Poorly trained staff, rude manager. Corporate office was responsive to my complaint and the store manager did respond but I think people should know and be prepared. (Store manager suggested I use a mobile groomer...?) I just needed my dog washed and they did do that ok. Too bad I had to put up with all the nonsense to just get that done.

As usual, the salon was professional timely and our groomer Thyme did an outstanding job!
