This particular Fry’s has really taken a downturn over the past year in the quality of service provided. Consistently does not have shopping carts near the entrance, meat counter will be closed randomly even during their posted hours, and many items are not consistently in stock. Used to be my go to store and hope they get back to providing a better experience to their shoppers

The new sales reps in the back of the store are terrible move. At any time they have 3-5 sales people stopping you and blocking the isle. It's very uncomfortable.Leave the annoying sales reps for membership & electronic stores. Grocery stores are a quick in and out, I'm not looking to sign up for a new cell phone service with my eggs and loaf of bread.Aside from that, thei entry/exit doors needs an overhaul. Everybody going through the same small doors which dump you into the busy self checkout area.I've been to a lot of grocery stores and this one has become my least favorite for many reasons. Unfortunately it's the closest to my house.Please do better dudes

I shop at the store every day and typically the customer service is absolutely wonderful. They’re always polite and courteous and eager to help except for Trina who is very rude not just to me, but my friend practically accuse me of stealing accuse my friend of stealing we shop here every day. I know most of your staff never had a problem just thought that this should be brought to your attention.

Having to interrupt and employee to get a code (413 by the way) for a bathroom is both an inconvenience to your staff and the customer. Not to mention also ableist because now someone with disabilities has to go find someone after making their way to the bathroom in the first place. You are still paying an employee to monitor the bathrooms either by checking them or letting people in.For locking up bathrooms they sure are dirty and not stocked.Also, went on a Tuesday morning at 9am and zero carts by the store.

They should just change the name to California markets at this point because it is just as gross as LA. I’ve been coming to this location since 2016 and in recent years, it’s become more and more disgusting. The prices are absolutely insane, the produce is never fresh and the store is always dirty. The staff are just unprofessional all around.. One guy stands there in a black trench coat like some kind of weirdo, Cece is always a nightmare to check out with as she can’t figure anything out that’s not scannable, today it smelt like someone took a dump by the self checkout closest to the pharmacy and the customer base has become so low rent. No more little old ladies with white hair.. now it’s the purple haired they/them weirdos and government assisted deadbeats.

Bought a money order for $670 from money services desk, and the employee gave it to me, but forgot my other purchase. She finally wrapped up my other items she had forgotten and I left my money order on counter. I immediately called to ask store to run a $1 purchase for a new money order, knowing mine was the last MO purchased, to get my $ order number to report lost/stolen, and was willing to pay for it. Simple request, and they refused! The manager was supposed to review cameras and call me back, believe name was Jessica, but that never happened, which leads me to assume the cashier at money services stole my $670. INTEGRITY BUILDS TRUST WITHIN A CORPORATION. Should always do what's right, even when nobody is looking!

Just went in this morning. James the Pickup manager and Kornelius at the Scottsdale McDowell Fountain Plaza location were so quick to correct our order, Super understanding, efficient and truly working their butts off!! Workers like these are hard to find these days! It's been a really long time since I've experienced genuine customer service like this!

I’ve never needed to leave a review for a grocery store before, but this had to have been the worst experience I’ve ever been a part of.There’s not much here first of all, most things are out, or they don’t even carry them. Basics like olive oil…They apparently don’t have enough employees to operate the store during busy hour.And the amount of people in the store was absurd, not to mention the numbers waiting in lines.If there’s not that many employees that day, there should be a cap of how many people are allowed in the store at a time, so everyone gets adequate service, by finding what they need, and checking out within a reasonable time.

Unfortunately, we are incredibly tired of shopping here. Every single time things ring up wrong and then we have to go back to get our hard-earned money back. I've come under the belief that they're doing it on purpose to get more money. Multiple items every time don't ring up as they are advertised. Super frustrating. I will say the employees are very nice as others have mentioned. And thankfully they do carry a sufficient amount of organic items.

I'm very disturbed and disappointed at this location for 3 reasons.Reason 1 never have the chocolate muffins in bakery2 approach taken when cought panhandling out front. They come off very rude as if they are better then me. Maybe offering to fill out application would be nice3 this is the most concerning today 04/02 they had their security follow me out of store till the back and accused me of stealing, we had a very adult like conversation I opened my bag and of course had nothing in it, luckily no cops where called because we have a dollar store of a situation like Phoenix. I'm very disturbed with how racist Arizona has become and what sinesses and people of ethnic are getting away with. Things need to be fixed immediately

Ghetto. Weird people, inefficient staff, homelessness plentiful. U know when u r in a great ‘hood when there’s security guarding the exit doors. Completely agree with the Jeremey reviewer about how this store deliberately places incorrect signs to get customers to pay more!!!! Here’s my proof: Their signs in produce are “old” (quote from employee) so they represent the incorrect price. Have to have a “digital coupon” to get the advertised sign prices. What a joke. When inquiring at customer service about prices that are clearly stated in front of products NOT matching at register check out, she just says they r “old” signs. Never did a price adjustment and never brought back the incorrect sign so others will surely get scammed. Shop at local AJ’s!!!!! Or any other non-corporate garbage store that this would be categorized.Also, went there a couple days before Xmas holiday and they were literally out of everything… I get it is a busy time of year, but seriously … Fry’s is a corporate disaster..

Frys was very busy, yes its close to a holiday. But they needed to have more cashiers. And even the self ckouts were swamped. They act like everyone wants self ckouts. Well they don't. Even then there was only 3 cashiers, come on, you know that's not enough

I had to get flowers last minute for a friend who was having a surprise movie screening at Hawkins Theater.I was stressed because I had a short amount of time and I’m not from Arizona, just here for the weekend from New York City. The front desk clerk in my hotel suggested I go to Fry's because he said they usually have a nice selection of flowers to choose from.Fry’s wonderful florist Claudia came to the rescue and helped me select the best arrangements in my price range. I bought 3 arrangements and they were so beautiful, each recipient cried in awe at how beautiful they were! I don't normally do reviews but Claudia was so kind and made sure I left with the freshest and most beautiful flowers! She even wrapped them in protective paper and placed them in a bucket for the car ride. By far the best customer service I could ever dream of!

She is extremely talented when it comes to floral arrangements and wants to make sure you leave with a bouquet that special and unique to your occasion. Sunday before Thanksgiving I was rounding an end cap going into isle employee pulling a cart informed me she was "COMING THROUGH" I had to back out of isle because she was not stopping. I told her I was sorry for being in her way I told manager at check out she told me might be vendor employees don't do that. Employees name is Jackie saw her again on the 22nd (day before Thanksgiving)one checker no courtesy clerks no ice in case to buy but a FULL PALET shrink wrapped sitting in the middle of self serve isle. Management of this store is a terrible.

I love this Fry's...I used to live in Scottsdale and it was my Fry's, but moved to Gilbert. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood I always stop at this Fry's because it's easy in and out, always find what I need, never a line to checkout and every cashier I have came across has always been very pleasant...

My favorite place for grocerie deals, and fresh organic local produce when I'm not able to a farm boxes. I can count of fry's to have a great verity of fresh fruits and veggies. I like the sushi station as well on Wednesdays they have discounts on poke bowls and other yummie menu items.

Disabled nightmare. If you park by Starbucks entrance, there are no motorized carts. You have to beg an employee (though they are nice) for the bathroom code. You get to walk halfway through the store to get out. Not worth fighting this for what once was an easily accessible store. Definitely not a grab the short shopping list and go either.

I ordered a cake for myself because I was having a bad week and I wanted a little pick-me-up and I asked them to just go off, just make it as nerdy as possible with a star trek theme and they KILLED IT!!This, for real, made my week. Any store can have good vendor selections, and great products, but not every store has Great employees ! I have to send a special shout out to Dylan - us customers often shop produce, which is the heart of most grocery stores, but you don’t always see it as beautifully organized as you do when you gone to this location. Dylan is CONSISTENT w keeping his area stocked and stocked to a tee - looks like the stores GRAND OPENING whenever he’s on the clock, and if nobody else - I appreciate that !! Anaya is also a Fry’s favorite! She is always so pleasant and very personable ! I know we go to shop but to meet some of the people who welcome you with a warmth and open arms is amazing ! I like the convenience of self check out, but I really enjoy those real check outs when you have such amazing people, such as the ones I listed above ! Kudos !!! Thank you very much Fry’s for being there for the community as you are ! Blessings
