Without a doubt, this Sprouts store is an exceptional grocery store! As visitors from out of town, we made a quick stop to grab some food and drinks. The store offers a wide variety of products to choose from. I particularly appreciate the variety of seasonal products they introduce. Our store back home also offers things, but they frequently run out of stock. They had a delicious Cobb salad on the menu, and I was relieved to find that it was not only fresh but also had a great variety of toppings. This store definitely will not disappoint. Cheers.

I don't like that when I return an item that i originally paid for with cash I receive it back on a "store credit card". I don't like that I have to use self checkouts after 9:00 p.m. I don't like that when I use cash at them, the checkout continually spits my own bills back out at me. so you better know the full amount of cash you had in your pocket before you start putting them in that machine, because I made the mistake of wanting to add my "store credit card" to the payment process after I'd already started putting cash bills into it & there's a digital button on screen that says "change payment method". so, after I'd already started putting cash bills into the machine, I decided to hit that as well ... and I think it confused the transaction completely. it gave me full credit for the amount on the card, and yet I thought it failed to credit the last cash bill that I put in the machine.In conclusion, I don't like the new hires there in the late evening. The response I got when I explained that I put bills in that I did not get credit for was; "nobody wants your $100, there are cameras everywhere." (?) Even when I spoke with the assistant manager nobody offered or asked what they could do to make the situation better, until I asked if they just wanted to see me become hysterical? (I realize they were tired, but so was I). since then I've had contact with the day manager, and the bookkeeper ... & all I can say about the whole experience is that these people were not fully helpful every time they had an opportunity to be. Very inconveniencing!! I will no longer spend thousands of cash dollars per year at this store from 9:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Definitely a really good Sprouts!! We are visiting from out of town and stopped by to pick up some stuff to eat and drink. This store had a great selection of many different products. I especially loved all the seasonal foods they brought in. Ours back home has it to but they are always sold out of a lot. I was super excited when they had the gingerbread chocolate bar I love!! Highly recommend getting one before they sell out. Regardless, this store definitely will not disappoint…95% of the all the different areas within the store were in stock with a plethora of options. Used to be the best quality and service grocery store, especially for vegan, organic and vegetarian products.But now they're doing everything to maximize profits with cheaper brands, lower quality produce and self service checkers. From 7am to 9am, you'll be checking and bagging your own groceries. The rest of the time expect longer lines, as they've reduced checkers to force you to do their job.

I was looking at previous negative reviews on this store, and I am perplexed by what I consider hyper-criticism. I found the staff at this store to be incredibly competent and helpful.Furthermore, the people who shop there are some of the friendliest in Prescott!

Always enjoy a quiet run through Sprouts. Good choice for produce and interesting alternative products. Lots of choice for vegan and vegetarian options. Best place to get Alice Cooper milk bottles!

Top notch produce. Don't sleep on the bulk candy bins in the center of the store! Not Walmart prices, but not so bad, great for specialty items.

Super awesome healthy goodness. Sprouts has been a go too for my wife and I since she learned she had a severe gluten restriction. The best selection of fruits and vegetables that treated with the care and respect they deserve. The absolute best selection in full body care through locally grown foods. Healthy spiritually healthy meat and meat alternatives. The prices are super reasonable. Staff us always super helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. The assortment of prepared foods and ready to make meals couldn't be beat in a major chain(no shade to anyone)freezer section Simply put SUPER AWESOME HEALTHY GOODNESS.

I love Sprouts but hate their new “bring your own bag” policy. Most of their registers are self checkout now AND you have to bring your own bags? Their prices keep going up even though their expenses are going down?They made $6.4 billion last year up from $6.1 billion the year before! Keep that in mind people.

I try to be eco-conscious and often make purchases from the bulk section. This time, however, it was a major mistake. The garbanzo beans were absolutely infested with some kind of bugs that showed up a couple days later. They were sealed in the bag so the infestation remained isolated, thankfully, but it was a very unnerving experience and has absolutely changed my mind about ever buying in bulk again.

I love shopping at Sprouts but they have consistently charged me for more items then I have purchased. Today they charged me for 5 packages of turkey when I purchased 4. After standing in a long line once, I had to stand in line with the head cashier again to get a refund for something I didn't purchase. When I said something about it he said "Things happen". Totally unconcerned and not sorry at all. I ended up talking to the manager and he made it right. But the whole experience made me feel bad. I have a business and when I or someone that works for me makes a mistake, I say I'm sorry.

My review specifically is for the absolute customer service and kind-hearted woman that works at the self-checkout stand named Viviana. She is a blessing to the store. She went above and beyond to help me out at the checkout. If we had more people like her in the world, our world would not be so messed up. But it is so nice to run into somebody as kind as her, and as generous as her. Thank you so much. God sees all that you do. And hopefully your superiors do as well.

Amazing, like always. The sprouts here in Prescott are the best places to get most of your natural/ organic groceries. Their fresh organic grass fed & finished beef. The staff at both locations are super friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Great store with tons of great items to choose from. Microwavable meals in the deli. Great meat cuts from the butchers. Produce that is ready to eat now rather than waiting days for them to finish ripening. Many different alternative options to find and try. They offer gluten free, paleo, keto and many other diet options. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Absolutely hate hate hate your self checkout situation. Do you guys ever actually use those 12 other cash registers made for actual employees?? I’ve stopped coming here about 95% of the time because of this. Can’t understand why this multi billion dollar corporation is too cheap to pay an actual cashier most of the time. Among others I know with the same opinion, I’m over it.

We have been to a lot of Sprouts locations. The employees here are extremely friendly and happy to help. So nice to go I to a store where they display a desire to be helpful!!! Shop here while in town.

Check this out. Used self-checkout. Ready to pay. Screen froze. Had to move to next kiosk and start over. Fine, it happens. But the total was $3 more. Sound fishy to you?! Me too! She could’ve offered me a coupon or something… when there are mistakes that inconvenience a customer, make them right. It’s very easy for a corporate company to do that. That’s all we ask. The only reason I write reviews is because I want local businesses to thrive. $11.99 for mayo.. sprouts I’m out!!
