I tried to buy two Earth Animal no rawhide dog chews here. When I put them on the counter the cashier said that will be $60.00!! I said ‘What?!? They are $30 a piece for a dog chew?!?’ They said yes, $27 plus tax. This isn’t inflation, folks. This is a store trying to take full advantage of their ‘affluent’ Scottsdale clientele. You can find the same chew on Amazon for $15. Never shopping here again.

Buyer beware—They’ve sold us 3 bags of expired dog food in the past 6 months that has had worms in them. We just went back in today to see if they had new dog food and it’s still all expired. the manager is never in, you can’t get ahold of her. So disgusting that they are still selling expired dog food when this incident happened over 2 weeks ago. Great customer service other than that issue.

Pricing is ridiculous and laughable. $179 for a 7lb bag of Sojos Complete Grain-Free Freeze-Dried Raw Dog Food. It's priced at no more than $120 at other places and it's currently $117 on Amazon. I'd much prefer to buy local instead of Amazon but not at this place unfortunately.

Came in today trying to find some new food to try out for my 10 year old cat who has been getting picky. The gentleman that helped me out and I feel bad I don't remember his name, but had light blonde hair was very knowledgeable. Even though they did not have the Open Farm food I was looking for he was able to steer me in the right direction to another food to try out. When I got home was skeptical if it would be successful. Put it down and she dove right in. I was amazing at how much she ate and how fast! Thanks for the wonderful service today!

Great store with great staff. Chelsea, Chelise, and Steven are knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. The higher prices might as well be irrelevant because they price match everything. We have been and will continue to be returning customers. Edit: Dominique is awesome, and represents strong customer service and knowledge for dog nutrition.

I was traveling from out of town and was recommended this specific location by a friend. The quality and selection of premium products was superb. What impressed me even more was the excellent customer service and knowledge of each product by a particularly cheerful store associate named Kelly. It's rare to find a greeting or a smile anymore. Kelly went out of her way to great every customer while I was there including my self and helped me individually to find the products I needed. From a younger generation I am very impressed. For as you know you can't pay someone to care. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that customer service still exsists.

I’de give this place a 0 if I could. Why is it that everytime I come in it’s a different person. No familiarity at all and I need to keep re-explaining myself to different people who can’t seemingly understand me. Chelsea who I’m guessing had a bad morning and was rude to me when I tried to make conversation with her. Other times I come your employees are venting OUT-LOUD about higher-ups this and that, Absolutely unprofessional. I used to love coming shopping here, now I get stressed just at the thought of having to pick up food for my cat.

Phenomenal Customer Service ! First time dog foster and went to My Pet Market for a few items. I researched in advance regarding food, toys, teething, etc.Leo, the employee who helped me, was amazingly patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and had better recommendations than I found on several reputable websites. Furthermore went out of his way to assist my six year old my autistic son who was on the verge of melting down.**I'm not saying other employees aren't fantastic as well, just want to ensure Leo gets the recognition he deserves for outstanding service, knowledge and patience!

Choice Pet Market carries some nice, higher end products (sweaters, strollers, crates, treats, toys & food). However, they overprice everything, then promise to "price match" which is a pain. You have to search for better prices online before checking out. Went in today to buy a 6 oz bag of frozen Primal Beef Patties. Pet Market retail price was $57.00 but online price I easily found was $33.99. So, Pet Market charges * $23.00 more * for this bag! They then refused to price match it, claiming their COST is more than the other seller's RETAIL price. Hmm, I wasn't a business major but this is nonsense. Again, they guarantee a price match but they do not always honor it.

This review is regarding the Soul Survivor's Animal Rescue group that holds adoptions at this store once per month. The rescue operates out of a private residence so they do not have their own location on google maps. The pup we adopted from the group had parvo - a very contagious and often fatal virus. He had diarrhea starting day 1 with us; by day 3 it worsened to include lethargy and anorexia, so we took him to the vet where he tested positive. Parvo has an incubation period of 5-10 days, so we know he was exposed to it while under the care of the rescue group. This is a serious virus and very costly illness to deal with. If you are considering adopting from this group, do your due diligence and ensure that the pup is healthy before brining him home.
