Today was my dog Angus’s first visit with Dr. Walker at Pima North Animal Hospital. He is an older dog, and we had lots of questions about mobility and joint health for him. She was so kind and took time to lay out a comprehensive stepped plan to see what treatments work best for Angus. Also our vet tech, Julia, was awesome with Angus. We are new to the area and so happy that we found this wonderful vet! Highly, highly recommend!

We had our first appointment today and had an incredible experience. We have an extremely reactive GSD and came to this vet to establish care and talk about some of his behavioral issues. We met with Dr. Lohmer who was SPECTACULAR. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. She was so compassionate and knowledgeable and actively listened to our concerns. She took her time and I felt that both my dog and I were cared for. The staff was so accommodating too and helped to ensure the path was "clear" of other dogs when entering and exiting the facility. I am so thankful for this team and their patience and understanding. Thank you all for what you do!!!

Follow up: My dog loves coming to Pima North! The front office staff is absolutely amazing; so friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. Every vet we’ve seen has been great too. We never feel rushed and they all take such excellent care of our dog. The office is about a 30-minute drive and it’s well worth the trip.

Lisa did a wonderful job grooming Moon (cat). This was our 2nd time and will continue with Pima North Animal Hospital. The staff is really friendly and helpful and both of our cats have been treated super well.

We took our new puppy to see Dr. Lohmer. My husband and I were very impressed by her! She gave us good information, answered all our questions, and was so great with our dog too!! We could tell she loves what she does!! Staff was also great, especially Blair!!

This was our first visit. I have 3 senior dogs with health issues. I was very pleased with meeting Dr. Lossman and her assistant Lexie. Dr. lossman was very detailed and took the time to answer questions etc. Very happy with this practice. Staff was great!

We trust Pima North Animal Hospital when boarding our pet Maya. The staff is always so caring, warm and attentive to her. The cats are completely away from the dogs and the boarding facility is very clean and the cages large. Highly recommended.

Bruno stayed for Christmas weekend and when I went to pick him up, he didn't want to leave. He tried to run back in with the techs. I was sent a pic message and he looked very happy. They also returned all his belongings clean and laundered. Recommend 100% and I will be using again when I travel. Thank you so much for taking care of our pup.

I was very happy with Skippy‘s grooming by Laura. Skippy is an old dog and requires special handling. He came out, wagging his tail and very happy so I know he got excellent care and treatment.

Such a wonderful experience! We had our Lab & Shih-tzu groomed, and this yearsBordetella vaccine for both pups . Lisa was the groomer & So incredibly nice! Did an amazing job, our pups just love her! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Walker is a very gentle and caring Veterinarian. She is very tuned into what is best for our pup. She is very easy to talk to and takes great care of our pup. Dr. Walker has great knowledge and experience. We value our time with her.

This was my first visit to this vet practice and it’s already my favorite. I have moved several times in three states and have had several vets and I’ve never seen a staff that is so kind, attentive and works so well together, and this vet is simply the best in every way. He was so kind and gentle with me and my cat, and he handled my cat beautifully and determined and solved his problem quickly. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! The staff was accommodating and friendly. My experience at the front desk was quick and easy, both ladies assisting me in the front were very nice. Lisa took amazing care of my cat Penelope. I have been looking for a place to take her to get groomed and I finally have found my new spot! She did a great lions cut on her and she looks amazing. New to AZ and needed a vet for our 3 feline furbabies. Pima Animal Hospital provided compassionate quality care for two of our kitties. One was treated for worms and the other a urinary issue. Although I did end up waiting past my scheduled appointment, the service provided made up for it. Vet tech Nick and Dr. Germano we’re both outstanding!

New groomer as my previous has retired. My little guy has fear and anxiety issues so many groomers won't take him. Lisa was awesome. She is so patient and understanding of his "issues".Will definitely return.

I feel this place has really turned around. I used to be frustrated with getting appointments always on hold and you were always seeing a different vet. My pets (4) all see Dr G and I feel she and her staff from the front office to the techs all care about my pets. The office even has a different feel walking in the front door. Thanks for the positive changes!

When we have had emergencies, they made the time to see our pets. The vets are the best and the office staff and techs are friendly and helpful. I will never go anywhere else to get my dogs groomed. We came all the way from Sedona to get our 7 month old puppy groomed for the first time. Laura did an amazing job with him. Also, the front desk women were very sweet. It was an all around great experience for it being our first time at Pima North. Thank you guys for making it such pleasant experience!

Hi, we usually only go to the vet once a year when all of the cats go for their check-up. This year, three trips so far, and it's only Feb. 6th. Our newest resident, chmeee a cat, started to wheeze and sneeze and lost interest in dinner. So 'K' called around and got us a short notice appointment at Pima North. It's just a few minutes drive away. We got a short notice appointment thanks Kandi Nelson .We were in the door 20 minutes later and they had chmeee back in an 'cats only' exam room. Turns out, he has a cold and should recover on his own. Dr. Bret Andrea explained everything, answered all of our questions.All of us were treated well, and chmeee is eating and sleeping as he recovers. Good place to go, reasonable fees, nice people.BtB, new picture 1/25/20, chmeee is now 24 lbs. Big Boy!

This is THE BEST Vet I've ever been to. From the moment you walk through the front door, you know they care & are going to take care of your Furry Children better than anyone else. Everyone's so friendly & the actual Vet's are second to none. Definitely the best in the area. They always get us in right away, even if they don't have room. They also have the BEST groomer on the West Coast on staff: Llynda. She's generally booked out for months, but you may get lucky if there's a cancelation. We book for the entire year at the beginning of each new year to make sure we never have to worry. I highly recommend Pima North Animal Hospital with everything in my being! They also have amazing boarding facilities & it's with such a piece of mind when we travel, knowing everyone we depend on is right there under one roof, should something go wrong. XO

After having called around to a few places for boarding purposes Pima North was by far the most friendly and easy to work with. I was in a crunch as far as time goes and this was my first time boarding my two cats. But Pima North was flexible and reassuring throughout the whole process. I spoke with several different staff members over the phone throughout the process and each one of them were kind and understanding. After having some not so kind experiences that same morning my stress and anxiety was growing. So, it was a huge relief when I called Pima North and greeted so kindly. I knew I had found a group of people who’d be on my team. For me and for Monster and Kasino. Thank you kindly, from our hearts!

We found the entire experience to be great! . It's super easy to make an appointment online. At the time of the appointment, we only waited a minute or two, and then we were taken back to an exam room. The staff all understood what our dogs' special needs are, and after an exam and some suppliments, we were on our way. Very efficient, and Renee(our little dog) did not get anxious like she used to for vet visits :-)
