Have been going to this location for over a year and a half now to get food and toys for my cat and dog. They are always so helpful. Recently, I had the chance to be helped by Nadia, who was an absolute delight. My chihuahua Buzz was not eating his regular food, so Nadia said I could return it, then recommended another food to try ( Stella and Chewy's Coated Kibble). Buzz loved it and we are back to normal 'round here thanks to Nadia's help. She really went out of her way to help me. Very impressive. The other young lady, Victoria is always super nice, too. Actually, the employees are all exceptionally knowledgable, good people, and the food is top quality. So convenient, too. They love pets and it shows. Also, forgot to mention that Sierra is amazing. She has been incredibly nice every time I visit and is extremely knowledgeable. Great staff.

I called first because I was looking for TINY dog shoes. The person who answered was knowledgeable about the products in stock. The store was clean, neat, and well organized with merchandise I’d not been able to find in the big chain stores.

First time in the Hayden Rd. Store. The young lady behind the counter was incredible! I asked her to show me where the cat ear infection medicine and she took me right to her favorite one (which gave me huge confidence it will work) I was in and out just like that. I will be back to shop when I can take my time. She really knows her stuff and sold me on the store just like that. Thank you!

First time leaving a review, but this place has an incredible owner. Years ago, I moved to the area and started a new job in the area, ended up getting a bit lost walking home. Wandered in here to ask for directions and he just called and paid for an Uber for me! Very good guy. I shopped here as a way of saying thank you later. They have a really good selection. Highly, highly recommended.

The store clerk was fantastic and super helpful. the prices are super ridiculous though. So, if it's something you can wait to order online... definitely do that. Otherwise this place will probably have something in a pinch for whatever pet supplies you're looking for, but there wont be much of a variety to choose from; it's a relatively small store.

I had the best visit here at Pet Market. I got created by an employee named Chelsea. Very knowledgeable about all brands and went above and beyond to make me feel like I was comfortable with the products I was purchasing.Highly recommend this location!

I have read the posts below and am not in agreement. I have had nothing but the best experiences in this store. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and offer a wide selection of products.They even price match (including online)!!!! I don’t see why you would want to go anywhere else.

Prices on every product are double if your lucky but triple on most things. I recommend a honest feed and seed store. Pratts is very good or Amazon. Don't be over charged for pet supplies. Your animal deserves more for that price. I asked the guy about prices he does match if you want to spend all day not getting ripped off. But he took my questioning offensive as to why his prices are triple. Long story short. I will never shop or recommend here. And this place will be my example of overpriced pet stores.

Always helpful in finding the right pet food for your pet. They are very knowledgeable on all the ingredients in every brand that they carry and can tailor the right diet for your animals needs. Way to go team!

Everything is overpriced, they pretty much only have dog/cat food and accessories and there are not any actual pets here. It looks like a hybrid between Wholefoods and Petsmart but without any of the good qualities of the two.
