The store looks nice but good luck trying to pay. They have an ocean of self checkout registers but only two of them were on. They had an employee stand there and watch the only two machines available. Her only job is to check ID's and watch for shoplifters.

Well organized! Self checkout has improved. Scans quickly rather than slowly. A few shelves were empty. No GV tater tots available tonight. Found most of what I was looking for.

Most of the people were nice, just one issue with one of the. ‘Personal shoppers’, I asked her a question. She was very short with me saying: “I am a personal shopper and don’t know anything about what you are looking for”, that was even before I asked her about some wine.

What a brilliant move by Walmart to hire used people to check receipts. These whisper thin shadows of people, just a hunchback with knees and elbows sticking out of it. They deserve better. But nobody is going to mess with somebody who looks like they need help off the curb. Thanks Walmart, for making sure our elderly can eat.They just woopsie doodled my store doing a twenty year remodel. I think it's all still there, but no one shopping there knows where it is. All the men standing in the back corner of the store mooing because that's where the milk was, when suddenly they make eye contact and bolt together, majestic in their herdishness, abandoning the women and children, to make sure the gun store was still there. Oh, say, does that... Alright. I'm done now. Fresh paint y'all!

In the middle of a huge remodel. Everything has been moved around so you will have to hunt for the things you used to know where they were. Very frustrated they can't afford to remodel but can't afford to put the prices down for us. Corporate greed rampant here!

The automotive service center is a joke. Took my car in with my own oil and filter. Came home noticed I have a oil leak from the filter and my car is over full on oil. Also I know my back up lights where out, but they reported them as in good working order.Watch these guys if you go. I won't be back!

Worst staff at any Walmart I’ve ever been to. Husband tried applying there, the manager screamed at him on the phone, told him that “they didn’t even bother looking at his application because he didn’t have completely open availability.” Bet she’s a joy to work for. Front security couldn’t find something on my receipt, when I found it and showed it to them, they said they can do their own job. They also tend to pick and choose whose receipts to check. Older white people get a clear pass and anyone that looks remotely mixed or ethnic is checked immediately, even if you were right in front of them when you paid. Delivery order today was delayed, I called to check in on it and the guy immediately told me he “doesn’t have time to talk to me”

I hate getting out of work only to have to go to walmart and then have to work there for no pay just so I can buy and bag my own stuff. Plus if you have scan and go and you have an issue at the register half the staff has no idea what Walmart scan and go is to begin with and don’t know how to use their “upfront” and keep scanning their badge like it is going to do something.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from lady that was supposedly "Manager" her name was Sherry. She profiles customers especially if you're Hispanic, very rude and poor customer service and no etiquette to customers. She targets Hispanics and makes sure you feel uncomfortable when doing your routine shopping in a place that should be welcoming to all shopper's. No person should ever feel harassed like i did when you're simply buying groceries. Being a daily customer I now feel as if i am not welcomed and shouldn't come back from the way i was treated by her. I have heard from other people about her but now that it happened to me, it confirmed that she truly does profile customers.

Spent over 200 bucks had my receipt sent to my phone an have no time to look it all up for someone . Woman asked I said I don't have my phone on me an she preceded to grabe an my cart until I pulled away an told her to stop . Good job . Don't be a hero

I have to say that 'Wallyworld' as my Dad calls it.. is a pretty great store. Each day and every time is different experience. You arent the only one shopping at a great store so be prepared for lines at checkout. Regardless of the 14 registers and only 5 open issue. There is amazing service and great products. It is always a Go-To store for me anytime I need something for Auto, Electronics, Food, Pets, Gardens, Home care, and Subway.

They remodeled and have like 20 self checkout booths.... they want me to do their job and scan/ bag all my items but don't give a discount and still want to harass me leaving to check my receipt... if you don't trust me to check out maybe you should hire someone to check me out

I love visiting Prescott and Walmart and Safeway are my go to’s for groceries. This store is clean and has everything I need. The produce section is great!

I waited in the electronics department for 20 minutes trying to get one of the employees to get something out of a locked cabinet for me. There was about 15 different employees that walked right passed me as i was trying to approach them. Not coming to the Gail Gardner location again.

Most of the employees I encountered just passed me even though I surely had a "I need help look." There was a moveable bin filled with over flowing ( literally) boxes I had to move to see a display of a product to hang pictures and an employee saw me trying to move it and just went about her business of stocking. Could have helped me.Many employees walked by and didn't even ask if I needed help.I did find one employee. I asked a question, and she looked the item up on her work phone to see where it was. It was a portable TV bed tray...wish I would remember her name. But she walked me to where the item was and then told me an aisle and item that may work for me as well on k 30. She was amazing!!Then, the cashier helped me with a price change that was on a self and not coming up on the computer. These two are your stores saving grace. I worked retail for 25 yrs. You need to help people not just stock or move merchandise.

Walmart is becoming very poor. No prices on some items then when you get to the cash register it's not what you anticipated the price to be. Also you get an item , take a picture of the price only to get to the register to be double what you wanted the price to be or what you saw. At the Cash register you show a picture only to have the employee insult you by not honoring the listed price and made out to be a scammer. If you are going to list a price and the item is there you need to honor it. What happened to customer service? Also what happened to cash registers with checkers , not having to show your receipt ( your privacy on what you buy, and also 24 hours?

This store seems like it is extremely understocked compared to most wal marts and needs some more people in the electronics section of the store. It seems like they are understaffed back there and if there is someone there they are trying to help a ton of people and do not have time for your quick purchases

Is this place going out of business? Used to have 5 stars but 7 months later there is nothing left to buy here. I literally have to go somewhere else because nothing is stocked! This isnt like just randomly, it's been this way for MANY MONTHS! Just bare shelves, in every department but groceries especially. I've see stores going out of business have more in stock. Also does not help that I guess their night stock manager is a nut job putting it mildly. Literally some wierd employee trying to pick a fight as I buy groceries listening to music! Seriously is this place closing? Why is nothing in stock? What are you doing Walmart!?

This morning was incredible, Order substitution went from adult cat food to Kitten Cat food and then when I said no to the Kitten food the lady swear to God says "I don't work here" in her Walmart outfit and badge and walks away. She is the girl with the color in her hair. Still waiting!
