⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐What a delightful find! My visit to this charming small town Cafe was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the warm greeting at the door to the delicious aroma of freshly brewed coffee, every moment felt like a cozy embrace.The service was exceptional - attentive, friendly, and genuine. Our server went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. And the food! Oh my goodness, our breakfast was simply divine. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. The burrito is a must.But what truly made our visit unforgettable was meeting Erick, a friendly local who happened to be enjoying breakfast at the same time. Not only did he share fascinating insights about the area, but he also recommended some hidden gems and must-see sights that we wouldn't have discovered otherwise.In summary, this Cafe is a gem in every sense of the word. Excellent service, mouthwatering food, and the added bonus of meeting wonderful locals like Erick make it a must-visit for anyone passing through. We hope to return before leaving Arizona. Highly recommended!

Ordered a plain old cheeseburger. And yet I was charged a dollar more for a “bacon cheeseburger “ on my receipt. Never ordered that. Don’t appreciate the over charge at all. And your hostess needs to learn how to do a split tender when a customer wants to pay some cash, the rest on card. Also, really terrible and slow table service. Never got drink refills. No napkins. No silverware. Come on!! Basic come sense to have those items given to your patrons if you’re a server. Train your staff better or get new staff. What’s more, my burger was burnt with soggy lettuce. No pickles on my burger. Skimpy fries portion. Won’t be back nor recommend to others.

We went with family who are from the area and they had nothing by high praise for Robbie's. We had a party of 6 and went on a Saturday night. The food was good, not as great as we had expected. The service was slow. Waitress had to be flagged down to get refills and food took forever to come out. Menu was a little on the pricey side but not too crazy. Overall, not the worst restaurant experience, but not sure I'd ever go back if we were back in the area......

Food, was excellent, my wife is very picky about her mac and cheese, had barbecue pork mixed, and she loved it. Had the chili, and it was delicious, turkey melt with green chili fantastic. Service checked on us but not too much, let us enjoy our meal a big thank you for that. It's old style Western, which fits the personality of the town, so don't expect modern-day. You got to try, and there is an ice cream shop next door, which is full service.

While having lunch with my family I had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant, which makes me terrible sad considering this is a common place we come to eat. It took over an hour to get our food and while we were waiting for our food we saw our server, Destiny playing with a baby and sitting at a booth on several occasions and did not bother to check in on us, and when we got our food it was cold, after some more time she came back and asked how everything was I did mention that my food was partially burned and did not taste okay at all, the response I got was “oh” and she walked away. My grandmother ended sharing her food with me so I had something to eat so when she came back with our ticket I asked if it was possible to have the item removed from the ticket, she immediately told me “no you ate half of it” which wasn’t true, I had 2 small bites of the sandwich and my grandmother tried it once just to confirm that it was in fact, not edible. But she wasn’t willing to find a manger or put in any effort to see if there was anything they could do whether it was to put in something else for me to eat or refund the food. As soon as we got up front to pay it was mentioned that the sandwich was not edible and the other server was so kind about it and was willing to take off the item since I didn’t get to eat and was trying to make it right.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Had the all you can eat fish fry. Cold slaw was blah, fish crust was over cooked and my fries were under cooked. Might want to serve tartar sause with the fish instead of ranch dressing. My husband's onion rings looked like there were also over cooked. Will go back because of the atmosphere and will try something different to eat. Went back the next day to get a calzone for my husband. Checked out there coffee/bakery shop. Decided to get a cookie. Was not happy that they warmed it. It would have been nice if I was asked before they did that.

The menu had promise. 40 minutes to get food on a weekday afternoon. The elk burger tasted like it was straight from a supermarket freezer. The portions were small. Wrong pizza was delivered. The crust was flat yet soggy. Staff was nice though.

Wow! We stopped here on our trip home from Flagstaff and got the spinach artichoke appetizer (one of my favorites to get when I see it on a menu) and WOW. This appetizer absolutely blew me away, so flavorful and the bread they serve with it was soft and paired perfectly. I got the turkey avocado sandwich on sourdough (birdy something, I can't remember the name) and my fiancé got the elk burger. Both were very good. I will be stopping here again next time we're in the area. Delicious food and such a relaxing country feeling.

Fast Food?? Don't do it! Come here and let them take great care of you. It's not giving you a number and pumping you through here. Sit down and bring you a drink and enjoy the 45 mins your not driving. Kate did a great job getting our drink order and then our lunch order. Everything was exactly what and how we ordered it. If your lucky enough to see this place from the interstate while passing through you best stop by and see Kate for some great food along the I-17. I'm sure Kate's colleagues will be just a friendly...

Tried to get in on Saturday night around 7:30. They were hosting a large group, and there weren't tables available. The couple of servers were trying their best. However, none of them was able to make eye contact with us or explain the options. A hostess came out of nowhere after 15 minutes to let us know she was just the hostess and couldn't give us a table ??? Very awkward, none of the servers stopped by in another 10 minutes, and we decided to leave.I'm glad they are busy enough not to need any more guests, but they need to work on their customer service skills.

We stopped around 2:30 Sunday, after playing in a golf tourney in Sedona en route back home to the PHX valley. Both had cheeseburgers... SO good - juicy, fresh toppings & plenty of them! Cooked just as requested. My fries & his own rings were also really crisp & yummy. All around, it was a great decision to detour a couple of miles off 17 to eat GREAT food at a local place vs another fast food drive-thru. Prices were nice, too, particularly in light of the portion sizes & friendly service. We will totally head back as we often make the PHX to Sedona trip!

So much has changed besides moving down the street.The food portions are smaller & food isn't as tasty as it used to be.It seems the new location is geared more towards being a bar vs a restaurant.Id recommend you stay away from the Elk burger. Not to be mean, but it tasted like cardboard.The other burgers were not bad, it was average.

The teenager waitress didn't even care to know I existed. She just walked right by me a few times.I almost walked out . A lady from the bar came over and brought me the rest of her sandwich that she couldn't eat. I couldn't eat meat on a friday so I saved had to wait for my grilled shrimp salad which was really good at least.Or maybe I was just starving. I guess they don't like out of towners😡 If i'm in the area I will keep driving by too. The dinner was close to twenty dollars so they only got the six cent tip for their service. I didn't want to wait around to get my money back.Otherwise I would have taken it with me.

Delicious food great service nice beer selection great cocktails had the southwest egg rolls - chicken fried steak - seafood platter - side salad - couple draft beers - the food was solid came out hot everything was fresh and tasty except the coleslaw it was dry and tasteless but we definitely didn't come for the slaw 😂 we will be back ! Thanks for dinner Robbie's crew 🙂

The reason for this negative review is because of the server Destiny. She was small with blonde hair and young in case we had a fake name. Her service was really slow we waited over an hour for food, whatever no rush. Food came out cold again whatever I ate it cold after waiting that long. One of the members in our party had two bites of our her food and didn’t like it. She wouldn’t eat it and when we asked for it to be taken off the tab she said nope it’s half eaten, it was nowhere near half eaten. She wasn’t polite about it either. Everything about her was giving her restaurant a one star review but another lady was kind enough to take it off for us. Destiny needs to be talked to because she is making her place look awful.

This is definitely the perfect little hidden gem. It's been a very long time since I've given all aspects is a place full stars.The locations is only slightly off the highway and it should be a spot to visit for a fantastic meal.Their drinks are amazingly priced and the quality is 30 times better than Starbucks. They can do lattes, fraps, regular, and even adult coffee (aka those that like a like alcohol in their coffee).They even have mimosas which if I didn't have my little one with me I would have happily enjoyed a few.They even have a simple basic menu however again the quality outshines the simplicity of the items. The presentation was even great.Their bakery items looked amazing, I wanted to take some for the road but we were stuffed. I'll definitely be taking some next time I come through.The design, atmosphere, and ambiance have the feeling of being in a comfy spot at your own home, that's clean, and with a moments of peace that you feel you finally captured better then TV. It's relaxing and enjoyable.They are kid friendly and have a wonderful staff, she was bubbly and welcoming.They have plenty of parking space.They are even military friendly.Again, I honestly loved this place. I hope anyone that reads this comes and tries out their items.Also, sorry for forgetting to add photos my family and I liked everything so much I forgot to take photos like I usually do.Parking: Easily marked, clean of debris, shaded areas available by trees.Kid-friendliness: Menu items, highchair, and simple tictacto game available.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat and level, low tables available, no automatic doors though, bathroom has safety handle bars.

I'm an out of town visitor and stop by Robbies when I'm passing through. In the past they've welcome my lab on the patio. I called before visiting to be sure they still allowed dogs. Was told yes but only 1 dog on patio at a time (due to dogs fighting) so I headed there. When I walked in I was turned away because they only allow service dogs. I told the lady I called first. Was disappointed because I had forgone lunch on way through to eat there.

Can't speak on the food but the drinks and company were good. Actually got to meet THE Robbie who's a really nice guy. Overall a good spot if you're in town or wanna skip the crowds at the other places.
