Many activities during winter months. Summer is soooo hot, that the pool was a welcome treat.Nice washing machines & quick, gas dryers.Large bathrooms with excellent showers.Huge library of books. Small unit of DVDs.Computer for guest usage, with printing ability (cost per sheet is reasonable).Credit card machine was not working during my stay (& I do not carry much cash) so my stay was only 9 nights. I would like to have stayed longer, as nights were peacefully quiet.Mail service requires a P.O. box at local post office (2 miles away).Down a star for 55+ only (or overnight stay in pull thru sites if under 55)...not enough "adult" parks for over 21.

Been here a month and have no complaints beyond lack of WiFi and mail service. Perfect for those who want to disconnect from the hassles of city life.

There is a pickle ball court, horse shoes, and shuffle board. The roads are paved, and RV spots are gravel with paved islands for electric, water, and sewer services. ATV & UTV friendly park.

Wonderful RV resort. Spent 3 months here. Nice heated and covered pool. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Marteen was extra helpful and went above and beyond any exceptions that we might have had.

Already beautiful, this resort is getting some "makeovers" to bathrooms and showers so it will be even better! Staff is very friendly and makes sure you have everything that you need during your stay. Pool is clean and gorgeous! It has a small golf course behind the pool area but since we don't golf can't rate it but caution, the desert scenery around it might distract you from your game!

This was the best bang for you buck RV stay. Summer one night stay was $20. They have only 5 or 6 spots for short term RV stays. The place was clean with a pool and full hookups. Would recommend the park.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a night, week, or a month. The rates are very competitive to others in the area.This park is a bit off the beaten path, which means that daily needs (bread and milk) are nearby, but for big stuff you need to travel some. The closest Walmart is over an hour away.The park is quiet and dark in the evenings so star gazing is possible. There are activities every day for those that are interested, Swim arobics, wood carving, RC racing, crafts pool, bingo. A large attraction if the park is the huge tracts of BLM land nearby to explore with OHVs. This is one of the most OHV friendly Parks.

No golf course run down one bathroom for over 200 spots and it was old and run down watch out for the pot holes charges full winter amount in oct and has nothing going on you have to take off the cover for the pool and spa when you want to use them and you better put it back when you are done oh the spa was not working when we arrived the garbage dump is right next to the pool so you can't lay out without being attacked by flys you have really let this place run down you should be ashamed of yourself will not come back you have lost another snowbirds and I will tell others

Their part time tenants cause problems in the area, especially their terrible drivers of motor homes, 5th wheels, side by side and ATV's.
