We’ve had our couch for a couple weeks now and I can definitely say this was the best couch I’ve purchased in my life. It’s so comfortable and it looks fantastic. The salesperson was extremely helpful and didn’t pressure us into buying. We wanted something a little unconventional but she was so accommodating and made us feel right at home. If we ever need anything else for the home I would go back here in a heartbeat.

The salespeople at Living Spaces are available to answer questions, but they don't hover over you or inject themselves into your decision-making process. This is refreshing compared to my experience elsewhere.I was looking for a recliner with a power lift. I had already priced various brands at online stores, so I knew the features and price points that were available. I also knew it was very important to actually sit in any chair before making a purchase. Therefore, I needed to buy locally.Living Spaces had a number of recliners with a power lift. None of them were exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a chair that could be used for online gaming. There are recliner chairs with a power lift that are made especially for gamers, but they are expensive, and I didn't want to pay that much money. One of the chairs at Living Spaces could meet my requirements by adding a stand-alone keyboard tray on one side of the chair and a stand-alone mouse pad holder on the other side. I could even get one with a cup holder, too. These modifications would create the perfect setup!There was only one problem. When the chair was fully reclined, the lumbar support moved up your back so it no longer supported the lumbar area. I had noticed this problem on all the chairs I tried except for one very plush chair I had tried in another store. The solution to this problem is to get a lumbar support pillow to provide the missing support when the chair is fully reclined.I now had a workable solution to get a gamers recliner with the exact features I wanted. It was time to call in a salesperson. I noticed that the chair i was interested in getting was marked with a sale price, so I asked why certain recliners were on sale. The answer was that these were floor samples that were being sold "as is" so they were marked down hundreds of dollars. I had already examined the quality, particularly the stitches and evenness of the padding, so i knew the construction was better than other chairs on display. I got a quality chair at a bargain price.Living Spaces has a catch you need to be aware of when you get this type of bargain price from them. They will NOT deliver the furniture, and you must remove it from Living Spaces within 48 hours. Be aware of these conditions before you look for your bargain from this store. I was able to meet those conditions, and my new chair was out of their store in less than 3 hours.

We are moving to rural Texas and struggled to find a decent furniture store during our last visit. We knew there was a Living Spaces in Dallas so we decided to visit our local Scottsdale store to inquire further. Austin was phenomenal and said he could facilitate any purchase to be delivered. Josh then helped us with our selections and scheduled delivery for once we arrive. This minimized stress drastically and we obtained several furnishing all at one place/time. Thanks a ton Living Spaces and we truly appreciate your exceptional employees.

Has a wide variety of mainstream furniture, nothing very exciting. The sales person we first dealt with wasn’t very helpful and seemed quite new. We ended up ordering a bed and nightstands online for about 2100. It was a rather unique wood pattern and the only one in the store of interest. They have some weird and expensive rules for delivery including warranty if you do it yourself. The bed arrived with a broken drawer which was impressive since the packaging was so extensive, it took us over an hour to break it down for recycling and trash. When we took the drawer back, we were told that that particular bed was known to have issues. Would have been good to know before we bought it. Picked a different bed that is meh okay. Had it delivered and Installed directly ($135) because of the packaging issue (no more room). The 3 person install team was great: efficient, friendly, thorough. So customer service team was good, install team was great, sales team not good.

Great customer service! I bought a sectional, chair and lamp that had held up wonderfully over the past year. Recently I moved and a thumb screw fell off of the lamp. I tried fixing it myself without luck. I went into the store and met Brianna at front to directed me to Steve the service technician. Luckily my lamp was still in store and I was able to show him the piece I was missing. He was able to find me a spare part and save the day! Thank you guys for your great customer service and saving my lamp Steve! :)

Went to Living Spaces to gather info and browse around for bedframe and mattress. We explained our needs and the sales agent pointed us to several choices and was very helpful, but not pushy. Nice store and personnel. We left and came back after checking out other options. Overall good experience and good prices.

Once again, Living Spaces for the win. As always, amazing inventory and adaptability to help suit your home needs. Put together a new L sectional with the help of Aaron. Aaron was absolutely amazing and the biggest reason I bought today instead of putting it off. He helped us sort through all of our options and we are going home with exactly the couch we wanted. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He made this great experience!

Update again! It has broken again! Yay! Turns out the fix they sent out wasn’t a fix! They still used the wrong screws but now the entire right side of the bed is falling off.UPDATE!!! The bed frame they put together was done wrong and so poorly that it is now falling apart. We’ve had this bed frame for less than 2 months and it’s falling apart. The entire right side is sagging and the screws are slipping through the wood. $500 down the drain. Thanks for that Living Spaces, major scam company at work.Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. They will lie to you in the store to get you to buy stuff and then you can never contact the store directly about your issues. You will always get to a corporate line that never seems to know what’s going on.We have had a slew of issues with living spaces. Some issues were “fixed”, others have not been and I don’t think will be.To start, we ordered a bed frame, couch, oversized chair and ottoman from them. The customer service in store was fine in general, I think our salesperson was new but he was nice enough. Whoever his manger was, not sure his name, had quite an attitude. When we told him twice that we didn’t want the warranties, he lectured and talked down to us saying “well why not?” In an aggressive tone. Truthfully, we should have walked out at that point.We finally move on from the warranty talks after having to tell 3 sales people that we weren’t interested (super annoying but whatever).Delivery time comes and our bed frame is delivered to the wrong house and the delivery person fakes my husbands signature! Husband gets the notification it’s been delivered and has to drag it all to the house alone in Phoenix heat. About an hour later, after we’ve complained and gotten a refund on our delivery, the delivery guys shows up and asks to take a photo of the delivery to prove it got to the right owners. Again, fine but still frustrating.We finally get to build our bed frame and we are missing several bolts. We call again to get our pieces and have to wait another several days for the pieces to come. So we got to sleep on the floor on our mattress even longer. They tried to make it better by giving us free assembly. Great but that’s now the second issues we’ve with more to come so still frustrating.Fast forward to today. Our couch was guaranteed to us 3 days ago. We called again today and we’re told it’s still “in progress”. We already knew that based on the status online but we’re trying to understand when it would finally arrive and why we were told a certain date if that couldn’t be accomplished. Things run late, it happens, but they seriously told us that “custom orders takes 4-6 weeks”. And they have no real estimate for us now so who knows when we will have a couch. So basically this store lied to us to get us to buy the couch because we made it clear we needed it asap. We moved to this state with basically no furniture and were relying on a quick-ish delivery on the couch. It really sucks to be in a home with no nice place to sit because Living Spaces lies to make money off you. This also baffles me because their sales people supposedly don’t make commission, so what do they gain from scamming us?We will never purchase from Living Spaces again and will be sure to tell everyone we know to avoid them.

DO NOT BUY insurance. Bought L shaped couch and expensive mission style chair. Wearing faster than they should (couch cushion has wrinkles). Insurance doesn't cover wear. Mission chair is beginning to come apart at wooden joint. Guessing insurance won't cover this either.

Horrible Products, Worst Customer SupportUPDATE - Request to Living Spaces support team. You have my info and can reach out to me to help me out instead of asking me to go through ordeal of trying to get in touch with you again via the failed channels.This shows how bad the support actually is. Pathetic.We had bought furniture over $10k from Living spaces. The stitching for base cushions on the main couch is coming off. We reached out to online support thinking it might be easier than talking to people, and uploaded all the pictures. Many weeks went by, and there wasn't any update. After calling the helpline number, getting to know that my case was close long back, as it passed the 1 year deadline. They didn't even had the courtesy to call me or even send an email updating me.I requested the agent to help reopen the case but they didn't listen. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on a list to be called back.Eventually I got the call back from a manager but she was also reading the script that products older than 1 year are not covered. Stitching is the most important piece of furniture and they even don't want to help out. I asked if you can at least repair it for additional charge, that also they are not ready for. Totally worth less products, and way worst support.

I had an amazing experience at Living Spaces while furnishing a complete living room and kitchen for my father's new condo. Aaron, my designer, went above and beyond by spending five hours setting up everything we saw in CAD, allowing us to view the entire room in 3-D. This was crucial because we had a tight delivery schedule and had to shop with what was in stock. Aaron's expertise and dedication were invaluable, and I can't wait to see the finished result. I couldn't have done it without him. Highly recommended!

Aaron helped us find a color match for a custom chair I wanted to order, and we found a perfect match! I ordered a few lamps, and one of them was somewhere on the floor. The entire staff helped search for the lamp for what must have been 10-15 minutes! They wrapped up the lamp I took home. Everyone was super helpful and attentive, and it was a great experience!

Had a great experience with this store. The team here were extremely friendly and I felt no pressure. I had an issue with my home delivery plus installation. One of my drawers weren’t installed correctly by the home delivery crew, I contacted this store and they immediately tried to make it right by dispatching someone that does furniture repair. I also had an issue with an online order that arrived damaged and could not get a hold of the Living Spaces customer service hotline. I sent an email to this store, they immediately responded, and they set up an exchange with home delivery plus removal of the damaged item. Great service!!! I’m extremely impressed by their customer service and I recommend anyone to go to this store.

Salesman ordered wrong size rug. Cancelled delivery and went to store to advise of mistake and to reorder correct size Advised they cannot cancel and reorder until order becomes unlocked. Promised by manager that they would get back with me but did not and discover that one is unable to contact store direct as they have no phones??Was able to contact #877 and have that employee cancel and reorder correct size. Highly disappointed in the lack of follow through and customer service from the Scottsdale location. Definitely won’t consider this store for any future purchases.
