Love this place it has all ya need for your fur babies. I love the bath as it is easy on my back and though not my pups favorite thing. She feels so much better whenever is clean and had an amazing warm (hot) oil treatment to make her skin less dry. The staff and owner are always welcoming and help with anything you ask. The place is nice with great products for dogs. My only complaint is not listening to grooming directions. I requested a specific trim around the eyes; nothing else. When my dog came out, her face was shaved down the nose, hair was cutc around her mouth and hair cut from her forehead. All her curls were cut and the trim is uneven. I absolutely love her curls. It looks like a weed wacker did it. My neighbors are making comments like, “Oh my god, what happened to her face.” I know it will grow back but those curls match her body and now she looks like a raccoon It cost $15.00 for this crazy cut. I felt disappointed. Please make sure you’re very specific on your requirements and even maybe check on who is doing the cut; make sure it’s a seasoned groomer.

I am traveling thru from the Olympic Peninsula and had my Old girl Elsie May to the vet just up the road from your wonderful shop, upon leaving Prescott Animal Hospital I asked the vet seeing my girl where a close “do it yourself pet wash” was and she highly recommended your shop and she was totally right. Your staff was very quick to get me setup and giving Elsie May a nice warm bath. Your selection of foods is also great many types of dog food I have not seen before, thank you for getting me a bowl so Elsie May could taste test what we were buying so I knew she would eat it. I love to find family owned pet shops along our travels and yours is one of the nicest dog washes and shops that I have found. Thank you again for your hospitality !!

For the past few years I’ve had fantastic experiences at your facility, the past two not so much. First questionable experience we call ask how long the tubs will be open. The gentleman on the phone tells us, we get there within 15 minutes. He tells us tubs are close. OK get it maybe a bad timing issue on our part.The second questionable happened today,We are told we must wait for an available shower ok, fine as I take a peek inside I see two employees at one shower working on one beautiful pup, the other bay is empty, I inquire the store employee tells me two bays must be kept open for employees. Well now you have two employees working on one pup and one empty bay.Turning away business is a great way to go out of business.

Sandy is amazing. My 1 year old Belgian Malinois was having some SERIOUS tummy issues. FOUR MONTHS of doctor visits, ER admissions, multiple overnights hooked to IV’s, and even ultrasounds for an internal medicine specialist in Vegas. Nobody could give an answer as to why my pup had extremely bloody diarrhea for so long. Sandy looked over all his lab results and medical history, looked over his allergy report, did a different type of allergy test than the one we already had done and came up with a plan to get Zeke back to normal. A few supplements and changing his diet from a very good and very expensive brand of kibble, to a raw diet and Zeke was back to normal WITHIN DAYS! It’s been over a month now and we haven’t seen and runs or blood at all. Sandy may have literally saved this sweet boy when multiple Veterinarians had no answers.

This place is amazing! Toby provided great service for my first time in! The girls are the check out were super friendly and even gave me a rose for Mother’s Day! The products offered and bathing area are top notch. It is clean and maintained very well offering several amenities such as additional do it yourself grooming tools, a variety of shampoos and conditioners as well as hot oils and spritzes! This will be my go to place for sure!

I think the place is pretty clean and the people at the desk are very friendly. They tend greet you well. I would say the person in the washroom is sometimes hard to find and they've changed products. I don't like the new conditioner for my dog it smells like blueberries. I don't like that. The price seems high for washing you own dog. I thought $15 was more seasonable.I wish they had Dremel tools to do nails and cotton pads to clean ears.

A local, family owned DIAMOND in Prescott. So glad I walked into this place and even happier that I made the decision to switch my boy to a raw diet after consulting with the business owners. Rather than turn this into a long post detailing just how beneficial this change has been, I'll just saw it's been game changing and I only regret not making this change much earlier on. Great facility, great advice, extremely pleased customer all around.

Went for our first visit with our two ~75lb labs— what an amazing place! I was skeptical as they hate baths but it was great! I’ll never give my girls their baths at home again. Staff was super helpful and friendly- they clearly love the dogs. The place was immaculate, and affordable. I highly recommend.

This is a great place to shop for your pet’s nutrition. Recently we changed our dogs from Origen to Zignature brand and added goat milk and beef bone broth to their diets. Great advice and both dogs have a velvet look and touch to their coats! My Pittie has all sorts of skin allergies in the past. This new diet is helping to prevent random skin outbreaks. Thanks for all you do to keep pets healthier.

Sandy was extremely helpful in assisting me to find a nutrition plan that worked for my fur baby. He has been struggling for years with chronic pancreatitis and an extremely sensitive tummy. She helped me to "heal" his gut and transition to food that would not continue to harm his gut. He is 11 years old and hasn't been very active for several years. Now he gets some wild spurts and runs around like a puppy! He enjoys life again. Its wonderful to see him so happy and have his desire to play return. Thank you so much!

A few weeks ago we were ready to get our first ever puppy. I was excited to find this store and wanted to feed her quality food! The older gentleman that helped me told me i didn't need to get a puppy food and that that was a in general a marketing gimmick in his opinion. He mentioned to follow the feeding guidelines for a puppy.So I purchased some zignature dog food and treats based on his suggestions. After opening the food i realized the kibble size was far to large for our dinky puppy. The treats were so hard i was not able to snap them easily. So i went back with my receipt only to find out i am out $40 now nothing he can do. I figured maybe i could get store credit. After this i am not sure ill be using this store.

We went in there for the first time today to give our foster dog a much-needed bath. The place was immaculate, the people were really nice and we were blown away by the "spa" and all the choices we had! Amanda was very helpful and we now have a very clean, happy dog (after the bath) and they have lifelong customers with us! I would also like to mention that their prices are very reasonable!

Made it a lot easier to wash a bulldog, normally he can escape the tub at home. $15 is worth it. It's calm in the spa room, low lighting, everything you need. Water temp is immediately perfect and soothing. Well bring Bob back soon tasha

Wonderful Family owned business. The owner and his wife are very knowledgeable about dog and cat food plus supplements. It’s so great to have a store so close to home. They also have a top notch self bathing and grooming section. I am a groomer, now retired, so appreciate the facility to bath and groom my dogs and cats. The tub is at waist level with stairs that make it so easy for me and comfortable for my animals. I will always support this great Ma and Pa business.💕

This place is immaculate!! The set up is great, the store stays clean all day long, and the staff is super helpful and friendly! There’s many great things to choose from to buy for your dogs or cats, and then you can bring your dogs in for a bath! It makes it nice to not have to lift your dogs into a tub or bend over them, these showers and tubs are raised up so you can stand while washing them! There’s also a staircase for them to go up. Everything is provided for you in the spa, all you have to bring is your dog!(: Go check it out and give it a try! I bet you’ll love it! 💕

So excited to have this pet store in the Prescott area! Worth the drive from PV! They have the best dog wash in town. High velocity dryer and a bather box that does all the washing/scrubbing for you! They carry trustworthy brands and have a good selection of food and treats. Rusty and the family will definitely be back!! 🐾

Stopped here on accident while I was waiting for my dog to get done at the vet and I am SO happy I did! This store is beautiful and clean and the employees are knowledgeable and caring. Preskitt’s Pawz and Clawz has changed our lives. I have an 11 year old Pitbull mix that has suffered from allergies her entire life. In the last 2 years we’ve seen a huge shift in her energy level and the redness in her skin. You couldn’t touch her without her scratching herself until she bled and all she did everyday was sleep. We didn’t lose hope and kept looking for solutions but never found anything that worked. On opening day Sandy (owner) saw our Bella and immediately jumped in to help us. She recommended products she knows and trusts. She educated us on the different products they over including an allergy test. Within a month it’s like I have my dog back. She is back to her happy self. She’s playing with our 9 month old puppy every day for hours. You can pet her without her tearing herself up. Her skin isn’t red and inflamed. You couldn’t even guess she was her age at all with how she is acting now. I am forever grateful to Preskitt’s Pawz and Clawz for helping us to get our girl back and healthy. I can’t wait to see as time goes on how much better her skin gets. I can already see spots of hair-loss beginning to grow back. Sandy changed our lives and the life of our pet in a single week. Our dog is literally a “completely different animal”, full of energy and the healthiest digestion we’ve ever seen from him. He’s a 6 year old rescue that was poorly treated by the previous owners, and his nutritional deficiencies and lack of care caught up to him. We cannot believe the difference Sandy’s recommendations have made. We had tried everything - numerous vets, foods, so-called “natural” diets, etc. etc. We were tired of “experimenting” on our dog, so Sandy introduced us to her comprehensive test, came up with a plan, and IT WORKED. We’ve never heard from vets what we’ve heard from Sandy. Bottom line is that she is the most competent pet nutrition professional we’ve ever met and her business is the type of establishment that will make you a lifelong customer.
