Staff badly needs customer service training. Over the several years I have used their pharmacy, there has been individuals who are consistently rude. Their system is unorganized and needs updating. Yesterday I got yelled at and hung up on. I'm done with their pharmacy.

I’m so tired of the bad attitude the young staff give me ever time I pick up a prescription. My prescriptions are never ready on time and I get every excuse in the book as to why they cannot provide the life sustaining medications I pay for in a timely manner. Moreover, their excuses are often based on how busy they are. The Prescott population is not declining. Get better staff or fix your system so that you can handle the numbers of people in the community you serve.

absolute worst customer service. Don't you dare answer a question or you'll get an eye roll or a sarcastic comment. I can't imagine being at a job for more than half an hour and already starting to have a bad day. But I'm glad I was there because it really made my day really brighten up. Thank you Walgreens for hiring such professional individuals. I can't wait until my next visit so I can have somebody roll their eyes at me while they're taking my money.

Worst pharmacy drive thru Waiting in long line of cars for 40 minutes to pick up prescription. Literally took them 15 minutes to get one car through. What are you doing? Please make people come in or come back after they drop off prescriptions. It’s ridiculous you have other cars waiting while you figure out 1 or 2 customers. This NOT the first time this has happened.

Debbie in the pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. She should not be working with sick people's medication with an attitude like hers. She's sarcastic and unhelpful and I will not go back there because of her. My mom is very ill and I needed her rx that was supposed to be ready. I volunteered to wait 15 min while they filled it because it was not ready despite being told differently over the phone. She told me to go back there and help her fill it and that I was wasting her time while she could be helping others. Debbie was horrible and unhelpful and unsympathetic to my needs. I will be complaining to corporate,as she was that bad. She needs to find another job working by herself and not communicating with the public with her snarky comments and poor attitude.

Went there (3/6/21 at 10 am). The line was incredibly long & slow, they have no signs asking people picking up scripts to come inside (like CVS does). Then the Pharmacist woman gave me an opened swab stick to do my test! Ever since I have been sneezing nonstop, I haven't been sick all year because I have been isolated. I wish I had asked for an unopened swab stick, everything about it felt wrong. Perhaps this should be reported to corporate.

I would give no stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed! I sent my prescription in and they told me it would be ready in two hours. I called back two hours later and they told me it wouldn't be ready until 11 the next day. I called the next day and they told me it would be done at 4. Just left there without a prescription. I haven't had any pain medication in over 20 hours after a wisdom teeth surgery. The pharmacist there was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. He ended up yelling at me saying "I went to school for a very long time and I am not going to get my license taken away because of you!" I was very confused, I tried to explain that I just wanted the prescription paper back. He ended up just walking away. I am never going back. Rudest people I have ever dealt with!!!

Dropped off a prescription for my teenage son, a girl by the name of Susan said I would get a text when done, never got a text. Figured, maybe they had to order it. 3 days later, still did not hear back. I went in, talked to Megan. She could not find it anywhere. I told her Susan said she scanned it. If she could talk toSusan, she said she did and Susan did not recall taking a script from me, and she would maybe remember if she saw me, I explained that Susan just saw me and her answer was "what ever" Will not be going back there.

Every employee I have encountered has been helpful, friendly, nice. Don’t let the one negative comment about employees being rude color your opinion, experience it for yourself. Maybe someone had an off moment and consider that some customers are cranky and hard to deal with, some like to be rude to employees. Be kind, force yourself to be courteous and see what happens.

Worst experience at a Walgreens ever! Mary was rude, rude, rude. I should have just left my items at the register and gone about my way.We are visiting from out of town and went here the day before with absolutely no problems. The young man trying to help Mary was very kind as well so I don’t think this poor level of customer service is specific to this location.

This pharmacy is amazing. So busy and always so friendly. Very helpful as a traveler to be able to have my prescriptions move from Walgreen to Walgreen but this one is exceptionally friendly and competent.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy my husband and I have ever encountered. In the 6 months we’ve been using them, either they have been out of stock on an item, misplaced the order, or delayed filling an order. Went there 2 days ago to get prescriptions filled, running a fever of 102, and was told they were out of stock on one of the meds. They did not offer to check with other Walgreens stores to see if they had the item in stock.I still don’t have the medication I need to get well. We just learned that our insurance also accepts Walmart, so will be taking our prescriptions there in the future. We don’t have the patience to deal with rude and incompetent people when we have other options.

Worst pharmacy in Prescott. They have on several occasions given me the WRONG prescriptions. On one occasion their fax machine was down for 7 days and they kept telling me that they did not receive the refill order from my doctor instead of telling me that the fax machine was out causing me to repeatedly call my doctor and complain thinking that the doctor was not faxing in the refill. They have a time lock on their pain med causing you to wait 45min.+ if you are filling narcotics. I stopped going to this pharmacy due to their incompetency and lack of concern over their customers complaints.

I went here, straight from the E.R., with a prescription for a 9 month old baby . There was not one other customer in the store.I told the tech that the baby had just got out of the E.R. The pharmacy tech told me it would be 20-30 minutes before they could fill it! There was no one else in line!! It's been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting.

This is a clean, great Walgreen. Has always been my preference for drug stores and this one is conveniently close to my house. But what Walgreens closes at 8pm? They should at least be open until 9... When I walked in tonight, and it was made verrrrrrrry clear. I wasn't even greeted by the clerk, she just blurts out, "4 minutes" as I step into the store. I technically had 5 (according to my cellular device).

They sold me an invalid prepay debit card. When I went back to the store Stephanie was rude and unhelpful..Ive now lost my money for the card and also all the money I loaded on the card.She raised her voice telling me im im in the wrong and also stated shes not going to do anything about it because.." I dont like what shes saying"..I would not reccomend purchasing here..If there is an issue w your purchase you are to blame is the jist of it

Had sit and 30 min just to give me a paper to fill out. And the anlther 10 befroe they have gabe me my booster. AThan 15 min to wait after the shot. So 1 hour in the. Store. In. All. Not to happy bc appintment. Was at 520. I was 5 minutes early

Great local pharmacy. The pharmacist took extra time to work out our prescription problem.Better service than down in Scottsdale. Friendly staff and Good selection.Great hours too.

I don’t understand why people think they aren’t good to their customers. I’ve had decent experiences with them and I’ve found that when people are irritated with them it’s usually bc someone is drug seeking or very impatient and expects super fast service that’s just not realistic.

Great place. Mary in the front and Monica in the Pharmacy, the help they give you is amazing. I shop in there so much they know my name. Clean, well stocked and roomy. Recommend it 100%

The store has spiraled to GARBAGE, like most businesses in the USA. I'm getting delay after delay in getting the medication I need to live. They were open on weekends, but not anymore. They refuse to pay their employees, and the employees are leaving in droves. Customer Service is a dead art in the USA,If you don't need to go get that prescription right away, find someplace else to get it.

Does not communicate amongst themselves, received wrong quantity of Rx, even compared to what the bottle says, always seem unable to listen. Very little customer service oriented.
