Encountered these people at a dog festival this weekend. I was there with a rescue and decided to visit their booth. I picked up one of the “free” samples which was a tiny dog treat. The lady told me I couldn’t have it unless I bought something. Most other vendors had free samples but anyway I told her I’d buy something and went around to buy something. She told me to put it back and said it stays here until you buy. Very rudely. They may be good but I wouldn’t support anyone that has representatives like this. So sad!

We loved this place until today! We’ve bathed our two big dogs here twice before so today we had 1free wash, which was great. The last time the young man told us 30 minutes per dog, which gave us just about enough time to bath one and blow them dry. Today the young woman told us we had 15 min per dog to wash and dry them and be out! That was impossible! If she would have had any customer service ability at all it would have been a little better! No one was waiting to use it so there was no rush from that stand point! It was so disappointing! The facility is great but the employee was terrible. Just a bad experience. And it was obvious she didn’t like dogs! Time to get a new job😂🤣

Pet Planet Via Linda was a huge disappointment for me. Despite our previous positive experiences, today was a complete letdown. The young woman working there lacked any customer service skills and gave us an impossible time constraint. It was evident she had no affinity for dogs. The facility is nice, but the employee ruined our visit. On top of that, buying wet dog food here was a mistake as we ended up with rancid cans and no compensation from the owner. Avoid this place.

I love this pet store so much! Everything they carry is high quality. The employees are absolutely incredible. They know us and our dog very well. I would drive across the Valley to shop here no matter how expensive oil execs price their gas and blame it on other people.

We were there to use their self serve pet bathing/grooming station for our Labrador. It is a wonderful facility. Great store and great service.

We are new to the area and Pet Planet on Via Linda will be our new go to for our fur baby’s needs. The customer service shown by the staff was top notch! Courtney and Destiny treated us like family.. if I could give 10 stars I would ❤️

I love this store. The employees are caring and very knowledgable. My dog had surgery and had to be crated for 8 weeks. He's a heavy chewer, but also has a sensitive stomach. The staff recommended a variety of natural, non-smoked items (good for dogs prone to gastrointestinal distress), and called a week or so later to check on him. I love that I don't have to obsessively read all the ingredients because the store stocks healthy, natural products. Oh--and the dog washing tub in the back is pretty cool, too. Surprisingly, the prices are on par with Petsmart.

We stopped in because we wanted to check out the store, we didn't intend to buy anything. I found the shop clean and fully stocked. The Store manager helped us. He educated us on all the different types of foods and gave us samples of the food to take home. Prices were competitive. LOVED this store! I will be back, and I've told my friends too!

I like the convenience of the self wash and you can't beat the price. I would never again buy wet dog food from them. I bought 2 cans of rancid wet dog food. The staff was very apologetic but no contact or comps from the owner.

The staff here is awesome! Excellent selection of products, including a nice amount of frozen raw food to choose from. The self-wash station was a nice surprise, and it was perfect to use! Well worth the visit!

I called this store to ask if they had a particular premium brand in stock (Sojo's, an excellent brand carried by most of their other stores which were out at the time). The man very rudely told me I they don't carry brands with grains and I should look into something else, even after I said my dog is in kidney failure and needs to eat this food. No compassion at all!! I guess I'll have to start shopping at Pet Club.

I visit this store and the one in Ahwatukee Foothills and always find the staff incredible to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and always helpful. Their catch phrase is that there is nothing more important than your pets health and its obvious they mean it! they only sell healthy foods and treats! I buy Legacy from them and you wont find a Iams or Purina on the shelves! They really walk the walk! If you want a truly better and different pet retail experience, do yourself a favor and go in.
