UPDATE; I really wonder how this place finds such rude employees. The people that work here couldn’t be bothered. If it wasn’t for helping the animals things that people buy I would never go back there.————————OLD REVIEWI love this place especially that it does fundraising for pets. When you go make sure you talk to Marcel and he can direct you to different areas on the property.Marcel was great, hard-working and super friendly. Clothing, suitcases, shoe, glassware, jewelry.I happened to hit senior day. I witnessed Laurie give a young man, in his late 20s a senior discount, she could clearly see that he was not a senior. You all have fair prices there, It is about raising money for our pets. Laurie was to Political! I came there to support the animals not to hear about her politics. She was hard to hear through her mask but I did. I should give them less stars because of her, but remember you go there to shop for the animals.I WOULD RECOMMEND.

The staff here is exactly why I dislike people. they're incredibly rude. I was just sitting in the parking lot at the very end, near the road, finishing up some work on my laptop in my work truck. (By the way, I'm a utility locator, so I've got every right to park for a bit, customer or not.) Then this lady, with long brown hair with braids and glasses, comes over, bangs on my window, and says in the rudest tone, "You need to move now. This is for customers only. It gets busy, and we need the spots." The funny thing? The parking lot was practically empty. If this is how they talk to someone who's not even a customer, I can't imagine how they treat actual customers. I said whatever and rolled up my window , (had she asked in a more nice tone without raising her voice then I would have moved right away no problem.) . 5 minutes later comes back and bangs on my window again and is even more rude this time telling me to leave. Was only parked for 30 mins and was finishing up my work for the day. But hey my bad,IM SO SORRY to have disturbed your peace. next time I'll make sure to wander around your store before sitting in my truck for a few minutes. she talked to me like I was less than human. . . So if you want to be treated like garbage than this is the place !

I love shopping here! Talk about a fantastic thrift store! I bought brand new boots for $16, silverware, baskets and a new rug for my greys. It's for a great cause, otherwise I would not be sharing, the deals are too good.

I can't tell you how much joy Brando has brought to my life since I adopted him from Foothills Animal Rescue 3 years ago. I started as a FAR volunteer in 2013 and was able to resist adopting again until I met him. Having helped literally hundreds of families discover their furry new family member at FAR adoption events at local pet stores (where volunteers like me donate our weekends and hundreds of hours of free time) I know FAR to be a valuable community resource. To the person who saw there were no dogs on the site that one week, this was well documented to all of us and we are so pleased that the new floor is in and dogs have flooded back in to be matched with families that will give them the happiness they deserve.

Most things for sale are in near new condition, but at a fraction of the original price.If you're looking for items for your pet, you'll find them here in numbers.Friendly and helpful staff, daily discounts, and newly renovated. You'll find everything from true religion jeans, vintage furniture, designer sunglasses, equestrian rider's footwear and apparel, Waterford Crystal and even Faberge eggs.Lots of parking easy access from Pima Road just south of Pinnacle peak Road.What better way of making a donation for a good cause, animals.

My favorite resale shop in an upscale neighborhood. Staffed by helpful & friendly volunteers with the proceeds going to support Foothills Animal Rescue (which is also a great place to adopt from, it's where I got my two dogs). This shop has a wonderful assortment of men's & women's clothing (no childrens) purses, housewares, decor, books, furniture, pet supplies and more. They often have good sales going on. Don't miss the garage and the housewares store out back. Every time I have been here I leave with more than I had planned on. It's kept clean and we'll organized. Very nice store!

This place has been a favorite for many years, but lately their pricing has gotten way too high. I understand the need to raise funds for the animals, but whoever is pricing the goods seems to have lost a "this is what I would want to pay for this item" as opposed to "let's see how much money we can make". I left the other day with a single overpriced item. Possibly there is a new manager now?? Who wants to pay $8 for a used colander? Their inventory is stuffed full because savvy shoppers will go elsewhere for bargains. My take anyway!

I have watched the animals foothills grow up and become a very popular place of treasures I hate to see it grow due to it was a hidden secret . But the growth has such a awsome affect on the animals that are saved and that's what we should all be grateful for , the helping of helpless baby's and animals of any size survive. I love the store the people and the love that has given those cridders a chance the store always has what im looking for and more. ( damit) you go in for one thing and walk out with so much more

I have never written a review before, but going here has made that change. This was the worst experience. Laurie was nothing but rude to me and my friend. I have worked retail for years and cannot fathom talking to costumers the way that we were addressed. Would never recommend going here. A great cause, but awful workers.

Part of me doesn't want to share this gem because they have such awesome deals that I want to save them all to myself. But...all of the proceeds go to helping homeless animals so the more business they get the better. You can also drop off donations to the back side of the store. Please be aware that there are no dog adoptions at this location anymore. All of the dogs and cats are housed at the new adoption center (which is the nicest rescue center I have ever seen, lucky dogs) at 10197 E Bell Rd, Scottsdale. This location is only a resale store. There are three parts: the front store has men's, women's clothing and shoes (no kids) and small items for dogs, like leashes. In the bag garage are books, games, luggage and misc. And in the back store where the animals used to be is housewares and seasonal items. Everyone who works here are volunteers and really helpful. Check Groupon because you can often get a coupon there and they also have sales regularly.

I know some items are good quality but I think they are overpriced then, they are used items (2nd hand) so to me it’s seems that last couple times that I have been there it’s to much for used items and I love to go there, knowing that we are helping lovely pets.

This restore is beautifully arranged and has a wonderful selection of all kinds of items and clothing. And a lot of nice mens clothing too. I am very impressed and will shop there again.

I was donating on a Monday. It was swamped but able to get around the crowd and drop off donation. Might want to avoid Monday's.I has large kennels that they could not take but hooked me up with someone else that took them.
