We tried two different groomers in the past, neither one could groom "Rosie" due to her rough past and anxiety of clippers. Brittney and Candice completely transformed her into a happy,cute dog again!!!

Very friendly and efficient service. Got all 3 pups in and out in 20 mins for under $22 for nail trimming. All 3 dogs with different personalities and she handled each one with care. Definitely will be back!

These guys are awesome at what they do. I took my dog in to have his nails cut. He was in and out so fast and Mickey doesn't like anyone touching his paws but they were great and the cost was affordable.

Came to take my 1yr GSD to get nails trimmed. My dog has high anxiety issues going to places like this or the vet. But the gentleman there help my dog to calm down and took her in the room. It was a fast nail trim. Highly recommended them will be bringing my dog here for now on.

My dog looks better then ever! Seriously, she was a stray and adopted us. I did my best to groom her. But I apparently didn't know what I was doing. After taking her in to Paw spa she is a lot more fun the pet and she acts like she feels tons better.

This is the only place I trust in town to groom my male miniture poodle. He gets so excited to see these ladies when we pull up and he looks amazing when I come to pick him up. I love his little fluffy face and a bit of fluff on his tail, it's just perfect unlike other places that basically hand me back a rat when their done.

I missed my appointment today due to circumstances never ever missing my appointments in the last Eight years and was charged a $10. 00 fee. I called back to reschedule and was treated rudely. So to say this customer will go elsewhere to have my Charlie bathed and groomed. I would not recommend this groomer due to the way I was treated. Customers should be treated with respect and courtesy.

The lady's here are simply amazing! Both of my dogs live their bath day when they get to go here! They are so good with the animals! They have super cute doggie outfits for sale. Their doggie pampering prices are very fair. Small circle drive in the front, but additional parking is behind the building.

Overall, my two dogs (a Yorkie and a Chihuahua) received a good grooming. However, I must confess I wasn't happy with the fee charged for the services rendered.Upon presenting my two dogs for grooming, I was given a firm, set price. When I returned to pick my dogs up, I was given a higher fee! Upon questioning why, I was only told that's what the groomer charged. So, chances are I won't return!

Called and asked how much it would be to get my dogs nails clipped. Told her the breed Labrador. She said she never heard of it. She proceeded to ask about washing the dog and I had to repeat my self again and again how I just wanted my dogs nails clipped. I decided not to try this place. Person was not very patient on the phone. So I'm not taking my pooch. Lol

I have been taking my dogs here for the past year.they are very busy, so you have to book your services early! The only reason I did not give them five stars just because they very rarely answer the phone the first time. But if you leave them a message, they usually call you back within a day or two. I would definitely recommend their services!

My puppy fights baths and haircuts like a tasmanian devil! They always take her anyway and I'm so grateful. They also schedule appointments months in advance and call with reminders.

I love love love how the styled my shih-tzu's last time I went, but do to the the fact that there so busy I had to get his hair cut else where and they didn't even do it how I asked, so its Kim's all the way for me!!!!

Ugly ,not cemetrical groom! Female yorkie,terrier looks like a male chihuahua, mustache and all! Is also traumatized! According to vet appointment just at!City of safford will be notified!

Kim, the owner, is rude and my dogs hate going there! My big golden retriever has to be drug in and is upset and scared when i pick her up. Won't be going back!
