I had been using the compounding pharmacy in Gilbert Az, which I had to pay shipping charges, turn around time was atleast a week if not longer, it was difficult to talk to an actual person, at one point they didn't have enough ingredients to make my medication and its a very common one ..until I couldn't take it any long and switched to Prescott Compounding Pharmacy. Wow, what a difference. I had my script in two days, aday earlier than promised, when I call I immediately talked to a person, pricing was competitive, didn't have to pay shipping...and friendly to top it all off. What a different experience. I highly encourage patients and practitioners alike to use our local compounding pharmacy.

My husband and I have always received professional, helpful service with all the staff being friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone is quick to reply to our medication refills and are so happy to explain and assist you everyway possible. The Prescott area is so lucky to have The Prescott Compounding Pharmacy

Walked in today to find out about some topical gel that was discontinued, Jimmy met me with a smile and a wonderful disposition. Not only was he able to find and order my gel, but he also helped out with a few other auestions I had. I am amazed at the set up inside of this pharmacy, you can actually watch the pharmacists compunding meds! They even have a pet department and treats for your dogs. This was the most pleasesant surprise for me in Prescott yet. I know that there are lots of patients here in the area, but I was in & out of this pharmacy within 10 minutes, and there were 2 customers ahead of me. I can’t wait to share this pharmacy with neighbors & friends who are in need of pharmaceuticals, and this pharmacy can help to combine things so that taking soo many different things isn’t such a chore! Thank you Jimmy I’ll be singing your praises around town for sure!!😬👍🤗

I wanted to thank the team at Prescott Compounding Pharmacy for providing seminars on health and wellness. I attend a seminar about a month ago and left with a better understanding of HRT and supplements that pair well with hormone replacement. Keep up the great work!

I have been getting my dogs heart medicine filled here for the last several months. This last order, I inadvertently mixed two medicines together and they were so kind as to refill the prescription for half the cost. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They are extremely knowledgeable, nice, and outstanding customer service.

Twice now Prescott Compounding Pharmacy has helped out in a difficult situation - with amazing customer service! The pharmacy store is super clean and welcoming. I really appreciate the service at Prescott Compounding Pharmacy! I went in with a prescription for my bunny's anti-biotic and they had it filled within a few hours! I was able to change the flavor to "Banana Cream" so it was a bit easier for my bunny to take. She is feeling much better and back to her normal self! Thank you all very much!

A customer focused pharmacy! The only other compounding pharmacy abruptly closed recently and Prescott Compounding was the only other choice for many of us in the Prescott area. But they certainly have been overwhelmed by having to fill the other pharmacy’s orders. I thought my order would be ready today and for several reasons it wasn’t but Jimmy went above and beyond to provide a solution. We agreed to lower the amount I had originally requested and he made them on site. I appreciated that I would not have to wait until after the weekend. I have been out of the medication for days. The understanding and empathy were so appreciated and honestly, Jimmy, the owner and pharmacist, is a nice and caring man. I highly recommend.

My pharmacy closed, and Prescott Compounding Pharmacy received all their prescriptions, I didn't even have to call them, they reached out to me and left me a message, I happen to call after hours when i received the message, They called me on a Saturday, mind you they aren't open on Saturdays to reach out to me to make sure my prescription would be filled, do to all their new clients, my prescription wasn't going to be ready for a week, but I told them I was going on vacation and they were able to get it to me on time before I left. All of the staff at Prescott Compounding Pharmacy are truly life savers. They’re always so polite, professional and timely. My dog gets a script there and suffers from intense seizures. The vet has messed up his refills too many times but PCF always tracks it down and gets it filled. I’m literally in the pharmacy right now while they’re staying late to fill his script so we don’t run out over the weekend. My family can’t thank you guys enough!!

My first experience with Prescott Compounding Pharmacy was a couple of days before Christmas 2021, when I was frantically calling every pharmacy in the quad cities trying to find someplace that could fill my pet's prescription. Tiffany was a godsend--so friendly and helpful-- she helped me get my pet's meds that day so I didn't have to wait till after the holidays. I've since been back several more times and Madison, Jimmy, and Steven have all been wonderful, too. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. The pharmacy itself is new, clean, and spacious. They also do supplements tailored to your individual needs, which I haven't tried, but would like to. The whole experience is like night and day compared to picking up your meds at one of the big chains. I recommend them to everyone and happily drive a little further to support a business like this.

The Pharmacy had a welcoming and friendly feel to it. It is conveniently located in Frontier mall by Planet Fitness. The personnel were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. There are comfortable chairs to sit in while they fill your prescription and lots of great supplements for sale. I so appreciate the special services they offer.

This past year our senior kitty has started needing daily medication. Our vet felt that transdermal gel would work best for our situation and this type of treatment is only available from a compounding pharmacy. They told me the closest supplier they work with is in Prescott, which is approx 60 miles away. I was very concerned about how this was going to work out. Well, we have been using Prescott Compounding Pharmacy for several months now, and they have been fantastic to work with. Had issues with the first style of dispenser for kitty's medicine and Jimmy bent over backward to get it resolved. When our vet office drags their feet getting the refill approved Jimmy again goes above and beyond to get the medications mailed out so we get them in time. Wonderful company to work with. These guys are the best! Our cat had emergency abdominal surgery. The last thing I wanted was to wrestle her to give a pill. Prescott Compounding Pharmacy was able to compound her medicine into a chicken-flavored liquid. They also did it right away when I explained the situation. Super nice to work with.

I recently switched my Dog over to liquid medication for seizures. She was having seizures every 5-7 days. Since have her medication compounded by Jimmy and Denise, she has not had a seizure for nearly one month. Plus they are so kind and thorough to deal with when asking questions! I just transferred all of my Rx to this location from Potters in Phoenix. I have autoimmune chemical sensitivities and need super-clean medicine. They do a great job & have been making my natural Thyroid for nearly a decade now! I was so happy to learn that Jimmy and Madison (2 of the best of Potter's) had transferred to Prescott to run the new location. I was thrilled to welcome Trevis to the team. He delivered my meds to the car so i wouldn't have to be exposed to fragrances. So nice! They always make me feel like I am the only patient in the world! Thanks guys!
