The selection of products at this store is great! There are also amazing quality brands available. My favorite part is the Murray’s Cheese section! I love having that little part of NYC in the desert. Overall, this is one of the better Kroger stores I’ve been to.

A male employee helped me find what I needed, going out of his way. A female employee helped me check out when I'd forgotten to clip a digital coupon and had left my phone in the car. I was having a very rough evening, and the kindness of the staff meant a great deal. The store is also very clean and has a good selection of items.

Found several boxes of bluberries with mold!!Update: 1 year later and I'm still finding several expired items for sale!Double check those dates on anything you buy here.I wouldn't even shop here if it wasn't walking distance from my house lol.Another update: this poor woman on the electric cart got stuck when the battery died. Right in the middle of the line, blocking everything. I had to spend 5 minutes looking for a cart that actually worked! I mentioned the issue to 2 different employees and they told me to deal with it. Unreal! The cart wasn't for me... I was trying to help them so their job and they immediately expected me to do it for them. I had to raise my voice at one of them just to get them to call someone over to handle the situation for the poor woman who was stranded waiting for the employees to care about their job.

12/18/23 Best Eggnog!Cashier Adriana on 14 and cohort on 13 are rude and no about customer service. Today approx 315pm was in line 14 and the woman on 13 left her line and stood in front of the podium where I should have been able to stand to see prices. She finally moved out of the way and she did not return to her register instead. She then went by behind my cashier Adriana who had never spoken to me. They continue to speak about a previous customer that cashier 13 it had while My items were being run up. The only thing Adriana said to me was here's your receipt and she told me the amount while I finished bagging my own groceries.

My only complaint is the management at this store. I've tried contacting the manager Katherine on numerous occasions for various reasons (most for community involvement conversations) and I've yet to get a reply. I've called, emailed, and left messages via customer service....nothing. I'm beginning to believe she doesn't exist.

Warning to anyone seeking a job opportunity here at Fry's. Don't.I had worked at Fry's here in Sahuarita for a year, and ever since my first day, it has become worse each and every consecutive day. Recently, there has been new management with a long history of ever-changing managers, and it has very much affected the workplace in a negative way. From few to none courtesy clerks and cashiers in the front, to a lack of employees that could help around the store.The store pushes this agenda of getting by with as little staff they have employed throughout the year. They don't take a priority of setting a plan that can bring about change in a good and beneficially way. From a lack of training and direction when employing new talent, to as well a lack of respect from the manager(s). It is one of the most disorganized and dysfunctional environments I have been in and gone through.For example, we had recently got new doors for the produce, deli, and butter walls in our store. In theory, it is a good change for the store in keeping trapped cold temperatures for those items. But there has also been cases of frostbite, mainly on aisle 28. It has been there for months, and I've constantly tried mentioning the problem writing it down from time to time. Even the managers walk by those frozen aisles. Completely ignoring the situation and expecting customers to buy our product.I never took a break from my job. I always did what I could and what was expected from me. So I could make the next day as better than the last. But it was virtually impossible. And it's all for a mere minimal wage. You could probably do better at Costco. I even knew a former co-worker who recently left, and was making more at Bed Bath & Beyond. I would do anything to stay far away from this place as possible in terms of working here. Unless your used to being lied to and mistreated.These people here will take every advantage of you.

Every time I come here the customer service is just terrible and employees are rude. Their produce is alway rotten. I save my money and go to sprouts for a better deal and better quality with top notch customer service

Google is there any way for me to leave a one star review. This is the worst Fry’s in Arizona. No customer service attitude. No customer service oriented. No customer service values. O customer service goals. Did I mentioned customer service? Managers everything starts and ends with you if you don’t teach and lead by example this young kids working here are not getting anything out of this job. And to the customer representative called #unique with the green long beautiful nails you did an amazing job right.

Highly recommend. All my neighbors told me where to go to get my groceries. 👍 Double WOW. Outstanding selection. Will be back soon. Just got the family groceries. It was enjoyable walking around. It is hard to believe that there such a large selection of almost everything. The meat department was overwhelming. Great visit! 👍

I joined the membership service and I love it. I just use delivery. The Kroger brand goods are excellent. It's all very convenient for me. Well worth the money.

Come in for a big exciting hike.All I need is a premate sandwich.I'm asking several people and nobody wants to help me.And I can't find a pre made sandwich and just wasted like twenty minutes of my life that I really needed because nobody wants to help me find a premate sandwich and I guess they don't even have them

I don't like shopping here due to the fact that it's always hot in the store, there's some horrible rotten smell near the back corner of the store by the meat dept., the bathrooms are disgusting, and their online shoppers are lazy (had items marked unavailable on my order, but if I walked inside, I found it just fine.). The only reason I shop here is because they carry my favorite brand of jeans, they have a decent selection of inexpensive baby food, and I buy the Fry's brand of paper products. That's it......Now, they have gates at the entryway, I only assume that they want to funnel people out of the one and only exit at the middle..... but don't worry, it's not like the disgusting bathrooms don't need updating or cleaned or anything. Your money is much better spent on useless gates.

SENIORS WATCH OUT CHECK YOU RECEIPT- prices on shelf do not match what you are charged- they run a coupon scam, preying on vulnerable seniors. And when I questioned and asked for sale prices to customer service manager she started yelling at me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service here!! I will NEVER buy from this company again…!! I stopped at this store on my way home to Tucson to get some groceries, spent over $100 while the cashier was rushing me to check out, I also had to bag all my groceries, NO paper bags were made available and then after I paid and looked at my receipt realized I didn’t get ANY of the discount prices…asked to get it sorted out and the MOD said I didn’t enter my club card and customer service was closed and there was NoTHING she could do..??? She was very rude and dismissive, curly black hair 50 something glasses with a nose ring..? So I lost i er $20 bucks that I should have NOT had to pay and they would do NOTHING to help!!!!That’s robbery!! That’s stealing!!!Boycott this awful company..!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I’ve shopped at this location many times as I have lived in the area for about two years now. I kind of wanted to give this a two star rating but I do like the grocery store so I gave it a three. I called there tonight to report someone losing something very important in a grocery cart, but I couldn’t get anybody on the phone. So I hung up and I called back and I asked speak to the store manager and when she got on the phone and I was trying to let her know the situation but she curtly explained to me that she was not the person that I would report that to. However, she made no effort to direct me to the people that would until I asked her whose name and number did I need to reach out to to let them know that I have this person’s information. She told me that would be customer service and tries to transfer me only for the phone to hang up. So I called back and I get customer service and she is no more friendlier than the manager. I gave her the information and I hope the customer that lost their important items reaches out to me so that they can get it back. I really don’t understand the customer “no service attitude.”I am always willing to upgrade a review if a follow up is done on the situation and someone reaches out to me. Thanks.

I paid for the 'free' delivery service (not free, you pay a yearly fee) and am regretting it. I haven't made 1 order yet (in a couple months worth of ordering) that they aren't 'out of stock' on a minimum of one item, and it's usually up to 5/6 items. I then have to go to a different store. So, what was the POINT of this 'free' (paid) delivery??????? Will Not be renewing.

The store was very busy. Much more than usual. Probably because the Walmart is closed due to the arson fire. But people were really nice and the Fry's workers were great.

Have been shopping here since the store opened and it has been my primary grocery for years. Cooking is my hobby so I spend a lot in pursuit of it. Generally it has been a wonderful store and I have enjoyed shopping here. My issue is with customer service when I returned half of a 10lb bag of potatoes which were spoiled with what's called "black heart rot" condition. Anyway, the guy at the counter gave me the run around as if I was trying to con the store. In the twelve years I shopped there I don't think I've returned more than a handful of items, all deserveingly so. I suggested that we cut them open and see for sure. Well, he wasn't going to do that. I just wanted a replacement but got grief instead. I haven't spent a penny at Fry's going on seven months. I took my 8000-9000 dollars a year down the road. From reading the reviews it is abundantly clear that this store has problems that aren't being addressed by management.Edit: After shopping elsewhere for 8 months I came back and was pleasantly surprised to see that things had gotten better at this store. I was also contacted by the corporate office after I filed a complaint with them. They gave me a name and extension and told me if I have anymore issues, skip the store management and contact them directly. So far so good.

Very large Mega Mart. Definitely not just a market or Supermarket. Seems to have way more. Clothes and decor like a super Walmart. Employees are friendly and helpful. One of the better Fry's!

Very large store, it is a marketplace. Make sure you have a the app as there are lots of digital coupons to get the best deals. Seems always busy but staff it friendly when you can find someone.

This store is great. The selecting and pricing is the best. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue at the pharmacy, they're always super quick and helpful. The sites by the pharmacy close at 6 because of retail theft. That forces them to try to go out the middle exit she the carts lock now, a new preventative measure.I feel like these Karen's (male and female) leaving these horrible reviews abs just nasty, impossible to please, super entitled jerks to begin with. I doubt one of them took the time to pull their heads out of their bum and talk to the staff or managers when they had an issue, albeit super trivial seeming. Don't listen to these whiny babies.This store is flat out wonderful.

Fry's Marketplaces are some of the best markets anywhere. Pretty upscale and a huge selection of not just the usual market stuff, but clothes, patio supplies, etc. etc. etc.

This is an update from my prior experience was a 1 star because of a rude employee. I took a break for months. And have never seen the rude employee again. Since then the staff has changed over and iv had no issues and now shop their faithfully because the have the freshest produce out here. Prices are hire than tucson. But it's convenient. I never have any issues with my coupons and sometimes come in with a stack. All the employees seem great. A few you can tell are tired and impatient. But i treat them with a little kindness it goes along way.

The pharmacy here is terrible. 5 pharmacy members in there one of them attending the drive thru and the others are in their own little world. I stood at the window for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me, made eye contact with two of the staff and nobody approached me.

Helpful and friendly people. I've only encountered one occurrence with a black male employee that told me I could try a jacket on and took my hanger away and stood there waiting for the jacket. I told him that I'd try it on and that I'd be taking it. I asked for the hanger and he refused. I spoke to a manager and she apologized and had a surprised face. To me it was just one of those Karen employees.
