I took my dog in for allergies. The techs were very knowledgeable and made my nervous dog feel at ease. The vet was thorough in the exam and gave me options for treatment. Highly recommend this clinic!

Sophie had a very good experience at the clinic. Everyone was so caring and wonderful as she was very nervous. I find them extremely helpful and genuine. We are using this clinic from now one. The best!!!

The store is clean, sorted and staff friendly. Our family has a few guinea pigs and fish so we stop in to replenish supplies and find new things to keep animals content. Everyone is helpful and we always find what we need. 4 stars is only because this is expected and there is nothing extraordinary. We are looking for a dog and this rating may improve if we use more of the offerings.

I dont know what i would do with petsmart and their extremely knowledgeable staff! I have little critters and pets crawling out my ears and am always looking for more wirhin my bounds. They have taught me so much and are willing and able to give me one on one service to help me create better habitats or provide for each individual pet perfectly. My thanks go out.

Great store. Really love the selection of items they have for both dogs and small animals. PetSmart has really been improving on their holiday items for small animals. I remember a while ago it used to be only dog items that received holiday toys. Small animal items have been great and we appreciate it!

This is a great place to get food for your furry pets. They have some of the best selections for dry and wet dog food.The staff is so friendly and of course pet friendly. They will give you a treat to give to your pets and they definitely make it welcoming.I highly recommend this place for dog food and toys.

Livestock is lacking variety, staff is respectful, and helpful.The rodent livestock is limited to 5 different breeds; Robo Dwarf, Syrian Long Haired & Syrian Short Haired,Winter White, and Guinea Pigs. Canary livestock had more variety, and the reptiles were low on stock.

This is probably the worst PetSmart I’ve been to. I love petsmart, their training program, their staff are always so friendly. I usually visit the Tatum location but was here for garden shopping at Lowe’s and stopped by. This is the second time I’ve been here and both had been a negative experience with the same person. There is an older lady with bob hair at the cash register, second time, same thing happened. She acts very annoyed and rolls her eyes when I tell her I have a return to make. I’ll probably never come back again, I hope management sees this and really talks to her about customer service. Customer service is not just for when customers need something, buying something, the attitude for returning something that doesn’t workout for them is important too.

We adopted a kitten today after 2 previous visits. The 3 volunteers in the cat adoption area were all very kind, patient and informative. We recieve a coupon booklet from PetSmart after adoption that included a 4.5 bag of great, natural cat food (value $14). There is even a voucher for a free vet consultation and exam.Overall great, easy experience.

I visited this PetSmart on Saturday, 4/15, and was verbally assaulted by a large woman with a rescue organization, who came at me in a threatening manner simply because we brought our puppy in to get a collar that fit. Puppy was NOT on the ground at any time, and has had some though not all shots, but either way was NOT in contact or near any animals, all we wanted to do was pick a collar out, because the one we'd pre-purchased was too big.We did not go near this woman and the rescue dogs, she literally flew towards us Hocus Pocus style from the side of the store, and stopped me and my two small children as we entered the the front door, and immediately began yelling at us. The PetsMart employee standing at the first register, an older blonde woman, stood there and did NOTHING. I asked the raging rescue woman to get away from me, and if she hadn't, I would have called the police, as she scared my kids and was absolutely belligerent. She made a cruel comment about the puppy dying to my kids, then stomped back to the rescue. Rescue is a wonderful thing, yes. But y'all are not the second coming and you clearly, based on the woman's behavior, are not better human beings than anyone else. PetSmart, either expect the rescue staff to follow the same professional behavior as your employees, or do not allow them in your store. We will be shopping Amazon or Chewy online or at Pet Market from now on. Your stores are dirty and the overall atmosphere has gone downhill, and you do not expect those representing your store to act like sane human beings.

I come here all the time and everyone at this location is so great and helpful especially Kay .. I needed a new dry food for both my cat and dog and she happily stopped what she was doing to help me and both the foods she helped me pick turned out great they both love it! It’s hard to find good customer service these days so had to shout out to people who actually really care. Thanks

Always come here and the mayo PetSmart for cat products. Like the mayo one better. Seems to have more inventory (mayo) and the people that work at this one don't seem to be as personable Especially at the register.

We use the grooming salon and last week our appointment was cancelled last minute, the manager, Kay went above and beyond to reschedule us and make sure we were taken care of. I was incredibly happy with Sarah as our groomer as well. Thank you both!

Great place to shop for your pet's needs. Their rewards program needs a little help though. I had $10 in rewards and they decided to take it back for no reason at all. Boo on you PetSmart for that reason.
