Some at 3.68 you can buy these discounts and donate to the local shelters with a salad, bread or tortillas and help feed our local community. We have several food banks in town all by each other!!

Fry:'s is my usual store for grocery shopping.The store is clean, has high quality products and the employees are awesome! Friendly, courteous, and efficient. They go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend .

best meat department in town, love the guys that work there. Just not the pissed off lady that works there. i cant believe I had to feel so small and bad because she acted so pissed and inconvenienced that i actually asked her to get me what I needed for the week.

I like this Fry's, I'm not usually a big corporate grocery chain kinda person however this is a good spot for recovering people to initiate work life after treatment and I value that. The staff especially Nam and Wes are friendly and awesome. -martin

The store is great, tons of selection, great layout, helpful staff. Took off a star because their mobile shopping app is terrible. If you compare it to other shopping apps for grocery, it is just abominable.

I want to commend the Fry's Pharmacy on Fair St in Prescott. First they gave their customers a SingleCare Rx Discount card and automatically use the card to lower our prices. The discount can be substantial. Second I recently tested (+) for COVID and was given Paxlovid. I am 76 on Medicare and have a lousy Rx plan that would not pay. The Paxlovid was $1500 (!!!) but the Tech got me on some gov't program that made the Copay $0. Thank you, Fry's.

Place is old and in need of a face lift. The produce department needs a complete renovation (some fresh fruit wouldn't hurt)... meat department is awesome. However frys needs to do some work in the bakery. Go to safeway for baked goods

Just like many retailers the trend is moving towards self checkout lanes. In addition to the checkout kiosks this store has two selfcheck stations that include a full conveyor belt. But it doesn't take much for the conveyor to malfunction which sets off alarms and attracts the attention of the only clerk on duty. The on duty clerk often gets quite impatient with customers struggling with the unfamiliar equipment. He seems especially impatient with elderly customers. He has been rude to me on more than one occasion. Most of the time you see customers willing to wait for a human cashier instead of dealing with the self-check machines.

Stores great and the employees are friendly and helpful, but they never have fresh fruit. I shop here a couple times a week trying to time the fresh fruit deliveries and it’s seemingly impossible because it’s always a couple days past fresh. Strawberries starting to mold, blueberries soft and mushy, you get the point. Please get a better fruit source!

The product is purchased today refresh and I was very happy with the supply that was available. However, I was very unhappy with the woman who was ringing up my groceries, she just kinda threw things down the belt and was not very cautious or careful. With our food products, when we arrived home and started 2 unpacked our bags. The food was just thrown together in the bags Willie nillie nothing was put in with what it should have been put in with. There was produce in with raw meats. I was really not happy. And I've come in to this fry's for quite a long time. I love this store but I really wish that people would get trained better.

Purposely not stocking sale items. Tuna lover sushi combo supposed to be on sale but of course not stocking it. Sushi attended was not occupied with anything and chuckled/ grinned and said no when asked if they will make any.

Well, other than having to go back at 9:45 PM to pick up my five creamers that they did not give me because it was on the floor because there was not enough room on top. It’s a grocery store where either somebody’s helpful or somebody’s like off work and doesn’t even want to talk to you because they have to go so customer service these days is out the window and inconvenienced by going back For my creamer but I mean what are what do you do when we only have some 2-3grocery stores?

I normally would never do something like this, but for the second time I came in and you were hunched over the counter on your phone and you have an attitude. If you don’t want to be there so much then leave get another job. Also, my coffee sucked. I’m ganna go to Safeway from now on we’re they are nice.

Went to get hot food at the deli and the clerk didn't know, what the price of the 12 family bucket meal so she attempted to retrieve her co worker that apparently knows the prices, I asked for the 12 PC family meal and I wanted mixed half fried and half grilled and she said that they could not do that. I just went to safeway yesterday and they more than where glad to mix my 8 PC chicken meal. Well looks like safeway wins on that part.

When you need groceries you need groceries. It’s crowded and the self check out belts are frustrating especially when busy. Seemed the workers didn’t care to help either.

I've shopped primarily at this Fry's for over 22 years. Given the fact that there are grocery stores very close by that should speak volumes. If I didn't like it or was unhappy I'd shop elsewhere on a regular basis

My wife just went here to get groceries for the week. When she walked up to the completely empty check out line, the purple-haired older woman "working" that register sighed out loud because apparently being paid to actually work was more than she wanted to do. After the groceries were rung up, my wife attempted to pay with google pay and the machine wouldn't accept it for some reason. Rather than having patience or offering help, the woman became agitated and began snapping at my wife that it clearly wasn't working. She offered no help and never bothered to tell her that Fry's doesn't accept google pay (something we learned after leaving and checking google for an explanation of what happened), and instead treated my wife with nothing but disrespect. I understand that finding employees is difficult these days, but any company that employs someone like this doesn't deserve to be in business in the first place. As a lifelong customer of Kroger stores, this is the first store where I've decided that going to Wal-Mart is the better option.

Love most things at Frys but it seems like the computer is set up to not give you the advertised deals. Electronic coupons almost never work without asking for specific help.

I just don't like shopping here. If I come in for a big shop, I always end up driving to another store just trying to get my basic foodstuffs. The other Fry's in town do not have these issues. I don't think this store is managed very well.

If given the choice I would shop at Frys for everything. It's not as busy as walmart yet much cheaper than Safeway. Their meat selection and value is the best in town.

My friend was previously kicked out of the store for going in intoxicated. (He didn't do any damage or steal.) Months later I was with my friend there grocery shopping and the manager kicked us both out. I didn't do anything wrong he just has a massive ego problem. TERRIBLE store manager. Won't ever shop at Fry's again.

I have visited the Friys and have always had a problem with the Starbucks girl who works in the store. She is very unprofessdon't and should not be working with the public...love frys and have never had a problem with the store or the Starbucks employee there always Friendly and professional...

Today's Fry's Prescott ad has lobster on sale. I went into the store in early morning. The Meat Dept.at the Fair Street location told me they didn't have any because none was sent to them. He suggested that I try the Willow Creek location. The meat manager there told me he didn't have any either and added "none of the local stores have any." (Which saved me a trip to the Prescott Valley location. ) This is the first and only time I've encountered a Fry's advertised item that wasn't available in any of the Prescott area stores. Not a positive experience. If you don't have it and aren't going to get it then don't put it in an ad!

Like the store BUT their computerized coupons leave a lot to be desired. They need to copy Safeway as they are user friendly.
