This is a very mixed review. Because of mistakes that corporate made, I would rate them a one ⭐️. However I would rate the pharmacist Benjamin as five starsc⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. So I'm rating them in the middle for now.On their website I was able to schedule an appointment for an RSV vaccine. It asked my age and other information, but just to be sure, I also called twice to make sure everything was okay. When I got to the pharmacy though, I was told that because I'm under the age of 60, I can't get it, despite being seriously immunocompromised. It was about an hour and a half drive into the place so this was very frustrating and earned them a one-star rating. 😠The pharmacist, Benjamin, worked with me and tried very hard to get it to go through. He also said he would look into the issue and contact corporate so that they could fix things. You always hope people will do that but they never say they will, so I really appreciate that. Then on top of all that, he gave me information on doctors in the area to help with my many health concerns. (I'm new to the area but will be here for a few months and access to healthcare has been a big problem on the road.) He certainly went above and beyond and earned himself five stars. This pharmacy even though it is backed by the Trillion Dollar machine that is Walgreens would be out of business long ago. The Safeway pharmacy, and the Walmart pharmacy are within a few hundred feet of this pharmacy and they make this pharmacy look like a mom and pop pharmacy in a third world country.Here is an example of what they just pulled 6 days ago right before Memorial Day Weekend:“I am so sorry to bother you again. Walgreens just announced that they are closing at 1 and will not have a pharmacist back on duty until Tuesday.Safeway’s Pharmacy at 2125 W Hwy 70, Thatcher, AZ 85552Safeway just nicely confirmed they “Will not close and just said that if we could cancel the prescription at Walgreens and send it to them the same way they can fill it easily.”Safeway filled my monthly prescription in minutes. Walgreens will always make you wait 2-6 hours. Every person there is so rude. Just to ask a question you wait on the phone 20-30 minutes. The Walgreens Corporate governance board should intervene and terminate the entire staff and especially the pharmacist. I will never step foot back into this Walgreens even if they do elongate every staff member they have now.RUN - FOREST - RUN | Everybody in this small area knows that Walgreens is not considered a pharmacy at all.I wish I could not give one star

The most chaotic/unorganized pharmacy I have ever been to. They can’t seem to keep staff. I had my vaccine scheduled and they randomly closed for two days due to not having a pharmacist; they didn’t notify people with appointments. Rescheduled the vaccine and I walked in a second time and was told because they were closed for two days that they weren’t doing vaccines. Again, they did not notify people with scheduled appointments. Changing pharmacies ASAP. Not impressed unfortunately.

Went and got a Covid test on A Sunday it was supposed to be a 24 hr test. It is now Wed still have not received results. Tried calling the number back East they send you no help. Called the Walgreens and never answered the phone tried 2 days. Had to go somewhere else to get tested.Don't go there.

Casey at Walgreen's is awesome !! I called in because someone left a UPS package there for pick up but they only do Fed Ex pick ups. She kindly offered to drop it off at a UPS location after she got off work on her own time since we were calling from 4 hours away waiting for the package. THANK YOU CASEY !! YOU ROCK !!

So I went through the trouble of scheduling a covid test yesterday for today, the 29th at 12pm. I got the confirmation email and I drive an hour to my appointment. I get there and the lady says they’re not doing covid tests. Such a waste of my time.

The pharmacy could be more friendlier; messed up my prescription twice. They could've cared less; always have to wait an hour after drop off- is there any place that is faster & friendlier? Dread coming here.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever walked into. On top of that, they NEVER answer the phone...NEVER. If you have a prescription question or need store information, you must drive into town. I wish they'd open a CVS here, at least they answer their phone and smile.

The cashier was being rude and said the tree I was buying was ugly and I do not appreciate being treated that way. She said that I shouldn’t buy the tree. She hurt my feelings and told me that my outfit made me look fat. I want her to be fired. SHES GONE.

This is the third day I have tried to get my prescription and the farmamcie was closed. I hope I didn't have a stroke. The store looks like it's closed from all of the weeds around the parking lot.

Give no stars I would this Walgreens is ridiculous I came 15 minutes before close with a prescription for a painkiller due to a dislocated hip the pharmacist refuse to fill it because it was closing time at 9 I would further suggest that nobody use this local Walgreens and call corporate at 1 800 Walgreens and complain..

On line it says it's open until 10 and it's only actually open until 9. I drove from by the mountain and that was very inconvenient.
