Great place. The only negative was the associate who tried to talk me out of buying a goldfish for my Son. His had died, and I told him we'd get another. She tried to explain how they are a complex species that require certain care etc. I was like, "Right. A complex species that I'll have to replace again in 3 weeks. Can you just sell me a fish, please?" She rolled her eyes and walked away. I appreciate that she was trying to "help me understand" a little bit about Goldfish, but we've had a 30 Gallon tank in our house for years. We understand fish. It just wasn't her place to school me as the customer who wasn't asking questions on Goldfish "care."

Yes I'd say that this is a good place to shop if you enjoy. Do you enjoy Tropical Fish like I do.Ah they have fish that look healthy most of the time. A wide selection as well.Would like to see a couple more Aisles of equipment. (More choices) Filter, heaters, brass valves, Air pumps, more options for lighting, etc

Very good pet store. They have all you are looking for, but when you ask for something to a working person, they don't know where things are and provide you with the wrong info, so you have to walk through the whole store.

I always have amazing service! The ladies are amazing! Baymax is always so handsome when he walks out.He doesn’t like any other groomers except petsmart 😍 he smells fabulous and he feels so soft! Squeaky clean!

Took our doodle to be groomed and she has been there before. Upon picking her up I noticed a special handling fee. I was informed she was sacred of life. She can be heightened but that tells me that something set her off. And I am charged extra for my dog requiring a little more comfort than in the past. What a joke. While the cut was great, this approach was terrible and the extra charge, while nominal, is just obtuse. I will not be returning because of my little girl requires a little extra comfort I am charged and her being terrified upon pickup tells me something is off. STOP OVERBOOKING and stressing staff, which the dogs can sense.

This negative review is based on my experience in the grooming department only. As stated on other reviews, I too was hit with "additional hidden fees"... an additional $60 extra on topof the $54 fee per dog. Clearly the groomers work on a commission because they tack on something calledThe "Essential Pampering Package" at $20 per dog than an extra $20 on top of that for matted ears! My dog weighs 14 pounds!! $94 for 1 haircut and $72 for the other dog! The haircuts themselves are OK, not the best, not the worst but the scam they're pulling is the reason I will not be returning with my other 2 dogs! Your loss Petsmart...BUYER BEWARE ..This was a One and Done visit for me!

She had a lot of special requests and worries.HUGE shout-out to Alden for being patient and kind and making Zoey look great and feel so much more comfortable!The other groomer was wonderful, the cashier was so sweet and funny.All around great service!Wonderful service and grooming,! This morning I brought in my 18mos. Heeler (hates having her nails done). I warned them ahead of time. The girls were so kind and gentle with her. I was looking thru the frosted glass and tears came to my eyes at how good she was being (back paws), then she decided enough was enough and started misbehaving. They were great 👍 l have a bad back and my husband just had heart surgery so we can't lift 40 lbs of cat litter. I ask then to put it in the cart and unload it into the car. They didn't have a problem with this, additionally they were friendly and accommodating. Thank you staff at Pet Smart ❤️ 😍

Clean & Super Pet Friendly. Only disappointments came in some of the pricing. The beautiful coat you see in the pic was $49.99. Unbelievable! Although a darling coat, it was NOT down filled, nor any kind of special materials, other than the faux fur on the removable hat. I mean at that price, I could buy a jacket for a child. Just a bit over the top PetSmart. Please make your pet garments a bit more affordable in these poor economy.

We go there for my fish replacements as well as supplies. Sometimes cat or dog food, but I live down in Dewey so pretty rare that I end up there for pet food. Has been a consistently good experience with knowledgeable customer service and cheerful attitudes.

I love going here for the SuperWorms. That's it. They need to learn how to properly store their Hornworms, and dispose of the dead ones right away. Same thing with the Dubia Roaches they get in. They receive way too many dead product! I shop here for my bearded dragon, Hook, who many know around town. For those who know me, you know I love to spoil my girl, so it's only the the best.So come on, PetSmart, you can do much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!
