But their in house food is terrible. 3rd time I've bought pre-made meals or lunches here and 3rd time I've thrown it away. Will never buy anything from their deli again. My shopping experience here has been excellent. The cashiers are very patient and help you with the app. Download the app and clip the coupons and it will be cheaper than Fry's or Walmart. The store is clean, everyone is friendly and helpful.If I could give 10 stars I would. The checkout lady was so nice and they bagged my groceries accordingly and offered to take them to my car.

Great location, great employees and great selection! My only negative comment is the price of their produce. Specifically their limes as in relation to other grocery stores. For 10 months now, they price their limes for .79 where Fry’s and Basha’s price them at .59 or less. Obviously a trivial aspect, but now I shop at Fry’s weekly versus Albertsons, a $400 net gain for Fry’s. Sorry Albertsons, but trivial pricing matters.

Albertsons in Scottsdale is a fantastic albertsons. I go to this Albertsons weekly. The staff and employees are friendly and always welcoming. They have good prices on your everyday items like water etc etc. This Albertsons is reasonably priced. This Albertsons is a good location in Old Town Scottsdale.One thing I would recommend to this Albertsons is to get shaded parking lot covered parking Every time I come out of my car it's hot because they have no shade in the parking lot. The competition down the street Bashes has shaded parking.I highly recommend the sushi at this location. It is made fresh everyday and is reasonably priced for quick good sushi. In my opinion it's a secret spot to eat in Old Town scottsdale. Really like this Albertsons highly recommend it thank you for reading the review

This particular Albertsons has amazing cake decorators. I come here for all my party occasions. Birthdays, baby showers etc. If you have something particular in mind, you can show them or send them a picture and they work their magic. I’ve never been disappointed. Not once. They exceeded my expectations on my sister’s baby shower cake. Two tiered bees cake. I had sugar bees I wanted to add to the cake that I had bought on Amazon, they were happy to put them on for me.

The Butcher Brad goes the extra mile! Love the guy. Appreciate his work ethics. He gives you that small town feeling and that's such a missing feeling these days! Much appreciated. Otherwise, the place is following the rules with masks, sanitation, and still giving good service. They have a good crew and like having them in the neighborhood.

This Albertsons is actually pretty ok, today it was terrible, as far as the front end help, rude and not friendly AT ALL!! I like this store, produce is always good great deals, the people in the deli are Lovely and always in a good mood. I may add one of the managers, Lisa is very nice and pleasant and she has been there the whole time I’ve been shopping there, for years. Sadly, these new people are lacking proper people skills.Two women that were there today, I don’t care for. If I see them next time, I will go to self check out. Oh, the little Hispanic lady that runs self check out is a sweetheart. Also, the Seafood / Meat counter employees are also great, always gives tips and suggestions on how to cook stuff and what’s good and all that jazz. Over all, today these two women made me sad about how I feel about this location, maybe I will just start going to the one up on Hayden/ Indian Bend.

Clean grocery store, shelves are full of what I need. Meat and deli cases are always so nice. Super awesome employees. App discounts are cool, but sometimes hard to remember you have to apply them on your app before you begin check out.

Beyond disgusted with the customer service and doubt I’ll be back. A few weeks ago they had baby back ribs through a digital coupon. When I went to self checkout, the discount wasn’t being applied. I asked for help and the lady just shrugged and said ask the butcher. Really helpful. Couldn’t get the discount and just left. Today in self checkout, chicken stock wasn’t ringing up the advertised price, again I asked a different lady for help and she basically just shrugged and walked away. I went back to the aisle and found that the sales price expired two days ago. TAKE DOWN YOUR SALES TAGS, IT’S BEEN 48 HOURS! When I went back to self checkout, a disabled lady in a scooter asked the same lady for help checking out. The lady flat out refused and told her to go to a checkout lane. The customer asked if she was too lazy to help her and she continued to direct her to the checkout lane. There was nobody in the checkout lane! This is just disgusting and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Do better.

This was the first time I've even shopped at this location and will be my last. The cashier was very rude to me. I was paying with my debit card and keep telling me why am I canceling the transaction on the pin pad. I told her 3 times I'm pressing no cash back. Then keep telling me to take my card out when I didn't even enter my pin# yet. I ignored her because I know how to use my debit card.

I called the pharmacy to check if a medicine was in stock before I sent a prescription over. The pharmacy rep on the phone told me he had some in stock but would not fill it for me since he wanted to save it for his regular customers. He was a jerk about it too. Who is that guy to determine who gets which medicine when? If a prescription comes in you fill it. The store should re-evaluate their relationship with the pharmacy inside.

I got fed up with another store & tried this one, hoping it would be my new grocery store. I will never step foot in there again.The produce section is not only impossible to locate items, but EVERYTHING is rotten. I mean everything. There are flies everywhere. The person stocking in produce told me they were helping out, that they didn’t know about produce, and there is actually NOBODY that is in produce. At all. Not just today.The store is very difficult to navigate & the app does not show you where things are. The scan function doesn’t work on produce, I didn’t try it anywhere else. The digital coupons are a huge pain, you have to spend time going through the app & loading them to your card, and check every detail in store… except I think they block the cell signals? I think this bc I saw in their privacy policy that they have wifi in store & it collects your info. Inside, I had one bar. Outside in the parking lot, I suddenly had 4. In an instant. I didn’t check for wifi at this location. It makes shopping with the app even harder.The self checkout sucks. The deli is gross. The bakery sells loose rolls in open air, not even a bin. Totally stale.There’s so much more, just don’t go here. Do yourself a favor & pick another spot. I have to go back to my old store & have nothing but cereal for dinner after grocery shopping for an hour.

I have been a long time Albertsons and Safeway shopper. Over the past few months, I have had multiple occasions where my Albertson's app did not correctly apply digital deals and coupons. Some of the cashiers were helpful, others extremely rude. On a previous shopping trip there was over $50 in savings not applied. The clerk at the service counter assisted me, but it should not fall on her (or my) shoulders to have my grocery bill ring up correctly. This morning I stopped in before work. There was a long line for the only checker (the woman who has been incredibly rude and unhelpful to myself and many other customers) so I decided to do self check. Low and behold, only one of my coupons/digital deals rang up correctly. The woman at the self check tried to assist and showed me MULTIPLE steps that I need to go through so I am not overcharged. Why can't I just clip the coupons and have them work like at Frys? In frustration, I left my entire cart and walked out. I apologize for this, that is not my style. But I decided today that I will never shop your store again. You have lost a shopper for life.

More expensive than Fry's but much cleaner and "better" customers. My problems are that their sales are really bad these days and often they're out of stock on lots of things in the evenings, and they have really bad hours (10pm is early and makes the place more crowded during the day).

The store has what we needed. Only a couple of items, including wine. Only one lane open, #4. Checker was careless with bagging and acted as if he was doing us a favor. If we lived here full time, we would definitely not patronize this store.

I was pleasantly surprised. I usually shop Kroger, but this store changed all that. The staff were so good I called customer service to compliment 3 staff who went above and beyond. Just awesome customer service.And then there is the prices. Always has amazing deals every week.

There is a man there, I think he is a manager. He has brown hair and wears a ponytail. Anyway, he greets everyone very kindly, even when he is really busy. He offers to help you find items, which is a big deal to me because I'm autistic and I hate approaching people to ask for help. He makes it a much easier, more accessible experience. Thank you so much to him, and to the whole Albertsons team for making shopping easier! (Also, shout out to the produce team from this morning 2/11/2023, they were very helpful too)
