Mandy is very knowledgeable and sweet. Would recommend for anyone interested in adopting a bird or buying bird products. Way better than any mainstream stores such as PetSmart or Petco. They genuinely love and care for their rescues!

I'm very confused about this business, if i want to adopt a bird I should be able to without getting questioned why, and the idea of returning every 6 weeks to clip their wings? hmmm... I thought that was the purpose of owning a bird shop, to sell and give these birds the home they deserve. This store must be a front. Highly recommend if you want anything but a pet.

Love》Love》Love this place for the supersized toys for birds with a busy beak like my family's Macaw, Harley. (also cockatoos for sure!) She's a bigtime wood chewer and chomp, chomp, chomps large toys fast at an average rate of 1 minute per/ $1 (dollar) spent if you can believe that! SO, it's nice to find larger block toys of variety at a reasonable price

Poorly run establishment with mistreated birds. That sad old hag who runs the store is condescending and refused to sell us a bird. Try visiting Birdz and Beyond or Birds, and then some! for a much better experience and friendlier people.

It's a business part of AZ Exotic birds in same location all the bird supplies don't let the outside of the building turn you off (it's a old Scottsdale wood building) inside nice and organized all types of Exotic bird food, toys supplies etc. Check out the used cages great bargains much cheaper than a pet store.

This place is amazing! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have fresh and wide selection of bird food and a plethora of bird toys and supplies. This place is fantastic if you are looking for a trustworthy place to board your birds. I only board my Quaker parrot here, and have been a fan for years!

We drove an hour away from location and they were closed but the owner answered and came down and met us since he was not far away. How kind. We got our toys my sister got a possible future volunteer position and left birdytapulous. Was a great visit. The birds talk to you it can be a little loud but if you know birds then it's normal but could be little skittish for others but they are nice. Great place

The bigger lady who works in the front was seen plucking the feathers of the birds!!!!! When I asked about it she said she collected feathers. Idk about that… it looked really painful
