Everything is $1.25 and they offer a wide selection of various products. You'll find holiday decor, party supplies, gifts bags and cards, craft and decor items, toys, personal hygiene items, office/school supplies, cell phone accessories, pet treats and toys, hair accoutrements and puzzles. They have candy, snacks and drinks, food in cans, jars, packages and frozen along with kitchen supplies including dishes and storage containers, cleaning supplies, aluminum foil, placemats, solar path light, helium balloons and so much more!! This local store just isn't up to par. On some days, they look to have a lot of items. Days later, they are empty like Mother Hubbard's cupboards. Pathetic. Recommendation, stock up as soon as you see the full shelves, cause they never really know when they will get another shipment in. Oh BTW, the younger staff, just are not knowledgeable. I tell you one thing, but are not willing to get off their duffs to actually help you. Nor will they go into the back to look for whatever you are looking for. Now, the previous, the would bend over backwards for you, even allow you to help look in the back for the item. Now that's good staff!

On May 12 I was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful employee named Shannon at check out. In addition to being friendly she noticed I had a brace on my hand and quickly offered to help unload my cart. We had a nice chat while she continued to check my items efficiently without holding me or the line up. She thanked me and added she enjoyed talking to me. Wow! Someone needs to hire her to teach customer relations. I taught such classes in my 30+ year career and would have hired her on the spot before I retired. Thank you Shannon and Dollar Tree for hiring such a great employee.

I heard on the news that Dollar Tree was returning prices to $1.00, rather than the $1.25 they are currently charging. When I asked employees about it, they were blindsided and did not know what I was talking about. You would think local management would inform employees about a major change like this is coming down the road.

This dollar tree used to be really good. Now it seems like they are going down the drain. Limited products, cash shortage which is bizarre and a lot of times no bags for merchandise. Long lines. On top of that they close at 6pm because of closer issues. There are a majority of us that work during their hours of 10 to 6 and can't get there in time. We should not be penalized because of an issue they have. Hire more people or maybe upper management needs to step in . Also if a customer gets upset having to stay in line maybe they need more help cause some of us DO need to shop here . look at rising costs and now it's 1.25? Also lately they don't close at 9pm but 6 pm. Their hours are 10 to 6pm don't go by Google.

Store is very well stocked, clean. I went in to buy wrapping items for a fundraiser. The manager Chris checked me out, we talked about what the items were being used for and he graciously donated items for breast cancer fundraiserHe was extremely helpful and generous

Says the close at 10pm and it is 9pm, completely rude fake red headed lady at the door said they were closed so I asked why it says 10 then? She laughed shook her hand and said "I don't think so". RUDE people. Get a new job if you don't like this one!!

Absolutely appalled by this store. Both clerks rude and bad mouthing the customers. Will be reaching out to corporate tomorrow on Monday morning. Store is never stocked. Associates are never friendly. The location in PV is much better managed.

I love this store. The problem is with customers who go in without masks. I had one come right up by me so not giving distance either. This store would get 5 stars if they could keep out people who are being disrespectful and unsafe.

Stores great! However, the cashier got a lil attitude when my first credit card declined. Bad enough i felt embarrassed, didn't need that added on. So, i think I'll stick to the Prescott Valley one.

It's a Dollar Tree. Everything is 1.25 now. Some shelves were totally empty, other areas were fully stocked. Luckily they had most of what was on my list to buy.

The Dollar Tree In Prescott Arizona is a great place to shop. But the BATHROOMS are dirty unclean and the men's bathroom has been closed to the public for over a month! I went into the women's bathroom and looked in horror as it was not sanitary. Looked like it had not been cleaned in many, many, months. If the bathrooms look like this, how can we trust that the FOOD we purchase from this store location is fit to purchase, what does the STORAGE ROOM look like? WHERE IS THE MANAGER AT THIS STORE ARE THEY BLIND !!

The store manager, Chris, is amazing! He went out of his way to help my niece and myself while we were in his store. I will go out of my way to only shop in the Prescott store because of him.

Good grief......my sister and I were there on Thursday December 17....a customer flipped out and had a meltdown having to wait in line.....Geeze....if you can't stand in line just go someplace else dude..... Nobody forced you to shop here....

Good morning, on Saturday June 5, 2021 I was in one of your stores in the city of Prescott Arizona, when I arrived at the checkout to pay for my purchases, one of your employees was arranging books in a display near the cash register. payment, on her books there was a hand fan that I took to look at it, at that moment his employee looked at me and made the comment to my face "that my behavior was" VERY GAY "and immediately began to laugh along with the cashier , as a member of the LGBTQ community I totally reject this HOMOPHOBIC behavior towards me and I hope that you will take the trouble to educate your staff so that regardless of the condition of your clients they have respect and do not offend and attack people in this way, thank you for your time,

Was there Today 1/13/23 and again the store is Temporarily closed it's sad cause we really do it it it saves us money can't understand why they can't keep or get people to work there I've heard it's the Manager from customer's this is the 4th time now that they've been Temporarily closed due to lack of Employees it's really sad .

I like the store because everything is $1. The store is pretty clean and organized. Reason I gave 3 stars is because every time I go there, no one is at the cash register and I have to wait or go find a worker.

This is a great store for party supplies and also my son loves moonpies and no one sells them but dollar tree and if your in a pinch and have to save money this is a perfect place everything is 1$ if i could give more than 5 stars i would the cashiers are always nice and make me feel special ;)

Love Dollar stores, but this one needs a new manager. I've witnessed him being rude to customers & employees. I try to not go to this one. PV has one, and the manager is very nice.
