Old review just rewriting it because somehow all my reviews fell off of Google when they switch to using AI.Samara, Ben, Wanda, Stuart, and Deztiny make this store amazing! I don't shop at the other location by the Hospital, or Prescott Valley, and definitely not the expensive Chino store. Just this location. I've been coming to this store location my entire life. I'm 42.They have lots of expired items on the shelf at the other locations, and are always out of items.This store keeps up on that stuff really well. The customer service is stellar at this location. They always have us smiling when we are there. Very happy employees. They don't have a huge turn around rate. The employee's seem to stick around which is awesome!

I drove 175 miles to get my first Covid-19 vaccination here because in the Tucson area where I live, people have reserved vaccinations so far out that you can only hope for one in March. I wll always remember this Safeway store for this gift. As a 70 year-old in great health, I want to keep that way. Thanks to clinician Darshan and everyone in the pharmacy there who made this possible. See you again in 28 days!Back on March 4th! Mission successful. Double Moderna whammy is just what the doctor ordered and my side effects were minor. A bit weak the next morning so I had 3 large coffees at home and then slept for another 3 hours! Feeling like the pandemic is finally being worked on seriously for the everyday person and the sun is shining again. Thank you Safeway Pharmacy......

The older slightly heavyset faux blonde floor manager was incredibly rude. I was waiting on my Starbucks where they have patio furniture set up directly in front of the kiosk. She had a foul attitude and made me leave the store for eating the sandwich I had just bought from the store and waiting on my coffee. She took and instant attitude and began grabbing my things from right out in front of me before I had the chance to even stand up. Last time I’ll come here. I knew I shouldn’t have come. The store is gross anyways.

Poorly stocked, esp. In the produce dept. All the digital ads and few regular ad for us seniors who are not adept at tech stuff. It is a form of discrimination of seniors, and getting worse.

Would've gave you guys a high five but meat department didn't really have a good selection and no customer check out with 2 cashier's on I'll be back again but so many new stores with different items to check out but overall very clean store just depleted on a lot of items

I usually do not post negative reviews unless an entity or a representative of a company deserves it, such as Lisa J. at the Willow Creek Rd Safeway in Prescott who treated me quite unprofessionally today. She not only was wrong about a product's advertised price (after which I returned to the aisle to take a picture as proof), she also did not see a need to apologize to me after she made a mistake. The interaction ended extremely sudden and without any rumorse on Lisa's end.I have reported the inappropriate customer interaction I experienced today to Safeway's main customer service department and will look forward to a solution and follow-up. I enjoy shopping at my local stores. However, when behavior such as Lisa's interferes with the customer experience, I take pride in letting other's in my community know.I hope Lisa steps forward and apologizes for this mistake and unprofessional behavior.

My favorite store! They always have what I need and are friendly and helpful. The shelves are organized and they take the time to make sure you see the label and product you're looking for. The butcher's are awesome too. Love the bakery too , they always have the good sweets.

At the checkout I requested a 24 pack of a certain water. I was told they didn't have any, so I changed the brand, again he went to check and said they didn't have any water. I went to my car and loaded my groceries. I decided to return to the store and check for myself. I found the original brand in smaller bottles, therefore, I purchased these instead. I wish I had been given the option to buy the smaller bottles.

Fair prices in most items they actually beat Walmart on some item's like 3 twelve packs of Coke for 12: bucks.. always friendly staff that are probably the best rated for customer service. Loyal Safeway member here.

I love this Safeway! It has everything you need. It's super busy and super clean and you can always find what you need. The prices are great. The organic vegetables are plentiful. They recently remodeled. Love it!

DO NOT use for floral deliveryOn Thursday morning 5/12 I placed a floral delivery order online to be delivered on Friday the 12th, the website showed that as an available delivery date. Later that morning I received a call to inform me that delivery on Friday is not possible and would it be ok to deliver on Saturday 5/13. I was fine with that. Today I received a call that now Saturday is not available and that the earliest delivery is Monday.This is NOT ACCEPTIBLE. Your website and your first phone call both indicated that delivery before Mother's Day was achievable. Now you call me today and I am going to be screwed trying to find floral delivery.The technology and the processes exist to execute on floral delivery accurately even on the busiest floral delivery time periods. Mother's Day is the same weekend EVERY YEAR, you all have tons of data on delivery volumes and can easily prepare appropriately. Had I been presented with the fact that no deliveries were available when I first went on the website or at the very least during the phone call yesterday, then I could have easily searched for another solution.Safeway and FTD are a complete JOKE for this. Both organizations have lost me as a customer for life and you bet I'm taking this to Google, and other social media platforms.Get your act together.

Much nicer experience than Fry's up the road. They had several cashier's working instead of 1 or none. Decent vegetable selection and meat pieces aren't crazy like the other stores. I got more food for $75 than I've ever gotten at other stores.

Quite possibly the WORST SUPERMARKET I've ever visited.They routinely run out of advertised specials. Staff and managementare sarcastic, rude and unprofessional. They don't offer rain checks.The single star is for the meat department who make a good effortto be kind, polite and helpful....... Try another supermarket, you'll beglad you did!

Nice, clean place. A large variety of groceries. Deli, butcher, and bakery included. There's no self-checkout though. Check for coupons. Sometimes they have great savings.

We stopped here after finding 31 flavors closed at 9pm in the winter to get some ice cream.We found a good selection of their house brand ice cream. I was disappointed that the container was so small. They were priced at $2.99 which was cheaper than 31 flavors, but still a lot for the size. I picked out the cherry vanilla. It was more vanilla than cherry. The cherry is what I wanted and that part is why I bought it. That part was delicious.When we went to the front to check out I asked the cashier what the journeyman wage was for a food clerk and he didn't have a clue he said minimum wage... That doesn't make sense.The store and parking lot were clean.We recommend this store but not if you're budget is tight.

Not a good experience at all I saw an item on the shelf on sale buy one get one 50% off. Regular price was marked $3.99 but it rained up at $8.99 I showed the cashier where the item was the manager was rude told me should would not give it to me at that price and said customers move things all the time. I had a friend two people behind me after I had already walked away and he her tell the cashier I was making up prices and moving things around. I do not enjoy being called a thief. I was brought up with morals I have never stolen anything.

Download the app. It's worth it once you get used to it. Open the app when you get to the store and "clip" as you go. That's better than waiting until you get in line. Scan your member card, run the groceries through and the coupons and discounts come off the total (before you pay).

Safeway was always the store we went to growing up, there something comforting about going here. This store seems to be one of the less busy grocery stores here in Prescott, that's a huge reason I like this one. Plus I know where most every is. Employees are friendly and the store is always organized. Fresh produce and great meats!

I really appreciate this store cause the other Safeway on white spar is really rude employees there I went to the Safeway on white spar to get water and smart water was on sale so I bought me 2 of them then I gallon of water for 1.00 so grab on so went up to register the total price should only be 4.00 they charge me 6.oo plus went from 6.oo to a 100 . Plus the bag girl was rude to me .I left . So I went to Safeway on willow creek I had no problem a nice young man John helped me out he look at the weekly ad's and saw that the smart water was on sale for only 1.00 and the gallon of water are only 1.00 .so I had no problem with the Safeway on willow creek road. I want to say that john was a really big help and he really nice , and was not rude at all . John helped out a customer the way they should be. Also the cashier Mathew was nice also. Thank you. I really appreciate Safeway on willow creek road I'll be shopping here for now on.

They need to clean their carpets it smells like disgusting feet and mold. The front entrance carpet still smells and i always find something (like tortillas) molding that needs to be thrown out when im there for 10 min but the employees dont seem to notice

Had the rudest cashier ever!! Will not be shopping at this Safeway anymore. Went to check out and was very rudely informed he would not check us out unless we had a mask on! Yet there were other shoppers not wearing masks and checking out at other registers as well with no masks on.

This place caters to a niche group but a fairly large one, they have a fairly clean store with above average prices, and equally above average experience overall, especially in customer service. The bakery and various departments that allow for customization, seem to be done in a favorable way, offering a unique experience from Fry's or Wal-Mart that is favorable and equal.

Don't try to shop before the store is closing. I arrived at 9:40p, didn't see the store hours. Thought it closed at 11p, like Frys and Walmart. Heard the announcement @ 9:55p. Asked mgr if I had time to get one more item -- canned beans. He said yes. At checkout, was $10 short for the coupon I specifically came to the store for. Asked if I could run and get another item. No. Really? No. Finished checkout at 10:04p. Very rude treatment from the night manager. I've shopped here for over 10 years, usually driving past Frys to get here. Cannot recommend this store for service (at night). Guess 2021 is the year to simplify the # of grocery stores I shop at. Too bad. Daytime service is usually decent.
