Not so good for propane if you have a job. I’ve come here twice to fill propane bottles. The first time at 4pm and today at 4:18. Both times they had it closed. Both times they told me that it should be open until 5pm tomorrow. It’s a great store but I won’t waste my time trying to get propane there any longer.

DO NOT BUY PET FOOD RIGHT NOW!The pet food bags have all had moldy foods in them at this store only and it seems to be multiple types of pet food.

It’s in the neighborhood and can definitely save you time going to Home Depot or Lowe’s they have a pretty good portion of items you could need the service there is phenomenal and if you own a farm it’s the place to go for other products

Watch what you buy, open your item because they will sell you used items repackaged. They will also sell you a warranty on item that has free one year warranty, it's almost dealing with a used car dealership. Just watch what you buy from them. Ridiculous

I'll try to make a long story short. I recently had surgery on my neck and I am very limited in what I can do until everything heals properly. I have always shopped at TSC and decided to place my first online order yesterday since I am unable to drive or lift. I had issues with the TSC app so I wound up calling to place the order and set it up for delivery. Around 5pm, we had not received the order so, I called the 877 number to find out the status. The representative called the store and was told that they did not have a driver today. The problem is, we were out of feed for our animals and needed it delivered that day. Not having a driver didn't sound right to me because there were always a number of people working at the store whenever I stopped by, so my wife decided to call the store herself. The manager (Nicole Hunt) answered the phone. My wife explained the issue and Nicole looked into it. She was showing no order for us at her store. She dug a little deeper and discovered that for some odd reason, our order had been sent to a store in Oklahoma. That's a long drive from Arizona. My wife explained the situation and that we had already paid for the products. Our options were: cancel the Oklahoma order and wait for our money to be returned and to place another order with our local store and pay again for the same product or to just do without and figure it out the next day. Nicole understood our position and she had a driver deliver the order and we could figure our the money with corporate (I called corporate right after and explained what had happened). I can't say thank you enough to Nicole for taking care of us. It has been a very long time since I have seen someone so devoted to taking care of a customer. Nicole definitely went above and beyond in helping us make sure we could take care of our animals. This type of dedication is truly rare these days. I wanted to make sure that that store management and the district manager knew how appreciative we are of Nicole's actions and I hope she is recognized in some way for them. I will never shop at another feed store or TSC, store #2136, you are the best.

Well, if you've never been inside a Tractor Supply Co. store, chances are that you probably never will. For the uninitiated, this establishment is similar to a big box hardware store but with less to do with building a house from scratch and more to do with a rural lifestyle. In other words, they carry more for the farm & ranch than for the suburban home, including clothing suited to rural living, and even small livestock on occasion. The thing I really like about them is that they always have something that I've not seen on previous trips to their outfit. A word of caution; if you're married and of the male gender and you find yourself inside one of their wonderful stores without your better half at your side, or worse yet, with a buddy or two, resist the overwhelming urge to blatantly overspend, as it is so very easy & tempting to do so! You've been warned, friend. But if you have a little bit of self control, and are able to keep the heat from the friction of pulling your credit card out of your wallet below the melting point of plastic, this truly is one of those stores that probably has what you need, especially if you live in a rural area, and also has those items for men who are still boys at heart.

Tractor Supply is a great place to buy feed. I purchase chicken and livestock feed here and their prices are lower than their competitors. They offer alpaca feed, which is hard to find. The staff is always helpful too. I've also purchased chicks here and they were clean and healthy. Highly recommend!

We go to tractor supply often as my husband use to work there. This one occasion I was helped by Jordan, the store manager. He was absolutely disrespectful and so rude. I was being helped by another lady when he interrupted and took over for no reason. So I had to re explain the whole situation, being we bought a safe and its broken. He talked to me like I didn't know a thing and belittled me the whole time. Kept telling me to do the same thing over and over again about the safe. Which I had already told him we tried. He didn't believe we were having this issue at all and kept talking so down to me. I would stay away from this manager. And to Tractor Supply you need to look into a new manager who actually is kind and helps. I know Mike, the assistant manager well and he is always kind and never has any employee talked to me the way Jordan, (THE MANAGER) did. Not acceptable at all.

This location sucks, seems they're always out of stock on items. Employees will buy sale items from under you and cancel yours. Avoid this location and Try Mesa or Fountain hills!! Horrible Service QC.......Rated F-Signed X ______Another Canceled Order

Bad service . Placed order on line on 9/26/2021 & did not get an update. Called on 9/17 & per rep order did no go through. I placed new order and was the charged twice on 9/17/ 20121. Called cancelled on order. 2nd order delivered & rocking chairs were broken, dusty & had spiderwebs.Correction….the corporate department made it right! Gave me a new set of rocking chairs & listened to me as a customer…Love this place again!

I have to shop here at least once a month for critter bedding. I prefer their brand of equine horse pellets used for bedding. For a while they were out pretty consistently but now seems to be in stock. They always seemed pretty busy and I really don't get asked if I need any help but I don't look like I need any when I come in so I don't really discount them for it.

Was looking for a fly repellant and the girl who helped me was great. She provided me insight on perfection she personally had used and I walked out of there with her recommendation and so glad I did. The fly problem had been much better. Tried to go to the pet clinic on Sunday for a rabies shot for my dog. Was turned away because I was told I needed to check in online. Tried a different Sunday, checked in online @ 2:00, received confirmation being told I was #4 in line. Arrived at the store @ 2:20. Instructions online told me to wait in my car until I was next up. Sat in my car for 20 minutes. Walked in when I was next in line and was told they don't follow the online check in and that I had to wait in line where there was already probably 20 dogs. The lady acted like I was in the wrong and didn't even care to explain to me why or apologize for the inconvenience. Horrible overall experience and now two Sundays wasted. I will find a regular Vet to go to and shop at Home Depot or Ace from now on.

Poor customer service lately. I've been going here for 3 years now and I miss the old crew that worked here. They were so helpful and knew so much! Now there is a whole new crew and they all have bad manors, very rude, and never know the answers to your questions. When they don't know the answers they don't even bother finding out for you, it's always answered with I'm sorry I don't know and they walk away. I'm never going back to this tractor supply, which is a shame because we spend over a thousand every month feeding all our animals.

I had a just plain awful experience tonight. It really threw me for a loop. We've been shopping here for years, have spent a lot of money, and have always had a wonderful experience with super helpful and friendly staff. This evening my daughter and I went to the QC location to see if they had any chickens. It was 844 pm and the hustle was on, to close up I guess. The gal working asked us if we needed anything and I told her we had chicken questions and asked for the friendly guy we normally see there, who was working in the back. Well no one came, and it was getting closer to close, so I figured I'd pick some out and be ready for check out. I was 2 birds in the box when a very quick walking employee yells, "Hey, you can't be in there!" This is only the 4th time I've bought chickens here and I was pretty sure I could be. We always picked out our birds by hand. He was visibly frustrated to which I replied you shouldn't treat me like I was stealing, we did ask for help. He said he was the manager on duty and it was their policy. I handed him the box and he said only he could pick them out. I told him I wanted to look at them to choose, but he refused. We ended up just leaving. He didn't want us there and that was so clear. If he is indeed the manager, I am surprised. He should have no place with customers. I left feeling insulted and embarrassed. There were no less than 5 employees in the back trying to close up early, and I was simply trying to make a purchase. This was my favorite supply place, and just around the corner, too. We were weekly regulars, but I guess not regular enough for this guy.

I have been shopping at Tractor Supply since they opened. The quality of their hay is AWFULL! We are now paying $26.00 = $27.00 a bail before tax and it is YELLOW..FULL OF DIRT!! My horse coughs every time he eats the hay I purchase from Tractor Supply. I have to hose it down to get the dirt out of it!!!I wouldn't mind paying the price even though it is super steep if the hay was good quality!!I'm sad to say but there are other stores opening in my area and now I have more options than one store late on a Tuesday night to purchase hay.The store is so close to my house but I will drive the extra mile for quality!!

This place has amazing customer service. And all the little cool stuff you need for a farm or horses or crazy dogs or name the animal! Great customer service, tons of stuff you need to feed and upkeep your little farmhouse. Hay and hay pellets, rubber mats for horse stalls, water faucets for horse stalls, and tons of other little knick-knacks. But again great service feels like you're at a locally-owned store

Oh my goodness! Jordyn and Hannah are the best!! I called in tonight because I was in need of a second round of puppy shots and I've never done this before. The people I bought my puppy from told me they gave her the first round by themselves and bought them at tractor supply store so I called in not knowing anything about what I needed and they helped me through the entire process. I seriously would have been lost without their help. Thank you girls for amazing customer service!! Above and beyond!!

Helpful employees. They know the store and help point you the right way. I don't know her name, but she works the cashier and always talks to my kids. She friendly, fun to chat with, and never makes me feel bad when it's obviously our last stop before nap time.

I'm so disappointed in how people treat other people. While in the store yesterday I approached the register where Cynthia was working. After paying for my dog food, I went to lift the bag and scratched my eye while in line. It sent my glasses flying and me to cry out in pain. I couldn't see and it was extremely painful. As I stood at the end of the counter NO ONE offered assistance, with one eye I'm looking for my glasses trying to check my eye and grab the dog food. Cynthia just kept checking people out as I stood there. Didn't offer any help carrying the bag, ask if I need help, or just help. I had to call my husband to come get me and take me to the Dr. I'm still in a ton of pain and eye is swollen shut. I'm just disappointed in the lack of compassion. From the workers or patrons. No one helped me when I needed it. I even had to go in and pay for water to rinse my eye. I'm disgusted. Update: there is permanent scarring in my eye that will now cause me issues forever.

I was really excited to have a great hardware store closer than home depot! They have everything a homeowner needs and more! The customer service was swift and helped me quickly to my needs! I believe It was the Store manager that helped me to find the exactly the parts I needed for my irrigation. The over all experiance was like a kid in a candy store! Keep up the great work guys!
