I'd give these guys 0 stars if I could. They absolutely failed our Australian Shepherd on a bath and trim. I think the Manager's name is Alan? He claims to be the Owner and if this guy is the owner, he needs to step away and let people with customer service experience handle his job. Wow. They shaved his legs and very poorly cut the sides by his chest/ribs, leaving square marks that look TERRRRRRIBLE. They claim he had matting everywhere. (He didn't) He may have had 1 mat. They shaved his back end but not to the skin. They said it was so bad that it would have made him bleed if they tried to brush it out. But they didn't shave to the skin.... They clearly don't understand Aussie fur or matting. They want to fight and say this is a good job. You tell me. These people are immature and try to put it all back on us saying we are bad pet owners (an animal abuser) and he's treated inhumane. This dog is a show dog and and cared for beyond what these people would even understand. Be careful if you complain to them. They'll try their best to go on the attack and call you whatever they can. This dog has been cared for and groomed by Aussie show people for his whole life until here. Now there's a problem???? Unreal. I still cannot believe they wouldn't contact the OWNERS if they found such a radical problem with the dog. I'm absolutely FURIOUS with their garbage customer service. BBB complaint filed.P.S. Take a look at the other 1 star reviews on Rose. Then note the responses from Rose. She goes straight to accusing the owners instead of taking responsibility. Sickening.Edit to comment on OWNER'S response. Take a look at this gleaming example of good ownership and superior customer service. Literally making up lies. There were no threats. No one said we would come down and set anyone straight. Also, you called her. She didn't call you. And all I want is a refund for the horrible job they did on 1 of the 2 dogs. These people are extra special. I wonder if they record their calls. Anyway.... I don't see why they believe we would ever return to their place of business. What a joke."God Bless", right guys?Also... Blackmail by definition is, "the action, treated as a criminal offense, of demanding payment or another benefit from someone in return for not revealing compromising or damaging information about them."I've already revealed your poor excuse for grooming. I'm also not demanding money. I'm asking for an apology and I'm asking for a refund because you did not do what we paid you to do.Here is my text message, copy and pasted."All we want is a refund for Chaz' hack job. I've posted reviews for you guys on Google and Yelp and filed a complaint with BBB. We spent $208 for both dogs. Did not receive an itemized receipt. Refund us $100 and we'll never come there again. If you apologize, I will remove my reviews."

Very helpful staff, esp. since needing to have a dog groomed is totally new to me, and I had many questions. I tipped them extra for that appointment! My new dog looks nice. Also, they used a barely scented shampoo, as I had requested, since I'm extremely sensitive to overpowering odors. Much thanks to their team!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been getting my Samoyed groomed for almost 9 years and I’ve never had a groomer do such a good job on her cleaning, brushing, or haircut. She’s still light and fluffy feeling almost 2 weeks later, which - if you’ve ever felt a thick Samoyed coat - is a huge accomplishment. She got so many compliments over the holidays. I only wish I lived closer so I could bring her every month, but we’ll definitely be back next time we come to visit family nearby! Thank you again!

Incredibly incredibly happy with Wags and Whiskers. I will absolutely be using them from here on out! Our dog is a Pomeranian, which means a lot of hair!!!! They did a wonderful wonderful. job getting his undercoat out!!! He was beautifully groomed!!!! I am so grateful for their love and care for our baby!!!! Thank you all !!!

My golden had a complete spa. She was bathed very well and felt incredible. I was a bit disappointed in the actual grooming though. But being she’s a field golden cannot do too much trimming. I did want them to create a mane but didn’t do it. Great customer service and really good with the animals. I’ll probably return. They really aim to please. Pricey so be prepared. If you use your debit card or other card they slap additional $4.00. And was not told. I could’ve paid cash.

I love this place! They always do a great job with our dog! My dog is shy and can be anxious around new people but they do a great job working with her to groom her. Would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve attached the before and after photos of my fur babies. I was definitely pleased with their services. My smaller Yorkie has a lot of anxiety and I have trouble getting him to be comfortable with me with hair cuts. I will be bringing them there again.Went again today, 2 years after original post. I’m still happy with their services.

I’ve been taking my dog Uyu here for about a year now and they are the sweetest people ever. I love that they try to stay with the same groomer every time, it really builds such a great relationship where the dogs can be comfortable! The owner always ask what exactly I’m wanting her cut to be and they do exactly that. By far the best place I have been to, I absolutely love everyone there. Thank you so much for always taking the best care of my little one!

Absolutely love them have taken my cat and dog who are both cry babies with grooming they look great everytime well worth the fees 😊 even had a flea bath for my puppy and gone within 1 day! Couldn't recommend them more!

Best place to groom a pet. My dog loves it here. She doesn't like water and can be dramatic when you trim her nails. But they are kind and patient with her. Photo below is after they removed her shedding (they have a dryer that removes more undercoat, but she was being dramatic so they still did an amazing job with brushes -though it was likely more work-) This is a late review but these are the photos a day after her grooming day... I do not have before photos because she was blowing her coat. Imagine so much dog fur that it was snowing dog fur...

Spectacular work. Attention to detail and prices on point. Our Standard Poodle looked immaculate when we picked him up. His groomer was so caring and such a good listener, we’ll definitely request her again. Great staff all around. Including the deep voiced, herculean viking beefcake behind the desk who was clearly an extra in “Jason & The Argonauts”! But I digress. Take your pets to W&W. You’ll be glad you did! 👍

Support this business!Grooming: I have brought my dog here twice now, and both times she was very well taken care of & came out looking cute & feeling refreshed. They added Christmas bows to her ears which were super cute.Customer service: After brining her home I noticed (what looked like an inch long slice in the back of her ear) and I PANICKED. I will not attach photos because there is no point. I emailed the owner & he called me very quickly explaining to me in detail was the legitimate cause of the illusion of a cut behind her ears. While there is a legitimate tiny nic, this is almost to be expected with a dog moving around as much as I'm sure she was.Cost; with tip, I pay around $88 for a bathe / shave which seems fair to meOverall I'm very happy with the grooming service as well as the customer service, I would recommend to a friend

I will never take my dog here again, the girl that cut my dogs nails literally cut his dew claw very short and has yet to grow back. Last night due to this incident he caught what was left of his dew claw and it ripped off causing him to start bleeding, luckily I put some medicine on it and wrapped it up.

My Jazzy is a Wire Fox Tier i took her to Wags and Whiskers in Sahuarita, AZ. it was her second time. The first time it was ok Rose groomed her. I took her again with Rose and she really did a horrible job. When I got home she wasn’t the same happy I picked her up and I couldn’t believe what I saw. My Jazzy was in pain that I called the Vet to get someAntibiotics so she wouldn’t get an infection. I couldn’t believe what my poor Jazzy had gone through. She scraped her front leg bad and made cuts on both her ears my poor Jazzy. It should be a good experience for the dogs when they go. They are stressed as it as and to be treated badly is not right. Rose you should not be trusted with grooming any dogs. I will not take my Jazzy there again. I know that not all like Rose.

We took our 2 shitzu dogs for the 1st time today and were very pleased with the quality in haircuts and customer service. The groomers were very helpful and very nice. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend anyone who needs pet salon services yo take them here. We will definitely be taking our 2 little ones here moving forward. 😊

Just got back from a vet visit for my family dog after taking him to wag-n whiskers for a nail-trimming apt. One of the groomers had sliced into his paw pad and made a gash that the vet had to super glue back together. We brought this up to the manager, Randy, and his response was that it couldn’t have happened and that they had cameras. Yet he refused to review the camera footage or take responsibility for the fact that his staff had injured our dog to the point of veterinary care. I’m putting this info out there in hopes of getting a better response from wags n whiskers and if that doesn't work, warning other pet owners. The attached photo below shows our dog, Jackson's, paw pad after getting it superglued from the vet.

Been going since 2018. Lucky was the regular of my 8. She's passed away. Have brought in my 3 dobermans,Ares, Nyx and Jynx as well as my 4 chihuahuas, Bambi, Daisy, Luke and Yoda for baths and nails clipped. Very fast and always nice. Very personable and helpful when unloading and loading of my pack.

I take my highly energic pug here on a regular basis. He's super dramatic when it comes to bathing at home so I'm so relieved that he does well here. I also used to take my little bunny here, super fast and painless for him. They are quick and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Edit:After 1 bad experience, I wont be returning. Yes she was bathed and cut great but I am concerned now for my elderly pup. 2 years prior was great and Ive been to other groomers for 10 years also without a problem. Not sure if change in management. There used to be a nice burly dude up front that worked well with all my pups.New to Arizona coming from Texas. My 10 year old dog Autumn gets worried about groomers because she is timid with getting nails cut. I've taken her here twice and both times she seems very happy and not scared. Haircut is perfect and not so short that it cuts her or irritates her skin (have had that happen in Texas before). Place smells clean and sanitized and you can visibly see where the dogs are groomed. Very comfortable going here and Autumn likes it here too
