An RX for Amlodipine Besylate 2.5mg for my wife was confirmed as being ready for pickup at 11am on 1/11/2024.Went to pick it up at 4PM to find out that no CVS in Prescott AZ had this medicine. We had no meds left and my wife was living on a trip the next day. We should have been informed in advance about this shortage, and not told that prescription was ready for pick up.We will change pharmacy in the future.

We have been to a few drug stores in the Prescott and were treated quite rude at a few of them. This CVS has always been there to help and have gone above and beyond.
