Rude staff! They acted cute and made sarcastic comments, only because I was shopping until closing time at 4pm. I can't read minds, if y'all want to close early then change your hours! It's a bunch of junk anyway, anything decent had a retail price. I won't be donating to this place.

This place use to be my GO-TO store....Not so much anymore.. Their prices are way over the hill for items that are donated free of charge. So most of the times I don't buy anything from them anymore. Come on HFH get those free items back to where you can afford them....They have become a Goodwill.

Make sure to go on Google and check prices when buying something at this store. I bought 2 new chairs today at $125.00 dollars each, when I got home I looked up the price on Amazon for the exact new chair and it was only $69.00 each plus I could get a $20.00 off coupon which would would of totaled $49.00 each. The chairs are Patiojoy adjustable chairs. Rip off.

Love this store. I could honestly spend a small Fortune in here even with their low prices! Family of 6 and I'm the repair wo-man at home. Living on a budget in an older home, when everything keeps falling apart and being worn out, stores like this are a must for me! I've fixed so many home issues, from faucets, to showers and toilets, (almost all plumbing issues u could think of) to doors, knobs, bulbs and all kinds of fixtures. Material to build steps, do flooring, and replace windows. Even remolded our guest bathroom buying 95% of everything from this Habitat for humanity. Bought 2 of ours kids beds and dressers from here. A full size garment steamer, which I never imagined would work as well as it does and gets fought over on a daily basis! Appliances and home furnishing of all sorts.I'll tell you this, I'm truly grateful for this store! Without it, I wouldn't of been able to accomplish and afford 80% of the above issues.Their staff members are always great, and helpful with awesome attitudes! What more could ya ask for! Absolutely love this store!

This place is great to check out when looking for furniture and doing home repairs. They have a lot of new/unused cleaning products that you can pick up at a great discount. And their selection of furniture is pretty great. We got two excellent quality leather Layzboy rockers from them for 75$ each. Everyone who works their is friendly and helpful as well.

I wouldn't have been able to afford to renovate my home if it weren't for this store. However, over the last 2 years they have raised prices on things like tile to retail prices, they never have good windows anymore, and their staff change so much they don't know if you are a regular or not. It was nice to be known, remembered and welcomed with a warm smile. Also their hours are near to impossible for a fulltime employee to get in there.

They have lots of good stuff.. if you can afford it.. I understand they help the community with all the money they earn but it would also help to lower prices a bit considering it is a thrift storeExample: went in to get a toilet seat yesterday and they wanted almost double than what we ended up paying in the store. No way I’m paying double for a used toilet seat. I do love the store though, but during hard times it’s difficult to be able to shop there due to price 🙁

The current manager has ruined the experience of this place by raising the prices beyond reasonableness and posting very unwelcoming signage throughout the store. Buy the same NEW for the same or better price and seek friendlier staff elsewhere.

I love, love, LOVE this store and everyone who works there. I visit a few times a month and look forward to the conversation as much as I do the shopping. The re-store is a staple in this community that I'm not sure I'd want to live without. If you're a nut about sustainability and up-cycling like I am, you'll fall in love with this store

This is a great place to come and browse. If you are doing a clean out, think of donating to them. The have everything from gadgets to widgets. Really friendly and helpful staff.

I've been shopping at this store for many years. For whatever reason, the prices for a lot of the items they sell are extremely close to what you would pay at most home improvement stores. I don't frequent the store as often because of their prices, but I still like to spend money there due to the help they provide for those that need it. I do recommend them for certain items you may need.

They offer a nice selection of household goods, books, CD's, new & used doors and windows, blinds, sinks, toilets, garden items and much more at very reasonable prices. We bought a beautiful expresso brown leather chair in very good shape and newer style for $35! They receive things all the time so there's turnovers constantly. 👍👍👍👍

Such a great place to find a bargain. My kitchen light broke and I found a wonderful replacement there for a good price. I've been going there for years and they've never let me down.I just came from there recently... they really need to get there act together on the pricing!! Overpriced on the simplest stuff!! HORRID AND Ridiculous.Come on guys...let's work together not polar opposite. If I want to pay new prices, I go to Walmart/Homedepot/.I'm extremely disappointed 😞

The store is Great, although much of the staff that are paid workers are just disrespectful. This is a theme that I have experienced more than once. Over the phone and in person. I feel like they should lower the prices as well. For a nonprofit that builds Maybe two homes a year in Yavapai County, I really question why need to take in so much money for goods that are donated. And mistreat valued customers for buying from them. Im not impressed, and most likely would never return.

It was a good trip got help identifying the right dryer to get. We were told there was danger in changing electricity so we ended up getting a dryer this the same cord to be safe. Loaded it up or home working great.

Great place to bargain shop for nice household and construction supplies. New (to us) large kitchen sink with all the parts-- perfect condition $15. New (brand new) wooden front door with side light and frame $295. New (brand new) large window $40. Score!

The lighting fixtures were great and very afforable and I would give that 4 or 5 stars. BUT, I bought two of them and a table and despite the fact that there were 3 younger guys standing there and I am a disabled widow, I had to make 3 trips back & forth to my car to carry them out one at a time. Not a single employee offered to help. It lead me to not want to ask for help either, because I was being ignored. Very bad customer service. What a shame. Uncaring employees make the store look bad.

Manager on duty 7-28 was rude and showed poor people skills when refusing an item for donation that we recently purchased there. This is after a 35 minute drive just to support their worthy cause. We have spend thousands there an always enjoyed the other managers. This young one needs training!

If you can talk to Andrew he is a riot he is really funny he will make your day and stuff here as either ready go through the process or ask them if it works they'll take it to the back and make sure it works they got me a restaurant-quality microwave that was priced at $100 but because I couldn't find the plate for another one that was $20 they said you know what here you go 20 bucks it's yours they do that all the time and have some of the best stuff I've read build half my house with this and made a real purpose for it and go with Tuxedos and Tool belts because it's a great time

Once again another corporation getting free donations and pricing them as if they were brand new.used push mower $150 every tool I picked up was $30 $40 or more this is getting out of control between goodwill which is a profit only and habitat you would think they are purchasing all there items.The only store I have found in this area that is actually putting right back into the community is stepping stones in Prescott valley.What a joke I am going to start asking for donations myself to help myself only.
