I am very hesitant to order flowers but because I am out of state, I was needing to order and decided to use a local florist to support small businesses. I ordered flowers for the birth of my nephew and specifically ordered flowers that were blue, purple and white (blue for a baby boy). Not to mention spent $115 for a disappointing arrangement.What I ordered vs what I received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I went through 1800 Flowers and this was the florist they used. Flowers were supposed to be sent to my husbands aunt and she never received the flowers even though this place lied and said they were delivered. Totally fraudulent business and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Ordered a large flower order 12/8/2021. $131 to be exact. My niece sent me a photo of the flowers which looked like a $50 order..I called and spoke to owner, sent her photos and she said she will refund half! It's been 2 months, with texts, emails and phone calls with no response. Now trying to dispute on my credit card. Buyer BEWARE!

Ordered flowers for Mother's day on the same day, and despite the last minute order, they were delivered within only a few hours. My very happy mother says they were beautiful! All of the 1 star reviews on here had me a bit nervous, but this company came through and did a fantastic job! Thank you!

Worst experience! I ordered flowers for a friend who's pet passed away and the flowers delivered didn't look anything like the selection I ordered. I understand sometimes flowers aren't available and a substitution is required but all the flowers and colors were completely different. The sight should just say please pay $100 and we will make whatever we want. The company was contacted via email and I received nothing buy excuses. No apology nor did they try to make it right.

I really hate to leave bad reviews, but I gave them a chance to fix the issue and they will not respond. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday, and they were delivered a day late and they were the wrong flowers with the wrong card... to make matters worse, the note was signed by the same name as my friend's husband but addressed to another woman. You can imagine how that looked! I realize that is a crazy coincidence, but the company name was nowhere on the flowers or card so she didn't even know who to contact to see what was going on. I let Rodeo Roses know what happened and they did not offer an apology, but responded with a one line email that said they will "send more tomorrow." I let them know that is not necessary as my friend would be leaving town for some time and wouldn't be there to receive them. I asked for a refund or partial refund instead. They refuse to respond to my emails or phone calls after multiple attempts. The flowers they did deliver were half wilted and not even close to what I ordered. Very disappointed.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from these guys…I placed an order on Valentines Day. While I realize that it is a busy day for florists, the website said that as long as I ordered by 12, they guaranteed same day delivery. They were not the cheapest - the basic option cost about $100 and the options went up from there, but I wanted to make sure my wife got flowers. Since she works in queen creek, I decided to go with this company, because I thought a local florist would have the best chance at making sure the delivery arrived before 5. I ordered at 10am. By 2:30, I was notified that the order was out for delivery. By 4:30, I started to get nervous…after calling multiple times (no answer), leaving a voicemails (no return call), and sending emails (still no response), my wife left work at 5 empty handed on Valentines Day. Super disappointed.At this point it appears to be a scam site unfortunately.

My husband placed an order for some flowers for our daughter. The flowers were never delivered. My husband called the shop multiple times throughout the day and no one answered.When he finally got through to someone the woman was very rude on the phone. He told her he never received the order and would dispute the charge if needed with the bank. She said she would not deliver the product if we were going to dispute it. The charge cleared our bank and still no product and no refund. We believe this company is run fraudulently and is keeping our money. What should have been a beautiful surprise for our 13 year old daughter achieving a long time goal has been ruined.

I ordered a $60 bouquet for my mom to be picked up. They called and asked for card info after I put it in the website and also stated that pick up was unavailable and they changed it to free delivery. The bouquet is tiny, total of 7 flowers, including carnations for $60, in a tiny vase. I also ordered a balloon and paid $6 for that as well and it wasn't delivered. I will not order from them again. They seemed very disorganized and way overpriced for the product you actually get. I'm very unsatisfied and I will now have to go spend more money on flowers to make a set that is big enough to gift to my mom. Ridiculous, no wonder the big corporation flower companies are taking over, they actually give you what you order and it isn't overpriced.

BEWARE! Please do not order from this company. You are better off going to Fry’s and buying a 12.99 arrangement. I purchased a 147.00 Premium Red roses Bouquet with a balloon. We received what they called it a “substitution” it was a sad bouquet pastel colors because they are holding off on the red roses for Valentine’s Day. In their poor written email back to me they mentioned that the driver forgot the balloon in the van, they offered a partial refund but on their second email they said their system didn’t tell them it was a premium order no refunds were issued.

FRAUD! They don’t deserve 1 star, do NOT use this company. My husband ordered roses online via their website to be delivered yesterday, never showed up. He emailed and called the company with no reply. They don’t have a company voicemail, just goes to someone’s generic cellphone number. Filing a complaint with BBB and have already disputed the charge with the bank. They keep up a website to steal money from customers and never actually deliver.

I know it's mother's Day but I just spent $90 to have the wrong order delivered at my door and on top of that we got that mess figured out the lady that got our flowers looked us up on Facebook and brought them to our house to exchange for the exact same thing that was delivered to my house a 10-count unbloomed tulips. I cannot believe I spent that kind of money to have flowers that I could have went to Fry's and spent $5.99 on, I was halfway expecting a bouquet of something this place is a scam

I bought flowers for my friend. They looked nothing like the photo. I picked out way different colors and was very upset because I spend $123. . Then they charged me $40 for fees and delivery but didn't state that before purchase. I would not recommend this to anyone.

These guys don't even qualify for a star! I have attached photos. My sister ordered flowers for my birthday.. and in order to get free delivery she upgraded the already beautiful bouquet. Sadly what I received was nothing like what she ordered.. not one flower was even my favorite color.. and 2 of the roses died in 24 hours. Sister called to complain and they responded..." it met the spirit of the recipe" so no refund or do over!!... REALLY! I would hate to see it had she not upgraded... a rose and a stick! Don't buy here! Stop at any grocery store or funeral home.. you'll have a beautiful bouquet and they will even add a ribbon... OH FORGOT to mention there much have been an extra fee for 12" of ribbon...

An order was placed from this store and only partially delivered. I called to inquire about it was told a flim-flam story about the driver already being on the freeway and would either bring it back that evening or the next morning. We are well into the afternoon with no delivery or return call and calls no longer being answered or messages returned. The delivery person was very unprofessional both in dress and personality. The person on the phone was very unconcerned about the lack of delivery of the item or how I felt as a customer. Both the purchasing customer and the receiving customer are very displeased and will definitely spread the word on the terrible service provided from this establishment. The only recommendation I might offer regarding this place is new management.

Ordered some roses for my wife and the roses were not delivered to our home, they were left at our neighbors porch. The neighbors said that no one rang the bell or knocked on the door Who knows how long they were out in the porch. Why do they ask for a phone number and not call when know one is anwering the door? Received the wrong order of roses and ordered a $6.00 balloon and we never received it. This place has poor attention to detail. The note that was attached to the roses was torn poorly and had some torn marks. Had a horrible experience and would not recommend this to anyone.

There is a reason - correction, multiple reasons - why more than 50% of this florist's ratings are 1's. What a disaster. Last Friday evening, we had to drive 5 miles to pickup our "delivery," since florist doesn't know how to use GPS. We were handed a $1-store vase with 12 pink roses, 2 white roses and sage clipped from the yard - all the roses already looking pretty old. Saturday morning by the time the funeral started, the roses were already hanging over. When I called to share this today (Monday), I was told it was my fault for not calling on the morning of the funeral for which these had been sent. I was told it was their supplier's fault. I was told they didn't know it was a funeral (so, I guess dead flowers are okay for other occastions?) Pick someone to blame, lady, and stick with that story! The florist knew what she had delivered. During the call, she got irate and hung up the phone. After receiving a replacement from 1-800-FLOWERS, we discovered that she had not even attempted to fulfill the original order. Picture 1 what was delivered 24 hours later. Picture 2 what was paid for. Picture 3 bouquet as delivered.

This was the first time I ordered from Rodeo Roses and the flowers I ordered were never sent. The money of course was withdrawn from my account immediately. I tried calling and it goes straight to voicemail which is full so no voicemail can be left. I am disappointed as I was really looking forward to my sister receiving flowers for her birthday.

not even worth the one star. the lady delivered flowers and only rang the doorbell and left flowers by the door. luckily I saw someone at the door because she did not knock and doorbell doesnt work. she hurried off to her car and when I got outside I let her know that the flowers are wilted she stated they weren't and I told her yes they were to take them back. she would not come and get them and stated they were just delivered today and they were fresh. the flowers were hot wilted and dying and the women was rude. do not order from this place also these were supposed to be delivered to me yesterday they never responded and dont pick up the phone. this company is a scam. do yourself a favor and dont order from here. this happened less than 10 minutes ago.women was driving a Volkswagen license plate crw9426Z the vase was from the dollar store and the card was not from a flower shop. it looks like she put together herself maybe she robbed a gravesite or got a discount on flowers and tried to pass off like a florist but these are not quality and the arrangement is nothing like the order.

Ordered flowers on Feb 22nd 2022 to be delivered to a funeral on March 4th. They were never delivered and she can't produce a delivery signature. First she had a sick child and had to check on the delivery signature when back in the office and then she said she emailed it although we never received it and now we're being ghosted. Do not trust this company.

$130 for $25 half dozen roses with some filler to show up late at 5:30. Sent the wrong $10 balloon and the printed note was barely legible because they didn't put ink in the printer or something. Yikes.

These people don’t care about their customers, the only way you’ll get ahold of anyone is by canceling your order. Save your money, save yourself a headache, and stay away from this place.

This company is a huge scam. DO NOT USE THEM. They don't even ship flowers they are more than likely trying to steal card numbers to resell online. They have no operational phone and no affiliation with 1-800- flowers. Their entire website is a fraud for a fake company.

If there was an option to pick no star I would. This shop does not deserve any stars whatsoever. Flowers were half dead and wiltedWhoever answered the phone was rude AF , bad customer servicehung up on me twice, hope that was not the owner. I know that the person who sent me the flowers paid some bucks for this. I offered to drive down and show her what I received , so at least it can be fixed or have it remade, but nope she was irate and hung up!!!!!!!!! Shame on you lady!!!

You cannot even refer to this place as a florist, they don't have a clue! They were supposed to call before delivery, they did not! They left flowers sitting out in 111 degree weather and the arrangement was awful not even close as to what was paid for. Never ever use this unprofessional place, the owner is very disrespectful to customer's! Zero stars!!!! They have been reported to BBB, Telefloral and FTD! Would not post without giving a star, again do not deserve any stars!

Received a delivery at 9.45 at night 5/11 from a guy who asked "do you want these"? Flowers are small and wilted. The card states delivery date of 4-16-19 yet they were delivered almost a month later..???? The card does not indicate the name if the business, only address. No one answers phone and mailbox is full.

Fraud. Company closed and is leaving their website up to collect money. They would not answer their phone until I messaged them notifying I would be reporting them for fraud. Then when they did finally answer the phone a woman was extremely rude and went as far as hanging up on me when I notified her that due to their lack of response we had no choice but to dispute the charge with our bank. Avoid the headache and do not use this individual.
