Loved the 50% off sale! I was finally able to get my daughter's gecko a new home without paying over $300! The staff at the Queen Creek store were all super friendly and helpful when I went in to pick up my online order. The young man who carried it out to my car was nice and even offered up some comedic humor.

I went into the store on 4/11 to purchase some fish food and possibly a new fish. When I walked in, the cashier was on his cell phone. Therefore, no greeting took place. All the lights in the fish department were turned off. The lady in the fish department with blonde hair, did not say a word to me (I was the only one there as well). The shelves were pretty empty, out of stock on what I wanted. After walking around for a bit, I decided to leave as I didn't feel welcomed. As I was leaving I noticed another associate laughing in the dog grooming room with another associate. So 3 associates, I was the only customer and was never greeted, ask for help and or a goodbye. I went next door to Walmart where they had the fish food that I needed for less. There was no presence of leadership at all.

Kat is the new salon manager here and Gryffapotamous LOVES her! Today was Gryff's 2nd birthday and she was scheduled for a bath. Kat was able to get her in for a full haircut due to a cancellation and even bought her a birthday gift! We are super stoked to take our pup here and adore the staff!

I just moved to this area with three dogs and a fish. They were my go to store for all the things. Everyone there has been so kind and helpful!! It really is so refreshing, especially moving into a new area.

Very frustrated with this location. I showed up for my dogs appointment that had been scheduled for a week and a half only to be told they cancelled it 30 min beforehand!!! One of the workers said she called me an hour before to let me know she cancelled which was a lie as I had not received any phone call. She then proceeded to tell me they cancelled my dog’s appointment because of his seizures. So if it’s really a problem why did they wait last minute to cancel?? I have been to 3 different Petcos and I’ve NEVER had any issues with his past seizures as he doesn’t get them anymore. Each location is aware of his seizures and just has me fill out paperwork each time in case something happens. This worker said they went against policy and lied to have my dog groomed at the other locations. Pretty sure this lady is the head groomer but her customer service sucks. Will not be coming back to this location due to the lack of service, cancelling my appointment last minute and giving me false information.

I was looking for a lampstand for my Tortoise’s Basking lamp they only had one stand. It was a plastic stick on and it was ridiculously priced. I ended up spending over $80 in the store and I was asked for a donation at checkout and then was told if I wanted a bag to put my purchases in it would cost $.10. Not even for a nice reusable bag. Just a regular old grocery bag. I will not be back.

The Petco Queen Creek location is awesome!Their extensive array of fresh and marine fish is impressive. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I recommend this location for all your pet needs.

There not enough selection for harnesses, every merchant expects the buyer to go online but when your dog can’t try it on now the hassle of returning it. Now being charged for bags, I’m told because you’re a California company. I know there are a lot of transplants here but do you know how many stickers on vehicles I see that read “Don’t California my Arizona“?

1. They now charge 10 cents per bag. I got asked if I wanted to buy a plastic bag for 10 cents on 11/30/23. These are the standard plastic grocery store bags, nothing special.2 I really like this place and vetco.

Great experience since we moved here. It’s nice to come and see the same faces here when we buy our fish supplies. We bought a beautiful Oscar from them and also an electric blue Jack Dempsey. They have gotten huge! The Oscar has quadrupled in size the past 3 months now 5” long and the Jack is a little slower to grow by nature but he is fast healthy and strong. He jumped out of the water yesterday because apparently he didn’t like me messing with his heater for his new tank. Happy fish 🙂 just got our meeting 75 gallon in Gilbert for petco’s half priced tank sale going on until 11/29. Check it out.

The grooming center was filthy. Looked like pet hair from several days grooms on the floor. The pins they keep the dogs in were stacked on top of each other. I’m glad my dog didn’t have to go in one of those pens. We will never go back there.

the dog clothing section is very disappointing not a big variety and the clothing they do have is only in small sizes 😤I also felt like because I'm not white the workers judged me from the moment I walked in. Smh

Normally I don’t write reviews but I have to compliment the staff. It’s unreal how nice they are!I went in looking for a spray for my yard and web showed they had it in stock. Wendy and Chris went ABOVE and BEYOND. They searched high and low LITERALLY in boxes until they were found! I couldn’t believe it! Great job to this petco for having such incredible staff!

Good service. Bought two mice and four crickets. Manager on duty helped me. Actually the employee at the register dealt with the zebra and the particulars. So together as a team they helped me out. Good crew. I would retain these two. More money for both is in order.

Pretty expensive. BUT, carries live, bulk crickets and other feeder insects and mammals. It's become so much better than PetSmart, I don't go there anymore.Petsmart rarely have them, they usually arrive dead.

I went to the Queen Creek store and was wonder around aimlessly and Cory asked if I needed help… oh man did I need help!!! I had many questions and Cory (sorry if spelt differently) helped me out tremendously! I just got three Turtles and he guided me into which soil I needed and beyond. I kept interrupting him come his cleaning of the tanks, however he didn’t have a glimpse of en eye to give me the answers I needed. Thank you Cory! Corey! Kori! My new turtles are in love!

The cashier would not load my Petco points so that I could get a discount.I badly needed the help today with the total cost and she could have cared less.I let her know my app was not working and she just said “oh yeah?”What’s the point of having a Petco Points system if when I actually needed help to get a discount, I was left wishing it happened.Hey but as the cashier said, I was going to get 34 additional points this time, yay for me!

we went to by food and toys for our 4-leags baby's. we give them Blue and Walmart don't sale that brand, very big choice of toys in here , service little bit slow.
