Love this place! The only real complaint I have is that the small yellow dog treats that were sold in bulk were discontinued. My dog loves them and they were small enough to fit in the dog puzzle we have for him but none of the others do

I feel bad for the workers having to work for such a greedy corporate minded company. Please keep your business local and in the community. Don't support Olsens!Warren's or Pet Rite is local too and they actually care about their customer relationships, neighbors and community. Olsens, Kathy, you are fake, unprofessional, over priced, have poor quality products (Hay) and operate your business with GREED!! Shame on you!Now I see the bird seed is contaminated! Yikes.

Love this place. My first time there but definitely not my last. They sell hard to find products especially for my 3 dachshunds that I can buy locally instead of waiting for it in the mail. Thank you Olsen's!

I buy my dog food here. I support our local businesses because they are nice, efficient and always friendly. You can get everything from dog food to chicken scratch, to alfalfa. Nice staff. Very accommodating.

My boy is extremely sensitive to grains and Olsens has several healthy varieties to keep him rash free. When I had to send my mom to pick up his 50lb bag of food, the staff were able to tell her what brand we bought last and even brought it out to her car and put it in the trunk for her. ❤️

They have an amazing selection of dog foods. Both fresh and dry. They have a rewards program too for your dog food. Very very friendly helpful staff and clean environment. Love this place❤️

The two co workers were too busy to see if I needed help. Never did find what I wanted. When checking out I was asked for my Olsen card. Had no idea what it was, said it was my first time there. Was not offered an explanation nor asked if I wanted one. This store adds to all the others that never thank me for my business. People wonder why online shopping has taken over. With lack of customer service, it explains why.

I had never visited Olsen's before... I hadn't realized there was a location in Prescott .. I went by today to grab some alfalfa for our goats, they are priced reasonably and had what I was looking for. The women working were very friendly & helpful!! Will visit regularly!!

Very friendly staff, good variety of baby chicks to check out and interact with. Also, they carry the dog food brand we use, and participate in the manufacturer's rebate program. So glad we found a place closer to home, and family owned, to get the food from, rather than driving across town to a big box store. Once they have their membership cards back in, it will make rebate redemptions much easier, as well.

Been doing business with these folks since I was a kid. They're by far the best place to get everything from dog food, and dog training tools, to horse feed, and bird seed. It's been my experience that if you can't find it, they can order it. You and your animals are important.

Awesome store and people!! There was a very nice lady that was selling some home made creams that she makes, and it felt and smelled wonderful. The store employees are very knowledgeable and they have all sorts of stuff for pets too!!

Large variety of dog and cat foods, great employees, and free delivery with orders over $125. The young man who brought the delivery on time, the next day, carried it down 26 stairs and offered to pour it into seperate containers. As a senior, single woman this was priceless!!

Not real fancy. Service is what they do best. These guys know animals and the nutrition they require. Don't be afraid to buy your feed in large bags because the staff here will load it for you.

This feed store chain is my go to place for my animal feed needs. I have horses, goats, and chickenstgat are always hungry, and Olsens always has what I need. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff make the experience outstanding. Great store. I highly recommend it.

Carry a big variety of quality dog food, cheaper than other online stores and the friendly staff help load your purchases into your car. Have a loyalty program also.

Good enough just isn't is how I feel about my review of Olsen's Grain. Why can't I put 10 Stars?!! Steve Sishka and, without fail, every employee at Olsen's, no matter which store I visit, treat me like visiting royalty. I haven't had a question that couldn't be answered satisfactorily nor a product below full expectations. I rarely visit when I'm in a hurry. There's way too much to look at and too many great people in and around the stores to share a moment to be in a rush!! Thank you, everyone at Olsen's, and especially you, Steve for all you are and do for all of U.S.!!

I called to ask the price of a bail of straw, was told $8.99. I told the rep I'll come next week to pick some up. I went there a few days later only to find the price was $9.99. Of course I paid the $9.99. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. The 2 young men there helped load my trailer with the straw and I was on my way.

Not the cheapest and depending on the person you deal with you'll either have a great experience or a grumpy one 😂 but all in all it's a good place to get feed.
