DON’T GO HERE! My dog looks like a complete idiot. Kay Kay the groomer, was rude from the moment we walked in, couldn’t identify which vaccine was his rabies on his vaccination report, then proceeded to butcher my dog. When I returned she shoved a paper at me and rudely said, “REGISTER”… like what? She didn’t even seem to like dogs. When she was evaluating his cut she said, “Oh I’ll do a teddy bear face!” Well he 100% looks like an alien and he has cuts all over his body. I’m so mad, I’m reaching out to corporate and submitting reviews where I can.I’ve attached a few photos, one for reference of what he used to look like. As you can see his face isn’t evenly cut.

We brought both our two Golden Doodles for grooming. Sissy the Red/Blond we are happy with the work done. Lady, the Black/Grey was almost completely shaved which we are not happy about. Had we had any idea she would be shaved to the extent she was, we would never had allowed that! Bottom line, we will no longer utile your grooming service.Gary Childers & Jane Chapman

My dog has been going to Petco her whole life. I have not had any bad experiences with this Petco. I appreciate my groomers. Always tip your groomer!

My dog loves Timber and she always does a great job. Timber informs me of any problems and is always friendly and is loving to my dog.Clerks are courteous and friendly. I enjoy bringing .y girl to Petco.

Said my dog was snippy. Asked me NOT to bring her back. She also asked the people who picked up their dog right before me to find someone else because their dog was just too nervous!!! I am devastated cause she always did a good job on Winnie. I did notice that one of her dew claws looks injured...

This was my first time to go to the groomer at Petco. What a pleasant surprise. My new little rescue was very scared but not to worry. She was so gentle and sweet that my little girl, Riley sailed through her first nail clipping and buffing. I will be coming back for Riley to have a complete grooming.

We have used Laysea since we moved to Prescott, AZ 2 years ago. She is the best groomer we have ever had. She is professional, great with our dogs and always gives the best cuts. We have high maintenance dogs (Westie, Bichon/Poodle and Maltese/Bichon) and they always look great, thanks to Laysea!

My dog is an Airedale and needs a breed-specific cut. There aren't a lot of groomers out there who can do it correctly, but Morgan does a superb job.
