There were no filets at the meat counter today (Sunday). The employee at the meat counter said he could cut us some. This is what we got. The real filet pictured is a precut ribeye. The others were what was cut for us. Horrible.

Since the new ownership has taken over it's awful. Service, prices, products, no deli ice tea! Been coming here for 7 years. Fry's here I come! So sad..

Like Bashas as one of the last home grown AZ groceries. The prices are a little high but they have more to choose from all organic, gluten friendly, local beer... they have it all!

We love our local Bashas'! The bakery department makes some great donuts and pizzas. Never a long wait for a register. Very helpful staff. Keep up the good work!

I really always want to say good things about Bashas' but there digital system and digital coupons are a pain to pull up and use. Half the time my phone number doesn't work on their system and half the time it does. Half the time the coupons work and half the time I need assistance because they don't. I think if I feel like gambling.... I can walk into Bashas' and try my luck on whether or not my phone number or digital coupons are gonna work! Other than that the store is always clean and shelves are full... Staff is always friendly.

Bashas' - the produce department is a good place to watch a Tick Tock video and catch up on your Instagram posts. And conveniently you can buy some groceries since you are there anyways.

This review is for the bakery department. I have been buying the baguettes for the last 20 years from this location. The bread used to be glossy and delicious, lately it’s dry and disgusting. There’s no more gloss and it’s so dry. I’m going to stop shopping in this store

Love this local grocery store. Friendly people and a good variety of products inside. Convenient locations all over the valley.

Horrible employees in the meat department. Snarky answers to questions. Meat items that are on sale, are seldom in the meat case. I'm always asking the meat guys for the sale products. They kinda roll their eyes and 10 minutes later, they're restocking the meat counter. I'm not sure who is responsible for customer service training within this department. If it's the meat department manager perhaps a replacement is needed.

Small local grocery store good for quick pick ups. Not a fan of the produce section. But the bakery is GREAT! Starbucks was just redone inside and that is nice.

This has been my neighborhood store since I was baby now I'm having a baby haha. I loved this bashas cause they use to do fun things every year like with Santa out front and taste testers and even have like little art stands in the parking lot during the spring way back when but lately they don't do any of that stuff. Theyve lost the sense of comuninity, and the prices have gone sky high since being sold.

Had a really strange interaction at the deli Monday. I’ve never felt more awkward or uncomfortable. Not one to write reviews but I still find myself thinking about the interaction 3 days later. The associate seemed bothered that I showed up with my mom to get a couple slices of meat for sandwiches. He slammed the note pad down after having a weird tone telling us it will be a few mins as he had to clean the cutters. I might understand if it was near closing hours but it was the late afternoon. I should’ve just walked away. Ended up not purchasing the meat as I got more than I asked for and it was falling apart terribly.

This is for one product. The Hawaiian salad. I paid close to $30 for 3lbs. The only fruit in the salad was canned peache slices and a grape. One of the reasons I go to Basha’s is for that salad. Has really gone done hill especially in the summer where fruits are at the best prices and more plentiful.

The new guy Hayden in the Starbucks here has been amazing every single time I’ve come in recently! Great new addition and has so much coffee knowledge!

One of my favorite franchises. I go back 50 years shopping with the Basha family. Never disappointed.

I thought the prices were pretty high. I didn't end up buying anything the last time I went in. These days with inflation on the rise, I need to be a little more spending conscientious.

Butchers are very nice. The salmon and red meats I get from them are exceptional. The gal in the bakery, tall blonde, she is a hard worker, very friendly, knowledgeable about her products and the store. She has gone out of her way for me, and is a blessing to your store. 😇

This Basha’s is great like every other location with their meat selection. I appreciate that Basha’s has odds and ends for meat such as bones however what I found disappointing was their butter section. There was literally only 2-(maybe) 4 types of REGULAR/Non-seed oil butter. There was mostly fake butter. As for the eggs, their eggs are a little pricier than Walmart and Safeway to where you’re best off going to those locations but they also have a small selection (I saw about 3 varieties)Customer service is friendly here and everything is well organized but maybe this location doesn’t have much due to demand

I enjoy the fries and chicken from the deli and the creamhorns and cannolis from their bakery are really good. Wish they would bring back the French cruller donut though. One of their best

Sent me personal deal on shaved prime rib for $6.99. They didn't have any and meat cutter said they order it and they don't get it in. Also I have to audit my receipt because quite often 1 or more items ring at the regular price not the sale price. Trying to remain loyal but they're testing me.

Bought two donuts that we’re completely staled even my grandson wouldn’t eat them they gave me my money back but didn’t pull them off the shelf, I get home and the strawberries I bought we’re all spoiled I’m not waisting more of my time to bring them back hopefully they’ll reach out to me and credit me! If not I will be calling the village of queen creek inspectors to investigate what there selling!!!!

Overpriced on average compared to Frys and other chains but very conveniently located to my house and the deli dept always has large flour tortillas that are deep fried into a salad bowl shape for only a couple dollars for a 2 pack (or u can get a single "bowl" for even less)!! These are VERY good and I love just throwing whatever salad or veggie ingredients I have on hand into one and making a super yummy meal!I substitute a can of whole beans or refried beans or chili for the protein if I don't have chicken or ground beef handy. This Bashas also has breadbowls for soups and/or to use to serve festive party dips. Another nice item is that they sell "make your own pizza" ingredients, starting with deli pizza 🍕 dough which is bagged for customers to buy and roll out themselves. This pizza crust is cheaper and tastes much better the other repackaged refrigerated pizza dough crust you can buy! Just ask the deli folks how they recommend you roll it out n bake it and you hv a fun family "make at home" dinner!

I love the look, feel, and the fresh fruit. Usually I can find fruit here that is so much fresher than Wal-mart's. The prices are reasonable, for the most part and the employees are super helpful and friendly.
