I adopted the best cat ever from the humane society here! The staff were so helpful and friendly and there were a lot of cats to choose from for such a small space. The Adoption fee was a bit high for my baby but she is worth every penny!This store has a good selection of all pets needs and wants.

About two weeks ago, I adopted Nyx from the AZ humane society, inside pet smart. The process was so smooth and everyone, including the Petsmart employees were extremely nice! I had such a wonderful experience that the next week, I came back and adopted another kitten, Reese! I couldn’t be happier with the decision of choosing to rescue from the humane society. If you’re looking for a new furry friend, please come here! ❤️

The employees of this store are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Pleasant, kind, helpful, always doling out treats and conversation to pets and humans. I have to give a special mention to Gunner, Sandi, Ava and Garrett. All of these people go above and beyond, and brighten our day whenever my dog Gertie and I visit. Super friendly and constantly giving my dog love.Store is also very clean, well stocked and always efficiently run.I can’t speak for the vet service or day care, but the retail end is definitely top notch. Make it your neighborhood go to.

Hands down the best experience. The staff in the adoptions center and the store were excellent and so awesome. The AZHS staff were caring and made sure the animals were well taken care of. I adopted an older dog today and you can tell he was well cared for. I can't tell you how thankful I am for how the morning went. Great job to Cash and Brandon, thank you guys!

Just a little update! I adopted Mallory at 8 weeks old. Her name is now Muffin. She’s going on 13 weeks now! She did have something going on with her scratching that hadn’t been disclosed and my other cat started when I brought her home. But they’re doing okay now and they’re great with each other. Here’s some pictures of her growth before and now!

The store is clean. The atmosphere is friendly. The vibes definitely are positive. The animals are well taken care of. The grooming department is top notch. The people at this store take time to show the love we all share with our beloved animals.

Deeply disappointed in the grooming they did on my dog. In the past, with my dog, the Furminator worked wonders. These people must have barely brushed him. After 1 day he was shedding a lot of hair again and they barely even cut his nails. We definitely want our money back (close to $80). Super bad service.

Went to take my dog for her bath appointment and the two associates working asked why my dog held her leg up and what’s wrong. I explained she was permanently maimed by an untreated break.They needed their manager to come and went radio silent. I asked while waiting what the issue is. A associate responded that they don’t accept animals without xray or vet clearance.I then said, “ But you never asked for that ?”I decided to start filming when the manager came in.In walks in the manager who absolutely *must work on his lack of communication skills and professionalism.Instead of introducing himself and sharing why he was talking to me- he said they couldn’t take my dog. No requests for health history, vet clearance or X-rays. When I asked if it’s because she has a maimed leg (that she holds up) he affirmed.Had he any training at all or aptitude for the position- he would have started with the intro and explained his concerns POST asking necessary questions. I then juxtaposed the question to inquire if they refuse bath services to dogs with limps or dogs with missing limbs. He said ( AND I RECORDED ALL OF IT ) “ Yes”Astonished, I asked for him to clarify and answer if he meant that. “Did you say you refuse service to dogs missing limbs?”He then affirmed. I asked what about dogs missing eyes ( my sarcasm escaped him) …because he said, “ Yes, we will bathe them.”I then said that’s idiotic. He said we are not taking your pet. I said, “ you’re right about that. I would never let you care for my dog now.”So, Brian… if you’re reading this- the video and recording are being sent to corporate.Bone up on the communication skills and professionalism. I’m not sure how you even got hired to wipe up urine.

We left our 2 dogs here for about a week. The place we usually make reservations at forget our reservation and overbooked. This was the only place out of 25 that we called that happened to have a cancelation and was able to get us in at short notice. I had never been to a Petsmart before of this size, and I was impressed by the staff and how clean it was. My wife and I were kinda worried because we're dropping our "babies" off at a strange place and not sure how it was going to go. So with that being said, I was super pleased with everything. The staff there really cared and even sent my wife pictures when we were away. The dogs were happy, clean, and not neurotic when we picked them up. The price was about $150 total more than our usual boarder in Thatcher. To me, you get what you pay for. I didn't need to bathe them afterward and deal with kennel cough. This place was a bit off the normal path for us but next time I need to drive up north, I will be taking them here again.

My corgi Bruce LOVES this place and all the staff are so great! This is our go-to store for treats, toys, and now grooming too! Just took him there for grooming for the first time today in liberty did an incredible job! They took such good care of him and their grooming services were more affordable than a lot of others in the area that we tried. Bruce never looked so good! 🐶✨🐾

I had a disappointing experience at the PETSMART PET HOTEL. The lady at the front desk was not friendly and seemed unhelpful. Despite having our pet's vaccine information, she insisted on a card and claimed our pet wasn't fully vaccinated without checking our latest report. Frustrated, we decided to cancel our booking and won't be returning.

We recently just adopted a kitten from this place and it was such a simple process. We made an appointment online and when we arrived they left us alone with the kitten we had chosen. All the animals looked clean and happy, and their cages looked well-maintained. After signing some paperwork, which took seconds, we were on our way out the door with our new kitten. They even gave us a free bag of food and a book of coupons that helped us get supplies we need for our new kitten at such a low expense. We would highly recommend this place.

We adopted a cat from the AZ Humane Society at this location and it was a wonderful experience! The cat, Sugar is sweet and playful (picture included). In addition, the staff were super helpful and gave us all the information to be prepared to adopt. In addition, petco supplied coupons to get their products discounted with an adoption so we could get her the food, toys, and resources she needed. I 100% recommend adopting pets and this is a great location to do it at!

MY DOG WAS DOUBLE DOSED WITH MEDICATION SEVERAL TIMES!! I also recently found out that my favorite daycare worker (the only one who informs me) has received discrimination based on her disability. The only other worker I know of that ACTUALLY followed protocol was fired for receiving harassment. I have also heard of dogs never receiving water and even DYING here. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE! They are not safe.

Came to this Petsmart to pick up prescription food for my cat because my usual Petsmart was out of the food for two weeks, so they called ahead and had it pulled from the shelf. It was very nice to be able to walk in and pick up the food at the register.

My dog was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease a few months ago. My vet gave me a prescription for renal diet food and told me to go to petsmart to pick it up. Every week I go, there's consistently less and less of this specific food available. When I ask what days they get their shipment in, I've been told twice now that some people go in and buy it all up the same day. This is not ok. There are other dogs who are depending on this food to literally survive. It is their medicine. Petsmart either needs to order more supply to ensure that every customer has access to it, or limit customers on how much they can purchase at one time. My dog is picky and I have to switch it up so buying in bulk on chewy is not an option for me, but it could be for others if they're purchasing that much at once. Petsmart, please do something about this!!!

Thank you Atikas!I went in for a meet & greet for a kitten I was disappointed because he was adopted But ATKIAS showed me a kenal with 3 ,6 mo. Old cats .I took home a pet thanks to the Bissell wavied adoption fee. I probably wouldn't have paid for her on my own but thanks to the promotion I was able to rescue the most lovable cat. Looking at her I laugh now because love is blind .it took me longer to make up my mind than to complete the paper work.
