Somehow, this Walgreens looks extremely outdated and dim inside. They had everything we needed. The elderly cashier, and another cashier were extremely kind, informative, and smiled during the transactions. They have excellent customer service.

I went in for a Coke Zero and three employees were at the front gossiping about other customers. They all looked me right in the face and did not greet me, just kept speaking poorly on a customer.I grabbed my Coke Zero and walked up to the register and the three started talking about breaks and who gets to take one. The cashier was screaming the entire transaction that she hadn’t taken a break yet. It actually hurt my ears, her voice sounded like she has smoked for as many hundreds of years as she’s been alive.She did not make eye contact with me the entire time I was checking out and kept screaming while holding my receipt up. Am I in NYC? How is this behavior appropriate? It’s time for basic customer training again me thinks. I should not have had to have my ears ringing just to get a Coke Zero.

I understand they the pharmacy has reduced hours, but when I went I not was closed any there was no sign stating when it reopened. But asked at the front and the rude young man barked - “there’s a sign, it’s 2:00”. I went back and checked again and another store employee asked if they could help me, I stated I was looking for a sign with pharmacy hours because the young man had been rude about it. The employee couldn’t find a sign either. Unfortunately, rudeness is very common among their employees (not the pharmacy employees). Last time the cashier ripped my debit card out of my hand and swiped it - it wasn’t working for her either.

Not good at all. Was told that my emotional support dog was not considered a service dog. (Evan thought I have his paperwork) I figured it was just me or something because there were other people with dogs there. Plus their almost always unstocked on supplies. So Safeway will now get my money and not Walgreens.

I know a 5* rating might confuse some as there is almost always a line at the Pharmacy when you go and their hours are quite limited BUT their staff is incredible. That is why I have kept filling my medications here for several years despite the fact that I usually have to wait to pick them up and go during my work hours. I don't mind because the attention to detail and care, particularly from the lead Pharmacist, Allison, is top notch. She made a point to call me and follow up on how I was doing on a new medicine after I had spoken to her about discomfort a couple days prior. It's hard to find that level of customer service anymore. So a big thank you to the Sheldon Walgreens Pharmacy staff!

My and my wife went in to print out a FedEx shipping label and were rudely ignore for 20 minutes while we stood at the counter. I then proceeded to politely ask if we could have some assistance to which the counter employee, without turning around, replied "I'll help you when I'm done with everything else I'm doing, if you don't like it, then leave." Which we did and will never be returning for any other products or services.

Stephanie at the front register was so rude, I was shocked. In the 30 years of being a customer of Walgreen's, I've never experienced the same lack of customer service. There must be no, or very little, customer service training and no accountability by management at this store. This employee should either be trained for a customer service position, or if untrainable, have her work freight. Certainly not what you want your customers to deal with.

I cannot possibly express how much Melanie defines the standard for customer service and hustle. For a year I have watched this beautiful person give customer after customer her 100 percent attention. Never in my life have I met someone so productive and determined.Watch out Walgreen's because when I open up my business next year I am going to do anything I can to make Melanie my head of staff. Thank you Melanie for setting the standard.

Do not use this location as a FedEx drop-off point. I dropped off a package here and was interrogated repeatedly as to what were the contents of my package. I have a FedEx account and have used them for years and have NEVER been asked about what the package contained. Not sure if this is Walgreen's policy, or if it was just the clerk's curiosity (Michael), but you can be sure I will use one of the many other drop-off locations in Prescott next time I ship via FedEx.

Walgreens won't help you get an appointment over the phone for your child's covid vaccine if you don't want to give them your email address you have to do a walk-in

Made an appt for my 91 year old dad who is on chemo and immune compromised and was told he couldn't get the covid booster shot. They were rude and didn't even help him read the form for fill out before she told him that he doesn't qualify!!!! Will never go to this store again. Went to Safeway pharmacy and he got his covid booster shot. Thanks for nothing!!!

The Pharmacy has terrible Customer service. I was told since 1pm that I would vet a call back when my Rx was ready due to an insurance issue. I never got a call so I went in 10 minutes before closing and they closed early and I was told they already pulled the drawers so they couldn't help me

This place has a the SLOWEST checkout process ever. The majority of employees are extremely slow and the card machine has to ask you 20 questions just to pay for something. I just don’t get it honestly. I go out of my way to go to CVS because I don’t have time to wait 20 mins in a checkout line at Walgreens.

The blonde in the Pharmacy with glasses, not the actual pharmacist, is rude, incompetent and should be fired. I will never walk into another walgreens because of her. SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED!

This Walgreens has to deal with alot of homeless people, and they do a good job in spite of the trouble. I have run into staff that were real jerks, but they don't stay long. The majority are nice. The selection is good.

Nobody around to help locate items. Ok cashiers. Feel followed? You probably are. Since Prescott area is a rehab addiction town. They have too. Camera. Plenty of candy deals. Lot's of photo supplies. Great place for tourists to shop. Variety of everything. Liquor store inside to the left. HUGE selection.

Walgreens pharmacy here is hopeless. They have no automated prescription refill system like CVS. So you have to call in (which I did and had to hang up after a 30 min wait) or go to the store. I’m switching to CVS!!

Wasn't allowed to buy alcohol because the cashier said I came in with other people. I have no idea who those people are. He was extremely rude and horrid to me and my friend. Never go here

Wouldnt accept my out of state ID even though the ID law changed months ago. Tried to explain this and the manager was very rude, said it could be a fake. Screw this place.
