Very rude and bad customer service from the manager on duty today at 4:15pm on the dollar tree in san luis az. I don’t know how that lazy woman became manager. No wonder the store always a mess. I was just calling to ask if you had a hard plastic plate for a party platter , wanted to know if it was on stock so i can drive 30 and buy it. There was no reason for you to not help me, be rude and then hung up on me twice. Wont go to that store again. Hope this store can find a good manager. Someone that deserves it. Someone that is willing to help the customer and not just there to cash a check. They want to make money by being lazy.

Cleotilde, the supervisor in turn of this store (San Luis, AZ) has a horrible customer service. She treated me as bad as she can. She kick me out of the store because she just wanted to close the store when it left 15 minutes to close. She should leave this position to another person who really has a customer service.

they closed 30 minutes before closing. There was ppl waiting to go in but didnt let them go in due to them closing. i had a horrible experience

Only been there once and I had a horrible experience. I bought a couple of things and a balloon and as the lady was helping me get my balloon she leaves me and goes and charges another person leaving me. I told her I had already paid and I was before him but she ignored me and kept helping the guy. I had to wait for another employee to help me. She basically didn't care about me after I gave her my money. Horrible costumer service never going back.

I go here a lot. Not as unmanageable as Wal-Mart. I pop in and out if I don't need a ton of stuff. Prices are low. Quality is decent. Helpful staff.

I have been looking for the farm calendar 2021 in so many dollar trees in California and they have none, I went to this one in San Luis Az and I got 2 ❤ Im super happy, by the way, they are already selling Christmas stuff so I bought some beautiful red Christmas trucks too 🎄
