highly recommend! i am very picky in regards to groomers. my girl is timid and doesn’t like to stay up while being worked on but these staff were very patient. her coat is even and uniform and they listened to what i specifically requested (no butt hairs, trim on the feathers, slight trim on the tail). they were able to fit me earlier than scheduled which worked great with my day. they are very communicative and on time. I think i’ve found my reliable, go-to groomer :)

These folks are great! My kitty is very long hair and it was getting matted underneath. They took such good care of him and he came out looking handsome even though he is shaved all his hair off. They did a good job of “fading” his hair so he doesn’t look like two different cats.

Well, this was my first time experience with a "mobile" dog grooming service. I must say, I am impressed! I am VERY picky with my dogs and my groomers, I have 2 labradoodles and they are older dogs. My little Jezibelle looks so adorable now and Ray did a great job with her. I will be using them in the future!

We have been having trouble with our German shorthair pointer not letting us trim her nails anymore and getting to an age where her undercoat is getting super thick. We found Mutts and more groomer so decided to give it a shot! Couldn’t be happier with the choice Roxy even seemed to love them when we picked her up two hours later after waiting at creek side taco shack right down the road. Coat is so soft and nails are PERFECT!!!!

Mutts n More was sooo accommodating to me. First I went back and forth on email with owner, he was so patient with all my questions and scheduling. The day of my appointment I couldn't get out of the car and walk my dogs in, they can't out and walked them in for me. Both of my girls are senior dogs and they were clean and happy when I came back for them, wearing cute little bandanas and smelling good. (I only got a pic of one of the dogs, she got a bath and cut)

I tried Mutts N Groom because my original groomer didn’t have the date I needed available. My dog’s groom is great, no issues with her or the groomer who helped me. She said she was new, and was very patient.I’m just concerned for the dog that was getting yelled at by another groomer while I was picking my dog up. My dog mom instinct was triggered. It makes me wonder how my dog was treated when I left.

Don't use this groomer!! Theycanceled our appointment saying I wasn't a good fit!So, you'd better like everything they do which included: not using a shampoo for wiry hair and giving a rash, not trimming her nails or face and mowing off her eyelashes! They DO NOT deserve a second chance, much less a first!

Hi,My name is Kobe. I must be honest, I hate bing groomed. I am a little scaredy-cat and I tend to bark…a lot. Not super fun for the person grooming me. Today my mom and dad took me to Mutts-n-More for the first time. A very nice person named Athena groomed me. She did an awesome job! I am a handsome little devil now. (and my mom says I smell nice!). I am definitely going back to Mutts-n-More.

I’ve been using Mutts N More since I adopted a golden doodle pup earlier this year, and we’ve always had a fantastic experience. They’ve done great with the pup and my senior papillon before she passed as well. Sommer groomed the pup today and I couldn’t be happier! She provided excellent communication and was so kind and pleasant. Definitely looking forward to working with Sommer again.

I have a shih tzu and a mini schnauzer, both got done in a reasonable time and look/smell beautiful! The groomer really took the time to listen to me. My older shih tzu has such bad anxiety with groomers and is usually crying when I pick her up. She was actually very happy when I picked her up and didn't seem to be on edge as usual like she is from bigger grooming places. I feel like she really cared for my dogs.

I had an awesome customer experience today with my two little dogs. They both got groomed and they did so amazing on both of them. Communication was great from start to finish. Couldn't be happier! I took my poodle to Mutts N More. This was our second visit. I usually take her to another groomer in Chandler. But I wanted something close to my house. Well I get a text that my mini poodle is biting/not behaving. I told her that does not sound like my poodle. She is very loving, Great listener. She never bites not even my shoes etc. She works well with humans and dogs. Well any way my puppy came back with an awful hair cut. She got a cut on her elbow and chest. I picked up my puppy. They said she got cut. She will be fine. They did not offer to discount or not charge me. She is like my child and got hurt. At least when I take my kid to daycare and she gets her they make a big deal with paper work etc. Just because she is a doggy. They did not show any compassion. I will never take my puppy over there. Just think twice of going there. I've been calling no answer goes straight to a message from Verizon.Thank you

We took our aging lab chow mix, who has hip issues, to Mutts-N-More today and they did an amazing job working with her and getting her all cleaned up! I received regular communication of progress which was an amazing bonus. Can't say enough good things about this Groomer and the staff!

I brought my dogs to Mutts-N-More Grooming once and it was a great experience! My dogs smelled so good, they were cut really well and I feel like their experience wasn’t stressful at all, that’s the most important to me! I just wish their location was closer to my house! My daughter booked an appointment for her Goldendoodle 3 weeks in advance. Groomer was made aware of his anxiety with groomers and that he would be slightly medicated to help. She couldn’t miss work so I drove over to her place and picked him up. Drove to the groomers home and was 10 min early. I was not able to get into the gate and used the front doorbell multiple times. I then called as did my daughter, leaving messages. We have heard nothing from her. Pretty competitive market out here with groomers to be “no showing” with a new client that had to medicate their dog. And if you have a home business like that....clean up your yard and entryway. First impressions speak volumes. Total waste of 2 hours and medication.

I have a old dog and the young lady that cleaned my dog , was patient kind to her, then she cleaned her and did everything the spa I had to drive too and wait 2 hours to pick h÷r up, but Mutts N More came to my house and 20 minutes latter she was done. For less than I pay the spa and just as good.

I had been using this company for about two years, same groomer. Once she left, it went downhill from there. I booked my appointments in advanced after each grooming session. I was on a 3 month schedule for both of my dogs. On 2 or 3 different occasions I had them cancel my appointment the day of, via text hours before their set arrival. Every time this happened I would call to get another appointment, only to find out that I would have to wait another 2-3 months. Horrible customer service!!!

I just picked up my Shih-Tzu/Schnauzer mix, Penny, after being groomed by Alyssa and she looks fantastic! Alyssa did a great job and was very kind and professional. She even took Penny in early because she was ahead on appointments which was very nice. Penny’s hair grows like crazy and she got a nice even full-body shave and adorable teddy bear cut on her face. I will definitely be booking again. (Also, I appreciate how they are operating right now during the pandemic with proper social distancing and mask requirements) 11/10! ⭐️

I had an appointment that was made last week and now am being told that since the groomers OBGYN got booked in the same slot, they chose to bump me. My wife, who is a psych nurse working full time and doing clinicals for her masters planned her entire only day off around this appointment and they are still choosing to not honor the appt.They did a good job grooming last time, but if I cannot depend on them to not bump me for someone they consider more important, I cannot entrust them with my time of my family member. Neither can you. Keep that in mind.

Rebecca was AMAZING! She groomed 3 bulldogs not so excited about getting bathed with tenderness and care. We are so thankful for her attention to detail and patience! We are looking forward to her next visit!!
