I went into the store, which is easy to pass by since the building itself only has one small neon with the store’s logo on the lower left hand side of the building and two medium sized neons low to the ground by the main road.When I asked the man working the counter about whether the torch lighters on display had a brain that change colors he didn’t know, so I texted them myself, and about six out of the eight lighters that I tested were broken/non-functional, and he put them right back into the display case instead of throwing them away. I thought that was not, cool at all considering someone is going to buy one and get all the way home and realize there later

Came here a couple of times, and received terrible customer service both times. One time the store clerk didn’t even stop stocking the shelves for a good eight minutes after acknowledging me.

Getting the right cup of coffee at this location always seems to be a struggle. 70% of the time they either have the right cups and no lids or they finally get the lids but run out of cups. If there is never regular milk for the coffee, you’re either stuck using powdered milk or flavored creamers that as well are typically out of stock. I just stopped in there this morning, 6:30 AM peak business Time for coffee goers would you believe they are closed so they can wax the floor? Just stop by the Thomas street location by 50th St. and not only is the coffee bar a mess but half of the dispensers are out of coffee while he’s just standing there with his arms behind his back. Number one 7-Eleven was a cool place to go to?

To get out of the free slurpie promotion they lie and say the slurpie machine is “out of order” despite the fact it’s clearly working.

This place is in disarray prices on the shelves don’t match what they’re charging at the register they say there’s no room for everything so they’re just putting things on the shelf. The only saving grace about this place is the lady whoIs the cashier in the afternoon. With the new ownership it would be a great opportunity to turn this place around but with the staff you have hired it’s the same.

The store always looks dirty and over-packed, the electronics cords that the sell by the register are bunk, and when I was done paying I was presented with a Christian propaganda pamphlet. I never appreciate strangers assuming my faith, especially when I'm just trying to buy a bottle of water. Hit up the station across the street instead.

Coorperate just took over the store at the start of November 2018 and it is vastly improved with a new staff and improvements already in place and planned. Way, way, way better than before. A nice 7/11 and Amazon Lockers outside too

If you go here anytime after the first shift, be prepared to be met with utter contempt and hostility. There are plenty of other stores to stop at that won't throw your change at you, or act like you're interrupting their night by ringing you up.

I was treated extremely disrespectfully by the night staff who not only called the police on me but lied through their teeth about what happened. I'm considering filing a lawsuit for their actions and have consulted a lawyer.
