how much we were going to miss him, as he fell asleep. They went above and beyond even that by connecting us with and making arrangements at Aqua Crossing and supporting us every step of the way. In a few short months, the team at Scottsdale have felt like family and have given us more than we could have ever asked for.The entire staff is exceptional and as a pet parent you will not find a better place for care for your fur baby(ies). We would give 11 stars if we could because they deserve that much and more. Dr Aimee Beger and Caroline were wonderful. We felt our cat, Zack, was in great hands. He was the most relaxed we have seen him at a Vet appt. They both clearly love cats and we knew we found the right Vet for him. They listened to our concerns. We felt very comfortable with them. Loved that they have a separate cat room. The front desk were all very friendly also.

The entire staff is always amazing. We normally have been with Dr. Rachael Casuccio who is in a league of her own, always goes above and beyond. This time we had the pleasure of meeting Dr Amiee Berger and her right hand, Cheyenne. They were professional, kind, informative, and caring for pets and humans alike. Dr. Rachel has taken care of my two senior dogs over the past five years. One unfortunately succumbed to cancer, but enjoyed a high quality of life throughout. The other is nearing 20, surpassing everyone’s expectations and totally shocking the rescue he came from. I moved pretty far from this office about four years ago but still make the trek, because it is so obviously worth it. Incredible level of care here.

I’ve been very happy with Scottsdale Animal Healthcare. We just got a new puppy and I chose the stay with the practice after having been with them for many years with our prior dog. They were a great vet through our prior dog’s lifespan including being so sympathetic when his health was declining after 14 years. I would absolutely recommend SAH.

We love Scottsdale Animal Healthcare! They treat our rescue pittie Biscuit like a queen. She had a tough life before we got her and has trouble with other dogs and the SAH team is always careful to get us checked in and out quickly. Dr. Rachel answers all our questions and tells us what we’re doing right and what we could do to help Biscuit more. The techs are gentle and loving and Biscuit always wants to go “in the back” and say hi to everyone. We recommend them 1000%

I came from Chandler to see Dr Beger. She is a very good and competent Vet. She used to work in Chandler and has taken care of Bobby his whole life. Her assistant was very helpful and very competent also. The facility was nice and all of the staff we came in contact were very nice and hard workers. If there was a need, they took care of it. It was worth the drive from Chandler.

Would never take my dog anywhere else. I called yesterday because my dog was incredibly itchy. They got me a next day tech appointment for an allergy shot. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The entire staff is great at what they do and very friendly.
