First, the facility is clean and also suits the needs for every dog. They focus on holistic health for your fur baby and focus on promoting local vendors/small businesses that are focused on dogs. Their work is not only amazing, but they are consistent unless the client requests another style. Last, I also love how personable the staff is. They are not only personal, they are professional, transparent, and honest. This is the only grooming salon and day care I will recommend in the East Valley. I would not hesitate to bring my dogs there, or the dogs entrusted in my care when I pet sit.

Took my little BOY shih tzu to get his grooming at this place. Unfortunately, they did a horrible job and think that they did a great job because as the owner told me it was artistic. We wanted his hair to be straight, even and not butchered. They keep referring to him as a girl so apparently if they don't even know if they're cutting a boy or girl. That's a big problem. I don't know how you have a good rating but something is just not right with thehe guys. Do a better job.

I took my Shih Tzu to get a nice beautification day. Instead his poor ears look like they've been chewed off, we had to have two other people retrim his hair because it was God awful and it's still looks terrible. I don't know who did his hair but I definitely will never go back there again. He's completely uneven they layered his ears which I've never even seen before in my life. I don't even know what else to say other than find somewhere else to go please

Hands down THE best dog grooming place. We have 2 chow chows... tons of hair. They are gorgeous when they leave this salon. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff that really know what they're doing. The dogs in the salon are happy, - not stressed out like many other places where I've taken my dogs. The only problem with posting this glowing 5-star review that they deserve is that it'll probably be harder to get my dogs in for appointments... but the folks at the salon deserve top kudos for their work.

Our Lab mix and Basset Hound don't really require much in the way of grooming but we've been coming in for nail trimmings for years. So much easier than trying to wrestle with them and risk cutting them too short. The groomers are always so great with our boys, who can be quite fussy about the whole thing. Price is very reasonable and we're typically in and out in 10 mins. All of the dogs in the back seem so happy, content and never stressed out. They've been around for a long time. A small business with this kind of longevity must be doing something right.

They treat your pup like part of the family 💜They do a good job grooming and make your dog feel comfortable. But heads up, they allow time for grooming based on your dogs tolerance—so if you are looking for specific timetable, that’s something to consider.

Appointment at 9:00 am, sitting outside waiting for them to finish our small dog at 3:20 pm. Totally unfair and uncaring to the animals to have him sit here all day. They didn’t start grooming him until I walked in at 2:45After thoughts. They did a good job on the grooming, the price was very fair, the owner was very nice, the only problem was the dog being there for 6 1/2 hours

"Auntie" Tina has been our groomer for many years. She always does a wonderful job on our furbabies. Since December 2020 we have had to say goodbye to the OG crew (they were all 14 to 15 years old). Tina groomed them for their whole lives!! We recently got a new puppy (Gracie) and her first appointment is on Saturday. We live in Glendale and make the drive to Tina because of the exceptional service and care shown to our babies. The services are always on point and my babies always are happy and look their best when we pick them up. Thank you Tina for everything you have done for our furbabies. I can't wait to see Gracie at pick up on Saturday!Highly recommend this salon for your furbabies! You won't regret it!

The groomers do a great job and perform the exact cut I want without doing anything that will damage the cost of my dog. Plus, they always allow my dog to play at daycare in between waiting for his cut rather than putting him in a kennel

Brought my Maltipoo in here for a much needed bath, brush, and cut. They did an awesome job here - cannot recommend them enough.He came out looking like a completely changed (for the better) pooch.People here are very knowledgeable and helpful about what they're doing and what I can do to keep him well maintained.They even asked me to bring him back in the next day for a bit more grooming.They are very interested in getting to know your animal to make them (and you) comfortable with the shop and people and other dogs running around.

I have a very nervous rescued cattle dog so I did quite a bit on research online before deciding to take my baby here. I really lucked out with Erica, she is so kind and really understands that every dog has a different personality. I felt so much better leaving my Izzy there after talking to her for a few minutes. She took great care of my nervous girl, which shows in that she was a lot less nervous when I picked her up. Izzy has also never looked or smelled better! I would highly recommend coming here. I know I will continue to schedule grooming appointments with Erica.
