I have been so very pleased with the Petco grooming services for my dog Annie. Cassidy is awesome and was super helpful taking care of Annie but also for a friend who was trying to get services. Cassidy was so helpful and managed to get up to date information that was very important for the care of my friend’s dog! It is wonderful when the groomers listen to you and respond by caring for and grooming your pet exactly as you requested.

We had our dog in for grooming about 6 weeks ago and was extremely satisfied with the service. However, the guy who did her grooming was apparently from the Chandler location only to help out. When I arrived to have her groomed there were no notes from the last visit, so I explained exactly what we were looking to achieve. The cut that was done was not even close to what we asked for and it was all uneven. Here head looked like a reverse Mohawk, and the body was very uneven. Usually, she comes back fluffy - thinking it's the blow dry or brushing that does that. This time she came back like a wet dog that had been towel dried. Very disappointed.

This company is horrible....they got rid of one of the best groomers I have ever met!!!! Bring back, Judy.....if she is gone, we are gone. This Petco is vicious. Stay away. If they treat humans as such, how do you think they treat your pets!

Had the misfortune of being "walked in 2 minutes to closing" guy, but Sarah and Judy made it seem like they'd be looking forward to seeing us all day. We were so happy with them and how wonderfully patient they were while trimming the nails of my anxious dog. We will absolutely be returning... just well before closing :).

Our groomer, I believe her name was Lindsay, was so sweet to our little guy. Lots of love and patience. Better than other places and it's a chain , where one does not usually get such great service. Petco rules!

Everytime I bring my English Bulldog in to have his nails trimmed and ground smooth, we have the same woman do it and she does a fantastic job. The price is on point in my opinion. We are always able to get him in on pretty short notice and it only takes a few minutes and he is done and ready to go home.

Renee groomed my pug Gertie on Saturday April 18, 2020 she did an amazing job as usual. She had a pug with a lot of anxiety issues from abuse and lack of care from her previous owner. She made her feel comfortable while being groomed. The other ladies that day were loving on her which is what this little girl needs right now. One of my two dogs that I had their nails trimmed and buffed is very stubborn and does not like being tied at the neck and basically forced to give up each paw while the groomer works. The first thing I say when I take them in for nail trimming is that they might have to muzzle one of them because he has been known to snap at groomers. For the first time in 8 years this groomer very nicely responded that she has never had to muzzle a dog before and wasn’t going to start now. He is a medium size 30 lb dog (Beagle/Whippitt mix...he basically looks like a 30lb long legged barrel chested Beagle) but he is strong and has a strong temperament. The groomer at the Queen Creek store was so sweet with him and very patient considering he was leaning into her hard, yanking his paws back as she took each paw into her hands to trim and then buff his nails...doing everything he could to prevent her from working. But we watched as she very patiently sweet-talked him while petting him and over and over he would battle her as he yanked back each leg while she was trying to trim and buff. I definitely have to give her credit...she’s very good at what she does and he came away unhurt, unemotional, and as if nothing happened! That’s what you want at the end of the day for your pets who act like they are traumatized while being groomed! My other dog, Ellie Mae, a 20lb chihauhau/terrier mix was a piece of cake and took less than half the time as compared to Murphy. Thank you for a job well done!
