SUPER unimpressed... the staff is friendly but don't try to place a bulk order here because after trying for 2 months and a few supposed order placements, I gave up. They never even placed an order for me because everytime I went in, the staff had no idea about it and I wasn't on the custom order sheet they keep. Hopefully you don't strike out either 🤷‍♂️. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.(Edit: they ended up making it right, though for some reason the bulk was more per lb than the bags.)

I love the pet food quality and I always buy 2 XL bags at time, but I am really disappointed the last few times no one offers to carry out the food and I need the help. The cashiers are more interested in looking at their phones then helping carry out.

My favorite pet store. No it’s not cheap but neither is the quality. My two dogs finally agree on the same dog food from Granny Mae country naturals. One of the gentlemen there introduced me to it, no more dander, extra shedding illuminated and less bowl. They love their food. Their coat looks amazing and no stomach issues. Night itching stopped. Very happy!!! It’s now been a year so consistently happy.

I absolutely love this store and they often price match what I can find on line for higher end grain free foods that my breed of dog requires. They are also great about calling around if the food I need isn't in their store they will save you from driving around and call their nearby stores. The service is always exceptional

You you know exactly what you want all the time, go to a major chain and pay a little less, maybe? If you appreciate personal attention and expertise, go here. As my dog gets older, her diet needed to change. I was so impressed with the effort they put in to help me find the appropriate products.

Very very expensive.Make sure you make them price match!!We have seen products $10 higher than any where else.Also I have seen Amazon orders. coming into the store. (yes they did try to hide the box)The people that work there are very nice and helpful.

This place is the BEST! I can find everything I need here for my pup! They have great and healthy dog food choices as well as many dog poop scoopers to choose from! Customer service is on point and friendly! Wes is the man!! He hooked it up when I didn't bring in enough money! I can't thank you enough Wes you saved the day!

Went in there for frozen (raw) and their prices were at least 20% higher than other stores and the guy was unpacking boxes and THROWING them around, right by my small dog. Scared the bejeezus out of both of us. So rude
