BEST place for doggy daycare and boarding! The place is luxurious and clean. The staff is very professional and personable! Our doodle absolutely LOVES it here and gets so excited whenever I head to D Pet! I completely trust D Pet to give our dear Abbey exceptional care!!

As always, D Pet Resort was amazing! I used their concierge pick up and drop off service for the first time and will definitely use from now on. The staff is so friendly and the dogs come back so happy. I love all the photos they send and they always tell me how they are doing. Would never take my dogs anywhere else!

We took our puppy for a night here and the experience was wonderful. He’s a 5 months old puppy and was the first time for him; they were so sweet with our baby and he came back home happy.We choose the Uber suite and he has all the space to play and sleep in a queen size bed.If you have the opportunity to use this hotel do it, you won’t regret it. They even have room service for your 🐶.Amazing experience

I’ve brought my little guy here twice for short stays while I was out of town and I cannot recommend them highly enough! He’s a bit skiddish around other pups so he had his own suite both times, with private play added on. They include daily updates with pictures which is such a nice and appreciated touch. Chastity and everyone on staff is so kind, warm and professional. Very clean facilities, and I added on a bath before pickup this second time and he is still feeling extra silky and smelling so luxurious! D Pet Hotels Scottsdale is the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our 2 doggies just got done with a 3 night stay and it was wonderful as always, I love that they send pictures and personal notes about how our specific pups are doing. They do special things like grilled cheese sandwiches too which is cool. We always feel great about them staying there.

We love D Pet Hotels Scottsdale! Our boxer pup Sunny absolutely loves her stays here! The staff is highly communicative and is always sending us photos of her having fun! She loves bubble time!! Highly recommended for overnight stays!

The D Pet Hotel is amazing! We have been taking our pup for more than 2 years now and they always treat her like family. We love the texts we get throughout her stay, and she always comes back with a bath and grooming. We can't recommend them enough!

Best groomer I have ever been to! My dog usually takes 3-4 hours to be groomed and it only took the groomer 2. Highly recommend this place especially if you have a Samoyed. Can’t wait for our next appointment!

My dogs are all needy with health issues. My lab is 14 with diabetes- the staff is cautious and attentive to his needs. My rescue chug is a mega- E dog and eats in a doggie high chair- he does great and the staff is attentive to his needs, my frenchie has dietary restrictions and needs and they also are attentive to her as well. It is a pleasure to work with DPet and appreciate all they do.

Had my 4 month old puppy stay at D Pet Hotels Scottsdale for 3 nights while I was out of town. The staff is very nice and helpful. The facility is clean. I received pictures daily. It was reassuring knowing that my little guys was in good hands and it made my trip so much more enjoyable knowing that he was taken care of.

I love this place. When my dog realizes where we are going he is practically uncontrollable. He loves being there. I never feel guilty about leaving him. I just picked him up from a four night stay and he is exhausted. The staff says he plays all day. Great place!

Jakedog was well taken care of and full of energy when we came to pick him up. Staff is amazing! We had some issues traveling that kept us out 1 more night. I called to see if they could accomodate 1 more night, and she responded that he was more than welcome to stay 1 more night. Not even a question, or a let me check response.

My Dog Was Attacked In D Hotel Playroom: I am very sad to share this.  I had been a client of D Pet Hotel Scottsdale since their grand opening, and used to love the D, like many who left great reviews. Unfortunately, my two small poodles were in daycare when one of them (Cupcake) was attacked by an aggressive dog in the playroom. My other dog was unharmed.Receptionist called at 5 pm, I was nearby and sped to D in a panic. I arrived in less than 5 min, but the aggressive dog owner had already retrieved their dog. They were contacted first and I don’t know how long mine was waiting injured while they were given time to arrive. Or, it may have been a D employee’s dog. D refused to reveal their identity, despite several requests.When I arrived, Cupcake was carried out, bloody, shaking and wrapped in a towel. Receptionist said I should take her to their vet just around the corner, and in rush hour I had no choice.After getting staples in her shoulder, my poor Cupcake was left shell shocked and bedraggled. I paid nearly $400 to the emergency vet and when I called D franchise owner, Tony, he said the D was not responsible for her medical bill. He also said the attacking dog would be banned from the playroom but not from other areas of the facility. He was clearly uncomfortable and rushed me off the phone.I then sent Tony pics showing her wound and asked for: 1) Owner Name 2) Dog Name 3) Witness Statement and 4) Dog Vaccination Certificate sent to my vet. I said that I may take action against the attacking dog owner to recover my mounting vet costs. Tony then had the emergency bill refunded to me.I also emailed pics to Cupcake’s regular vet who wanted to examine her immediately.  She removed the staples, left wound open to drain & sent her home with pain meds. I was instructed to apply warm compresses so it would ooze blood and fluid. I incurred another bill and there could be future bills. Cupcake is an 8 year old rescue with Cushing’s Disease and a history of skin problems. Her vet said it was possible she’d develop other complications, and might need surgery. In fact, she had just recovered from a skin surgery when she was bitten!Receptionist said attacking dog is a “lab mix” that was let into the small dog area. They claim they do a “temperament test” and often label a mid-size dog“passive” and allow them in w/ little ones. If they’re wrong, a bigger dog obviously can do more damage!She also said that the “lab mix” lunged as Cupcake sat peacefully by the gate and bit her on her shoulder (if just a little higher on the neck, could have been fatal). It was “totally unprovoked”. A dog about to attack will display body language warning signs, but D handlers missed that too. To be fair, D didn’t charge for the daycare session (thanksFinally, our family attorney reviewed D service agreement. He said that by accepting dogs into their care they have a corresponding obligation to be accountable for them. And by providing an unsafe environment, the D IS, in fact, responsible themselves for medical costs of dogs that get injured in their care. The agreement supposedly releases D from responsibility, but our attorney said that’s just a “roadblock” and would not hold up in court. I do not intend to pursue this legally. I have not attempted to recover my cost for the 2nd vet bill from D as I’m through with their runaround. I just hope my experience helps other pet owners know their rights.*UPDATE Zero Accountability For Negligence: My emails /texts to franchise owner, Tony, requesting more information were ignored. No one had the decency to call & inquire how my dog was recovering. Prior to the attack, Tony called to sell me daycare packages, auto billed at nearly $1,000 per month for my two dogs. Now THAT for him was worth a phone call! D needs to train it’s franchisees how to handle difficult situations instead of arrogantly dismissing a client. They also need to be taught how to show some empathy.Tony was much more concerned to protect aggressive dog owner! Easier to let a receptionist deal w/me

I had never boarded my pups until June of 2022. It was a long stay of 10 days. I originally had another place booked but had terrible feelings of needing to look for another boarding company. It was the week before my trip and I knew it would be tight, but I called DPet of Arcadia and Jesse took great care of us! Both dogs enjoyed their 10 day stay and were happy, and healthy when I picked them up. Fast forward to 2023.. my pups need stimulation especially during the heat when walks are limited. I just signed them up for daycare at DPet Scottsdale. They had their first day today and they are wiped out! Thank you for providing them loving care and a very clean environment for them to spend a couple of days a week!! Love love this place!!

Upon discovering the wound on our dog, it was clear that it was intentionally concealed under the harness (not clear what the mechanism of injury was) and not disclosed to us at pick-up.Obviously, we contacted D Pet Resort to find out what had happened and were met with a combative response from “management” and this injury was quickly dismissed and blame was placed on our dog (clearly not possible due to the location of the wound), furthermore, the only point “ownership” became involved was to essentially accuse US of trying to scam them out of paying for the entire bill in full. We did ask them if they intended to charge in full (they did) but our only concern was and is the safety of our animals.We’ve encountered various red flags in the past (nothing this serious) and I except full responsibility for returning to this establishment, a mistake that we’ll never make again.I’m obligated to bring this negligent & deceitful behavior to the attention of the public.*I am unable to leave zero stars but will concede the forced one star to the few employees there that did appear to genuinely care for the animals..

This is the best place in the valley! Our boy came home happy and relaxed which is not always the case with boarding. They will take very good care of both the physical and emotional needs of your pup and the play all day concept is the best! Worth every penny! So glad we found them!

I absolutely love this place! I would recommend D Pet Hotels in Scottdale to anyone looking to board their furry loved one(s).My dog is very timid and shy, so it is hard for me to find a place to board her. I didn't want to take her somewhere where she would be put in a cage all day and have a similar experience to being at a pound. D Pet Hotels offers multiple options for the type of room you can choose for your pet, special extra treats and photo opportunities, and the type of play. I was so happy to find a place that provided private play sessions (so as not overwhelm and add stress to my pup's stay) and that sends me daily pictures and updates on how she is doing. They are so attentive to your pet and their well-being. I even got a call from them being concerned about a minor scratch on her nose that she had gotten prior to my taking her there and offering to put ointment on it every day. They have been very patient and kind with her to ensure she feels comfortable and she has already started warming up to the staff after just two stays, which is a HUGE deal for my shy girl. I've been taking her to work with me for months and she still hasn't warmed up to everyone!If you're looking for a place that really cares about your furbaby (or other kind of pet!), is extremely safety conscious and attentive, and will pamper them with play, daily treats, and other surprises, you've found it!

Flew out during covid and desperately needed a place for daycare. d pet is the first and only one I needed. Everyone who works there is extremely professional, reliable, and very nice. They take such good care of the dogs there. Dogs can play with each other or they can get a separate room for some down time. I've also boarded my baby there and she was on numerous medications that they happily gave her. This really is a quality place. Should be a model for other daycares. They know what they're doing. The people are really lovely.
