I purchased an Octo Slim Pen from SSmokin - Prescott, 843 Miller Valley Rd. I have been using Octo for several years and have not had any issues with them (I have two).After I made my purchase and walked out the door, I realized I did not get a sales receipt and I turned right around to ask for one, just in case I needed to return it.The owner indicated that Octo eliminated all warranties and she did not give me a sales receipt. As if to imply "Too Bad".Looking at Octo's website, I see they do warranty items from 3 months up to a year depending on the circumstance.If this is the case. The owner needs to be advised of this. She was very insistent that the Octo company would not stand behind any Octo product. She installed a cartridge on the battery I purchased to show me it works. But what if it stops working in afew days?So, before you spend any money at SSmokin, check if she will stand behind anything you purchase. By the way, I looked for a sign "All Sales Final" and did not see one.Not sure why just did not give me a sales reciept.I will not be back, there are other places to buy from.

I am beyond lost for word's of the treatment I received at ssmoke this morning! I have never been so embarrassed and now livid in all my day's! I bought a $32 torch yesterday evening! Got home it was defective so I took it back this morning! And was greeted with the rudes nastiest woman this morning same one from yesterday evening who sold me the torch I explained it was defective and she yells well you must have overfilled it then when I had no need to since I literally just bought it! So I asked very nicely if I could exchange it and she very rudely spouted off we don't exchange anything so I can't help you where I then calmly asked for a number I could call to rectify this issue because that's never been there policy before! And was rudely told no I'm the manger! Now Bye! I'm perplexed how an establishment could or even would allow an employee be so very rude too a long time costumer or anyone for that fact and for this reason I will be seeking legal action against this woman and store for the experience, embarrassment, humiliating treatment I received today! It was completely unprofessional and uncalled for!! 4-22-23!

This place is awesome. The people that run it are really nice and very knowledgeable and respectful to customers. You can tell they really care because when you walk in, even if theyare with someone else they say hello and make sure you know you’ve been seen. The selection is awesome with everything you need or could ever want, they even have a special section for local glass artist products. If you’re looking for smoking accessories then this is the place to go in Prescott. Awesome shop!

It was my first time going to this smoke shop since I’ve moved here and by far my favorite! Very nice top quality stuff for good prices. And I met the owner. I apologize I forgot his name already lol. (Better with faces then names. lol) anyway he was a very helpful person and just a really nice guy. The man who owns the place is in often. If you ask for help he will share his wealth of knowledge with you. He hand picks every piece of glassware he sells. When I went in after my first visit at the dispensary and needed to pick up items to get me started, He walked me through every option available. I left with cones, a nice glass piece a grinder and a few other odd and ends and paid less than 20$. The products are very reasonable prices. He also has a selection of glassware blown by local artists that are absolutely stunning. I will always be a customer of this awesome place. And will be recommending it to everyone who asks.

Yes I use this vape store frequently very good helpful and friendly I'm an older gentleman don't know exactly all the new ins and outs of smoking wax the THC wax from the dispensary and they were very helpful and taking me out something to work with and taught me how to use it very nice clean way to do it been smoking since 1972

Major features from my perspective are that they carry Kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa) and have a $10 minimum for credit card purchases. The Kratom is decently priced with 250G at $60, this is good for the area. There are several other quantity and price options. There is a fairly broad selection of unique or not so common pipes for smoking and a fairly nice staff.
